The elevator door got stuck on my way down to the lobby. I finally got it to open by hitting it with my whole body. After 5 minutes. Once I told the front desk lady, she didn’t believe me and stayed “the city just came to fix that last week” I told her to let other customers know that it might not open for them because that was a scary experience. She wasn’t very nice. Also the Expedia said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t one.

The clerk Ray and Nil was very professional and courteous! The older lady seemed annoyed that I asked for another bed spread because the one that was on the bed had a large stain on it. She did ended up replacing the blanket. Aside, from that issue that hotel was clean and convenient to the nearby stores and restaurant.

Affordable, clean, well kept, friendly staff, excellent service. Went well above my expectations, to be honest i was very impressed. In my opinion, i could have paid twice the amount i did and still would've been very pleased.

Pros: Customer service was great! Breakfast was decent. The room size was surprisingly spacious. Cons: The area was a sketchy, the toilet in our room needed a lot more scrubbing inside of it. The beds were really uncomfortable. We saw a couple cockroaches in the halls. Don’t think I’ll stay here again. The pictures on here are not comparable to the real thing.

I spent the night of January 2 with my family there. Very bad experience. The room was dirty, the sofa bed was not ready, and I had to go to the reception to request sheets for the bed and more towels because there were fewer towels than the number of people in the reservation. And to make our experience worse at 5:00 am the fire alarm got activated without any explanation. After more than 5 times someone from maintenance arrived and just disconnected it when I complained to the front desk they only told me that the alarm had no battery and that's why it had been activated. Very bad service. The breakfast buffet consisted of unflavored waffles and cold coffee... I don't recommend that place.

The room was in good conditions but the bathtub was in horrible it was clogged up whit hair and when we were taking a shower the water wouldn’t go down due to being clogged. When being done taking a shower the water will take at an hour to go down the drain, overall the hotel was nice.

Sheets with make-up, we couldn't use the sofa bed, it had Manchester Rojas, the pillows had a bad smell! They asked us for a $100 deposit and if they see something wrong in their room they keep the deposit, very badly in terms of cleaning, I'm almost sure those sheets were used by the client before us, he wanted to cry😭

The room was great, clean very comfortable beds, loved the extra pillows on the bed. It was quiet...very roomy. The hotel has great breakfast . Was able to get a late check out ans rest. The only issue was the maid was knocking at checkout and had to tell her please check with front desk we have paid for late checkout. I would stay there again. Great price for such a nice comfortable stay.

I had a two bed reservation with a lounge/office area. The lounge/office area allowed me to store my belongings without cluttering the bed/sleeping area. The lounge area also provided me with a sofa, table and chair. I was able to use my laptop effectively. Nearby, there are several fast food and sit-down restaurants. There are also two movie theaters and a couple of big box stores (Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Sam's Club). The property is literally one block from Interstate 37 and approximately a mile from Loop 410. I didn't like housekeeping knocking on doors in the morning; but this happens at every hotel/motel I've stayed at. This is not Embassy Suites or the Marriott, but you get a lotta bang for your buck!

Property was decent for the price. Unfortunately due to it being on SE Military Dr you could hear the traffic going by. The fact that the security deposit was $100 was also ridiculous. I've stayed at locations like the Marriot and I've paid $25. Overall I don't recommend unless it fits your Budget. For me I wanted try something different and I regret doing so. I will Say the staff was very friendly. I had an issue with my toilet in my room and it was addressed rather quickly. I felt that the Room keeping could have been better as well. I walked into my room and their was glitter on the Sofa, hair where the napkin dispenser is.

I didn’t like that I was given a room that the a/c wasn’t working, and there was mold inside the mini fridge. Once we moved rooms a/c worked but there was an odor in the room especially in the restroom. It was manageable however the disappointment was that the breakfast was limited.

The staff was very rude. I went down stairs and asked for toilet paper and was questioned as to why I needed more because one roll should have been enough for 6 people staying three days. Also, the cleaning lady was the same one setting out breakfast but not once did she change her gloves in the transition from cleaning the restroom and setting out food. The hot breakfast was just waffles , yogurt and cereal not the best.

Room was clean and comfortable. Located right next to a cvs within walking distance for any necessities. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful! Felt very safe-the main door is the only door you can use without a key card. The hotel smelled clean and fresh-not like strong chemicals covering up odors. Decor was not too gaudy and made it feel elegant and home like. Would definitely recommend staying here!

San Antonio can be a tricky area, I guess most place can be in this day and age. I travel for work and always feel safe in this hotel. Easy interstate access. The staff is great.

breakfast hours are very limited i suggest to extend it to 10 or 11 am and i stayed 6 days and they only did housekeeping the first day but the rest was very okay!!
