Clean, beautiful room, and smelled really good when we walked in to our room. Beds are comfortable and my family was so happy to be in there. We rested well. Breakfast was pretty good. And the pool with the little waterfall was a nice extra something. And oh check in was a breeze. Thank you!! Definitely recommend the hotel at this location and would come back and stay again if we're in the area.

The rooms were nice but not very clean, the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor, however by morning they let us use the service elevator which was a little sketch. They had a certificate in the service elevator showing it has not been inspected in 3 years. Plus its a year passed its required inspedtion.

One of two elevators down. The second one stopped working. Drains were not draining. Phone was not plugged in to call the front desk. Room did not get serviced the first night. Not a pleasant experience. I can’t in good conscience recommend this property

Clean stay and pretty comfortable. Unfortunately our shower was not good, water never got more than Luke warm. The rest of the room was great though and the AC worked great! The breakfast was good but open hours was weird, breakfast closed by 9:30 in the morning so we missed it once because we had barely woken up. Way too early to close breakfast. The pool was great, surprisingly not warm even though it was hot out but refreshingly cold!

I stayed one night and by the morning, I found my truck vandalized. Someone broke my window and tore it out. Nothing was stopped but just for that vandalism, I don’t feel good recommending this hotel. I called the front office about video footage but they don’t have anything in that direction of their property. Park at our own risk is what I would tell anyone.

I Love the hotel but the only big problem people break into your vehicles at night. When I stayed there the first night 3 trucks were broken into insane. I didn’t felt safe there so I left the next day. The staff didn’t seem like they cared. they say this incident always happens to them but they don’t seem to do anything about it, such as they can hire a security maybe.

the hotel stay was below average. the only selling point was the pool which also seemed much bigger in the photos, however there are many large roaches in the evening surrounding the pool that will crawl over your stuff if it’s near the pool. the breakfast was very bland, there was no parking after 8 pm, the building seemed very shoddy in regards to its wear and upkeep. the hotel room it’s self was spacious and the hard floors were nice but that’s about the only positive things i can say. the towel rack was broken, there was holes in the sealant around the bath tub which was also clogged and had a very slow drain and make sure you have your tetanus shot as the toilet paper holder was rusty. there were never any towels either, we kept having to ask for more only to be told they ran out every day. it’s not that hard to maintain basic bathroom amenities. the worst part was that my wife and i had slept on what looked like a blood stained sheet on the first night.

Me and my wife did not care for this hotel. We had a dead roach in the middle of the room, flat, uncomfortable pillows and bed. We are also given a room that did not have the pull out coach that we were wanting. They told us that we couldn’t switch rooms at all.

This hotel room was extremely dirty. The couch and chair had nasty stains. The walls were dirty and the bathroom had mold growing on the wallpaper. Obviously the walls have not been wiped down in forever. Be there were water spots dripping down in the bathroom. I can deal with wallpaper separating and coming apart. But the overall condition of this hotel, was nasty. Just a word of caution if you park behind the restaurant in that empty lot overnight your vehicle will be towed as indicated by the signs. If you park in the parking lot by the pool and you have dark tin, you run the risk of having your vehicle broken into. I had a rental car so I was good. However, there was glass on the ground when I went out Saturday morning. Think twice before choosing this location and make sure you look at reviews on either Google or Yelp, because I cant upload photos here.

Our family was staying at this hotel for a family trip. First of all, the rooms with the two kings and a pullout sofa do not exist. When entering the room it seemed clean. Upon further inspection it was found to not be. The pool was without towels which is ok, it happens. There was a hole in the ceiling of the room where there had been obvious water damage. To top off the whole situation when our family in the other Room pulled out the sofa bed, BEDBUGS were discovered.

The lobby and staff were nice. When we got to the room and moved the foot stool roaches scurried under the baseboard by the bed. When I asked for a different room I was told they had none do I asked for bug spray. The guy at the front desk came to the room and sprayed around the beds and the roaches came out and died. There was a live one that came out of the ac at that point. It made it very unsettling and hard to sleep with the idea of roaches crawling around the bed plus the smell of the bug spray gave my son a cough. When we asked if there was anything they could do they said no because we booked with Hotels.com. Then when we went to leave they wouldn’t give us a receipt stating Hotels.com would send and we still have not received it.

Definitely not a typical Holiday Inn Express. Entire property needs to be updated, overall hotel was disgustingly dirty. Grime, trash, walls in bad shape with paint missing (wet paint signs when obviously no way this place has been painted any time recently). Elevator out of service as well. First room we checked into stains all over the couch, hairs everywhere and bathroom disgusting - No way it was cleaned properly. I asked for a new room and the second one was better, but still couch stains all over and bathroom not up to par. Would never pay $150 a night for something like this & due to events in San Antonio it was much more. Might not be back to a Holiday Inn Express if they’d put their name on a place like this. I was waiting to check out in person to see if anyone would ask me how my stay was, but I couldn’t even get a live person at the front desk without saying “hello?!” Pretty bad.

Room clean, great shower, AC worked great, typical free breakfast, nice pool area even though we didn’t use it. The only downfall was the rooms open to an atrium and it was a little noisy and the parking lot is a little shady with the Jim’s restaurant next door, I recommend parking around back. I would stay here again.

The room we got was fantastic. A King bed with 2 sofas. The room was large. We stayed 6 days and it was perfect. The weather was bad and we had to stayinside a few days. The kids were happy because they had their own space. I loved the environmental upgrade of having full bottles of Dove in the shower and bathroom. Kruieg coffee machine was a nice amenity. The remote had a broken top, but I was still able to use it.

Pros: bedroom was clean, breakfast was provided and hotel was close to six flags. Front desk staff were friendly. Cons: room walls are thin, could hear surrounding room toilets flush/showers. Floors are laminate so could hear people above us walking around at all hours. The bed was hard, air conditioner in the bedroom had no buttons to adjust temp, ended up having to just unplug it. Shower drained very slow so feet were submerged in water, carpet in hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time and the pool was freezing cold. Hotel is very dated.

Booked a suite with 2 king size beds and was placed in a regular room with 1 king size bed. They blamed expedia for the mistake and told me that they can refund my money.I wanted to leave but I didn't want to have to look for another room last minute. And the manager was very rude and a bad attitude

The room description in hotels.com does not match the rooms that are available at this location. We booked a two room suite with two king size beds and two pull out couches and this is not an option at this hotel. We were given a room with one king bed. We had originally booked the room for three days and ended up canceling after one day and switching to another hotel.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room looked and smelled clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great! I loved the variety available and the pancakes were awesome! The swimming pool was nice, I liked the waterfall. Will definitely stay here againsoon.

We were very pleased with the room. It was so clean as well as the bathroom. It was exactly as we requested. The front desk person, Ruby, made us feel welcomed from the time we walked in until we checked out. Everyone was very friendly. We will make this our to-go hotel next time we need a place to stay.

After the 3rd day I asked the cleaning lady that was in the hallway cleaning another room to please come to my room to take out trash and make the bed with clean sheets. When I returned from a long day I came to my room and no one came to clean it. I told the front desk and she never sent anyone. I need clean towels and she said, I’m busy come down and get them. I won’t be back.

The service was not good the property it’s not clean, the tv room never turned on the phone was not working I have to go to the lobby in person they supposed bringing a tv remote to the room and they never showed. The place doesn’t have enough personnel. Was just one person trying to fix all the issues The waiting time in lobby was too long. The elevator was too dirty.

No hot water for a shower, told the manager about it she said she would put me in another room she told me she had put a note in my file and when I returned Saturday nite I would be given another room. Neither the note or room was ever putting my file so the night attendant had no clue and no room so I took a lukewarm shower after a long day work.

No hot water, one broken elevator until the day we left, short staffed, didn’t clean rooms when we were gone, and management was not helpful with any of the problems. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if traveling with kids. Several other guests had the same complaints.

Front desk was amazing. Checked in around 6ish and they were super friendly. We had a group and they let us use their conference room to eat as a group and play games together. They joked around with our kids and just did a great job making us feel welcome.

Just not a very pleasant stay. Felt uneasy of the area. Homeless guy was walking in and out of the lobby. Then we find our friend’s back window of her truck busted out in the morning. Cops said it was the 13th break-in with the week. Wish this information would have been passed on before the stay. Just drive 5 more miles and pay $10 per night to stay at a much safer place.

The hotel itself was not bad, great staff! Paul at the front desk was really helpful and even gave me some recommendations around town. Unfortunately my vehicle was broken into my first night. I did notice that the lights in the parking lot were off. After the incident they turned the lights on. If it wasn’t for this I would have rated the hotel with an excellent. It’s not the hotels fault but do I do wish the hotel would have taken some responsibility as I had to scramble around town trying to find a glass shop that could replace my window.

Spacious room and breakfast was pretty decent. They had cheese omelette, turkey sausage, sausage gravy with biscuits with your cold breakfast choices. Coffee machine was pretty nice. Loved that they had decaf available.

Everything was nice. Walked into the room and the AC was low which made an inviting welcome after a day at Six Flags! Bathroom was clean and shower worked great. The beds were very hard, but unexpectedly we slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning was A+! So many options for food and drinks and even many healthy choices too! Would definitely stay here again!
