Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport

Please be aware parking is controlled by an outside company and they charge everytime you leave and enter the parking lot. Site states $10 per night but that is misleading and untrue.

All was good until I got a bill for PARKING !!!!

My son’s truck was vandalized along with 8 others last night. No security cameras, security guard, etc. expected more from embassy by Hilton.

They started charging for parking. Didnt tell us till we got there. No additional security for larking even though we are paying for it. Mind you the last time i was there my window got smashed out so i was excited to pay fir parking thinking "more securty" nope. Juat another suprise money grab

If you are looking foe easy airport access yet not too far from downtown this is a great option. Sumptuous breakfast included, 24 h transportation to airport and 3 mi radius along w nice pool and fitness center are other pluses

A lot of glass in the parking lot. It was car window glass. Talked to staff x 2 nothing was done. We also had to pay for parking.

My stay was fine, but my car got broken into in their parking lot overnight.

Multi floors, breakfast was real good, elevator was super slow and pool was packed both days and $10 a day parking

It was a good property and easy to get to. Room was awesome I think 1 elevator wasn’t working so the lines were kinda backed up.

Really nice property I stay here atleast once a month only minor inconvenience is occasionally the hot tub doesn’t work and the reception male bartender can be a little standoffish but really everything else is so amazing I keep coming back. The omelette cook is funny and makes the best omelettes

Upon checking in. The staff at the hotel was unhelpful. They made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay because of our complaints. When we got to our room my wife noticed baby roaches in the bathtroom. The bathtub did not drain properly as well.We found other people's clothes left in our room. The bed sheets had mascara on them but the beds were comfortable. Also, the trash was not dumped out. When we tried using the room phones they did not work. Like the buttons to like guest services or front desk was not operational. All the front desk wanted to do is offer points to my rewards account. Not even enough to get a free night. Also, they didn't even offer to discount our total price for all the issues we had upon arriving. We will say this, the breakfast was great and the food service employees were awesome. We can't say anything wrong about the bar n restaurant staff. They were great. We did love the reception portion of our stay.

Room was dirty with dust and water stains everywhere. The ac never worked capled about it and they sent a maintenance person to fix it but it never worked. When we was checking out a guy was complaining about his never going off and he was freezing. The food menu doesn't change and is way below what we are use to with our usual hotel. The bathtub in the room tub needs refinishing badly and the cabinets need replaced. The fridge was small as was the kitchen area. The pull out bed literally looked like a murder had been committed on it if you looked at the underside. Our teens didnt even was to sleep on it.

Really cool clean room. There was some trash under the couch but no biggie.

There was a gross dirty Band-Aid behind the shelf in the bathroom a crack in the mirror frame no shampoo in the shower containers, and the air conditioning was not good at all. There was also mold on the wall in the bathroom.

UNder the beds was very dirty never cleaned looking for my shoe looked under :(

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. The floor in our room was extremely dirty. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. The tub grip mat was partial- half of it was peeled off and stained dark.

The hotel was very clean! The employees were extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Rooms were clean and quiet!

This property was so dirty the floors in the room stink the bed sheets were not clean at all the only thing was good about my stay was the breakfast and silverware wasn’t clean.

Really was hoping our stay at the ES would have been a good experience. We were there for a week and on our first night, there was yellow brown liquid dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Assuming the room above us had a toilet leak. They changed our room immediately with no problems. The new rooms bathroom flooring was lifting throughout the floor. Assuming the water damage from the short shower curtain not keeping the water inside the tub/shower. The flooring was lifting which made it hard to walk on. There is a small wet bar in the room and was going to use it to make coffee. Noticed the water coming out sprayed in the opposite direction so I rubbed underneath the spout and it felt very slimy. Took a towel to rub it off and it was all black slimy goo that was there!!! No way were we going to try to drink that water. Should provide bottled waters for making the coffee in the room. The noise from the highway we faced was very loud. Recommend staying in a room not facing the highway. The room was the perfect size, just very outdated and old furniture. Breakfast end at 9:00 through the week, didn’t make it a couple of times and they sure do close up shop ASAP! Paid a good penny to stay here and thought it would have shown for the price paid. Happy hour was okay. Snacks served seemed to be more for high school aged people not adults. Won’t be coming back to stay here again. Very disappointed.

What could have been rated as an excellent stay was only average at best due to the fact that the AC in our room didn’t work properly.

The made-to-order omletes were fantastic!! What a great way to begin my day. The room lay-out was great too.

Truly enjoy Embassy Suites for their breakfast options and evening snack/drink options. Yet, it’s time for Embassy Suites to invest in purchasing new sleeper sofa. They are uncomfortable for sitting during our TV leisure viewing. Our family group booked additional rooms and all of the sofa’s cushions were flat; result in feeling the iron bed beneath.

The check in person didn't want to take time to help me with the on line car registration for parking. He told us to come back later and someone would help me. We got to our room and the A/C unit was making a terrible noise and several minutes for the maintenance person to fix. The electrical door lock was faulty and took several tries to succeed each time we came to our door. The hotel looks tired.

The room was great! Very spacious and clean. There was no shower curtain in the second bathroom, so I had to move it back and forth between rooms. Breakfast was great! We really enjoyed the pool as well.

Very impressed with amenities, size of the room and price!

Very very BAD Customer service

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived hours earlier than expected and we called the hotel to see if we could check in early and the hotel staff did everything in their power to make it happen for us. We are very appreciative of their hospitality and efforts to make our trip a very special experience.

I didn’t like the Jose the cook he was so rude and would laugh in ur face at you. Didn’t feel comfortable to go have breakfast anymore.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and kind. My family and I were getting on the elevator with our hands full. A staff member saw and asked us which floor we were going to and pressed the number for us.

No staff at check-in when I arrived just after 4 PM. Had to go find somebody. No staff at the counter the next morning around 8:30 AM for check out either. The couch in the room should’ve been replaced a long time ago. Sat down and literally sank down in a hole. The breakfast staff and breakfast variety was excellent. Hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. However, a little exterior landscaping facelift is needed —old, tired, and worn out. Something to be said for curb appeal. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I did not like that they did not tell me that you have to pay to park at this location. I found that the social happy hour bartenders were very rude if you did not tip them.

Staff was courteous. However it took time to check in. The room was not available at the check in time.

Great staff, great free breakfast, and clean. Friendly and I would visit again anytime!!

Very convenient close to North Star mall

The property was very close to San Antonio’s main attractions.

A good stay for our family and dependable shuttle to the airport the next morning… We left the hotel at 5 AM and the shuttle was waiting for us when we went outside

Easy access to almost everything, good parking and safe. Free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast buffete included and the happy hour that never lets you down.

Hard to locate on GPS due to being on a frontage road.

This hotel is a bit out-dated, but has everything you need. Also very convenient and right near SAT for flights.

Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few issues worth noting. I was told parking would be $10, but I was actually charged $12.45. While it's not a huge difference, I would have appreciated being given the full cost upfront. Breakfast was a mixed experience—the potatoes were dry and the muffins tasted stale. However, the made-to-order omelet was excellent, and the hot tea selection was impressive. The room itself was clean and spacious, though the couch showed noticeable signs of wear. The fitness room was also a nice bonus—well-maintained and a good option for a quick workout.

I have stayed at several embassy suites this one is the best, they breakfast buffet was so delicious my husband do not eat pork and he was amazed that they had chicken for his breakfast omelette.

The Embassy Suites is OK for the cost. Almost all of the large hotels near the San Antonio airport are three star class, with average facilities. This hotel is convenient but not a place to stay for fun. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was weak, with below average quality and limited selection of fresh fruts. But the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful.

Great hotel. Very Clean and everyone is very friendly. It is an older Embassy Suites, but it is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome! Happy Hour is great. Their wings and quesadilla were super good too!

Check in was easy, evening reception was a nice bonus but the line was very long maybe 20 people for complimentary drinks. The room was spacious I think it was larger than usual maybe on a corner of building, bathroom clean and bright. Breakfast was amazing, omelet station -there was a line but it went fast. Excellent buffet too. Beautiful atrium and glass elevators

Everything was great. Only surprise was the evening reception was a disappointment.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful Embassy Suites. Our room was kept immaculate each day of our weeklong stay and the free daily breakfast was robust.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Though, we encourage them to have more staff in the omelet section. The line was insanely long and slow every morning. We also noticed that the rooms were not as clean as before. Dirt below the bed, in the lamps, in the corners of the bathroom, etc. I don’t know if the rooms ever have a deep cleaning after every stay ends.
