The elevators were out in the lobby. The back elevator was working but we are older and it made the trip a bit more difficult than anticipated. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast and dinner were good.

There are 2 elevators but 1 was not working. They didn't even warn us. Instead we had to wait for long periods of time to catch the elevator.while talking to other visitors they said that both had been out for some time. These elevators only fit around 4 people at time.

Very convenient location on I-10, 5 minutes from the Medical Center, many restaurants and shops in the area. Rooms are comfortable and clean, parking is free, rate includes breakfast and afternoon snack. The only complaint is that one of two elevators was not working during my stay.

Very clean and friendly staff. I loved that there is gated parking. I was very impressed with the evening "snack or meal" time, as well as the breakfast! The entire place felt safe and quiet. My overall stay was fantastic!!! I joined as a member and will continue staying here in the future.

We checked in in the evening and left after changing to have dinner. We arrived back to the room around 11om. We got into bed then to find things crawling on us. Jumped out of bed to find what appeared to be bedbugs several of them on pillows and bed. I pulled the bed away from the wall/headboard and found many more creatures crawling around. Quickly called front desk and asked to be moved. Grabbed our belongings and left the room. We were given another room however was hard not to be uneasy about the situation and bit of a resless night.

There was a red spot on the carpet that looked like blood. I asked housekeeping to clean it up but they didn't. Also the tub has a stand of hair in it upon arrival and the tub didn't look very clean. I sprayed it with lysol. Bed was comfy though.

Every hotel i hqve stayed in ql ats had 4 pillows per bed not this one. When asked for extra they had none and they were l9cked in the basement with no one that coulf get them. Or thats what Onnie said. Mind you it is only 5:30. The mattresses were old and springy and definitely dated. Did not sleep at all. I have been to amot of Drury hotels and the amenities here were great. Just didnt get a good night sleep.

We enjoyed the room, the service, and the food. We traveled there for an outpatient surgery, and this place was very convenient to the surgery center. The one thing we didn’t like is the noise in the rooms. We were in 2 rooms because we thought a room change would fix it. It sounded like there was a running car in the ventilation system all day and all night.

Onnie at the front desk was not very nice. After advising her of a family member passing to see if we could check in a little early, she insisted there was a fee and gave us the impression that she was being inconvenienced. Most of my questions came with a sarcastic answer. On the contrary, the breakfast and happy hour staff was so incredibly nice as was housekeeping. The hotel was clean and spacious, conveniently located.

My flight was canceled the day I had to fly out I called to request a refund as soon as i received notification of the cancellation I had proper documentation to prove it was cancelled. I called Expedia to inform them of such cause and they stated I had to communicate with the hotel The following evening I arrived to hotel for my second stay reservation. Así I was checking in, the customer service representative stated my reservations were canceled by Expedia. I am not understanding why they refused to help, then cancel my hotel reservation. I have not been refunded. I do not wish to book at a sister hotel as well

Excellent location to get around but beware, lots of construction and traffic. Very friendly staff and love the complimentary happy hour and food offered. Very nice extra to include in your stay. Plus, you also get free breakfast and access to free soda water 24/7. From a soda machine. They also offer snacks etc you pay for and prices are a bit steep. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had to stay 4 days for an event, the hotel had a really nice breakfast and dinner buffet every night which we loved the food options and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Only negative was that one of the elevators were down and there were a lot of ppl staying this week so it took forever to get up and down waiting for the elevator.

My stay was excellent, but I can't give 5 stars because the rooms need to be updated. The dark carpeting and the color are horrible for today's standards. However, the staff are wonderful, the amenities including free breakfast and dinner and 3 drinks for free per day is fantastic. The parking for the stay is behind a gate, so I felt safe leaving my vehicle outside and not wondering if I was going to come back to a stolen or broken into vehicle. As for sleep quality, the beds are a little soft for my taste, but I think this is more of a preference type thing. The place was clean and other than an update, I would definitely recommend staying at the Drury Inn and Suites near Medical Center Dr.

Eh it was okay but they really need to step up on their dinner. The day we went they were seeving tacos and they were disgusting. The meat looked like dog food but it tasted ugly and it got my boyfriend, my 2 son's sick all night and morning. Thank god I didn't give ut to my grandson. Also the tostadas for the nachos tasted stale. Other than that it was okay. Free parking rooms were clean and staff friendly. Sorry honest review

We ended up only staying 1 of our 3 prepaid nights because the room was so dirty and dated and we decided to cut our losses and drive back the 3 hours home. The pillows smelled like armpits. One of the elevators was broken. The rooms were very dark, dusty and in desperate need of a refresh to be made modern. The carpet had huge rips. Hardly any light. Lots of highway noise. Also the front desk attendant told us to not leave anything in our car because it was a popular area for car theft, which I know is common sense and we wouldn’t leave valuables out, but still made us uneasy. The whole hotel needs to be renovated to be up to the standard we are accustomed to from other Drury locations (like the ones off 1604). Will never ever stay here again
