Everything was great including the complementary happy hour food and drinks. Our room view of the San Antonio River Walk was great. On the down side, it should be obviously advised that there are 2 Drury properties in close proximity. Parking needs to be improved. We went to the wrong hotel property and wasted over a half hour in the parking line. The parking line at the property we had reservations for was over 15 minutes long.

The parking garage was very tiny and if you have a larger vehicle it is not very convenient to park there. Additionally, the garage floor was very slick so tires kept making noise when making tight turns.

This is our go to when we visit San Antonio. They offer a great breakfast. 5:30 each evening you get 2 drinks and finger foods. The pool is amazing. Location can’t be beat. You literally step out onto the riverwalk. It’s close to the Alamodome. Also clean, staff is always amazing. They are pet friendly but not a lot of options for bathroom for your dog.

Had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! Its got everything you need and more. Each staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. When its busy, like on a holiday weekend, the amenities could be larger (like the dining area, pool, parking spaces, or additional elevators). But honestly, being one of the only hotels around with a nice complimentary breakfast AND dinner, AND having the cheapest parking attached to your floor, AND having a hot tub, you simply can't complain. I was charged a bit more than Expedia led me to believe, but it was worth it. Not to mention that this hotel is located next within walking distance to almost everything. I only had to leave in my car twice! 11/10 would stay again, would recommend to all my friends.

Overall the location was good and the room was spacious, but we didn’t enjoy several things about this hotel. Parking garage was tiny and not enough room for everyone. Our floor had stairs on it, so we could not bring a luggage cart to our room. The bathroom was small, the floor was not vacuumed, and the laundry room consisted of only ONE washer for the entire hotel. It was stressful to get a turn over the weekend. Not ideal when traveling with kids. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. We will not be staying there again.

Perfect location. Old charming building with modern updates. Large room with separate living area, and fold out couch and TV just for our kiddo. Loved the free happy hour snacks and drinks, and the breakfast was nice. Loved the pool. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We could hear St. Mary's clock chiming from the room.

Really cute hotel! Breakfast and dinner was really good ( free too)! Bed was so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Hot tub and pool were a nice touch. Waking distance to all things riverwalk! The hotel is literally on the riverwalk! You do have to pay to park, it's like 25 a night but that's to be expected. We will definitely stay here again!

I have always trusted Drury’s Inn for its quality and good service. I have to say this is the worst that I have ever stayed in. The rooms are outdated. The carpet is worn and looks dirty. The bathroom was so small that you have to step aside to close the door to use the facilities. They say they will change their line every day. They do not, we were there for four days and they only changed it twice. The staff was about as helpful and uninformed as I could find. I think we knew more about what was going on around us than they did. I checked out hotels near where we were and found many were much much more friendly and the rooms were gorgeous. I would never return to this facility in any means. if you do, good luck and I can tell you now that you’re not getting what they’re saying. From now on I will question whether they are the type of hotel I would want to stay at. Hotel business is very competitive and I thought drury inn would have figured that out. I will not return. It is aLao not the friendliest for handicap people. Only 2 things were good…parking garage attached to each floor for easy room access and the morning breakfast.

I have stayed at Drury's before in other states, but this one, let me down. I wanted to be on the river walk, which we were and a king size bed, separate rooms. Which happened. What I didn't like was the old / outdated furniture, bathrooms, carpet and even the pool, was disappointed.

My stay at the Drury was going well besides the lack of communication by the front desk staff at check in. It was if they did not talk. With all the amenities and things to do in the vacuity I expected them to at least be friendly and speak to me. That didn’t happen. To make matters worst, as a disabled veteran that takes timed medicine, I couldn’t get any sleep due to the construction that was happening right across the riverwalk in the next building over. The construction that is happening in the area should definitely be mentioned before people booked. This placed me in a situation where I immediately booked an additional room in Austin due to not having any sleep. Terrible experience.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and having a great time. From providing me with multiple bandaids to ordering me a cab to insure I made it to the airport on time. No matter what hurdle I hit with the travel, the staff were always eager to help and I am extremely grateful for their hospitality! I will be staying at Drury Inns from now on!

Wonderful! My husband and I came for a couple of nights with our small dog. We stayed during the week and I must say was one of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. Right on the Riverwalk with a beautiful view. Our room with King bed was comfy and spacious. The Kickback in the afternoon was a pleasant surprise. Great choices of food and drinks. The hotel staff very friendly and super helpful. My only complaint was the rude security guard on premises. I was waiting for my husband to check in and he approached our car with a rude attitude. Other than that beautiful facility.

The best part was that it’s literally on the riverwalk! It was great being able to go to the elevator and just step out into the riverwalk. Overall, it was a great stay.
