The hotel is disgusting and dirty inside and out. Elevators were broken. There’s no parking and very poor service.

Out AC yet went out but they moved us to another room immediately. Staff very accommodating breakfast was good rates were most appealing especially for weekend rates very reasonable. Eateries nearby shopping as well easy access to freeway easy parking.

Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator.

There was NO HOT water No shower, No face washing, unless you wanted to freeze. This is a handy caped room which had tripping hazards in the flooring. Maintenance was non existing in the shower & bath area. Parking was MINIMAL.

If you are looking for a quick place to stay, this will do the job. Pool was filled with dirt and bugs. House cleaning did not replenish towels & only took out trash twice. Key cards stopped working after house cleaning came & we would have to keep asking for new cards. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was nice.

Property was dirty. Marks all over the walls and doors. Screens torn on room windows. Down button broke on elevator. Pool side furniture broken and torn. TV volume only went to a certain level. Tried to plug my charger cable into the usb port on lamp fixture on the wall between the beds and the port fell into the wall. Weird smell in the lobby. Hair balls in the bathroom. Shower head was so low, I had to duck to wash my hair and I'm 5' 4". Tub slippery.

Absolutely unsanitary. There was crumbs on the sheets. We found left from the previous stayers a shirt, sock and glasses, signs this place was not CLEANED. We were just passing through town and tried to make it through the night. The kids even said "I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN THE CAR". I reached out to the general manager and have not heard back.

Very comfortable bed, clean rooms and reasonable prices.

When we got into our we saw roaches and noticed the bedding hadn't been changed from the previous person who stayed. There was hair and stains all over the blankets and sheets. The tables and counters were sticky with something and hadn't been wiped off.

The property was shabby and our room was dingy. Worst of all, we found bedbugs crawling over the beds in the morning. Will never stay there again.

Room had flies,bathroom smelled of mold and bathtub was unglued from the wall when stepped in the bathtub felt like you were waterboarding bathtub also had a leak the whole restroom would flood mold along the walls not to mention they left old towels from the previous occupants.

Warning: Avoid This Hotel Do not stay here. This place has a serious roach and bedbug infestation. The beds are filthy, and it’s clear they do not change the sheets between guests. The lack of cleanliness is shocking. To make things worse, other nearby hotels even refuse guests coming from this location—that alone says everything you need to know. Spend your money elsewhere. Your health and peace of mind are worth it. Staff is rude!

It was okay for being a last minute choice. The rooms were not properly cleaned before hand. The beds were made, but the bed clothes looked like they had better days. I suggest taking your own pillows and blankets. The breakfast options left a lot to desire, but it’s free so can’t complain. Beware that there is construction around the area, it’s still easy enough to get around, but just take that in consideration.

Lot's of things didn't work! The coffee pot, the phone, no remote, no hair dryer. Several times no one was available to help.

The room is okay but the television keeps going off and on.

Not as advertised. “Family suite” was 3 beds and a couch in one medium sized room. Beds were hard, pillows were lumpy, and cleanliness was questionable. More of a motel than hotel.

AC didn't work. Very, very uncomfortable. I am sorry we will not be able to use this facility again.

My family had an okay stay. Only problem was there was it was so noisy all night long. There was a million drunk and disruptive people at the pool all night. Kept getting woke up at 1am or other times early in the morning to a drunk person mistakenly thinking our room was there’s which was very off putting. Our sheets were also dirty.

Desk staff is awesome and the room size is great. It seems maybe a little old? The location is inconvenient and that may be due to tons of road construction. The hideaway bed has used sheets so my daughter wouldn’t use it.

First time booking with La Quinta and Iwas so disappointed. I’m not sure if it’s just the location or management but i didn’t feel welcomed when I first walked in. Two employees were at the front desk but neither acknowledged my presence. They were speaking in their language and even when I stated that I had reservations they continued to speak to each other in their language like I wasn’t even there. When they finally acknowledged my presence they still looked like i was interrupting what ever i walked into. Besides rudeness, the facility has a foul smell as we walked to our room which was out doors. When we opened our room the room also has a foul smell. I had to ask for some kind of air fresher and more towels (our room only had 2) since my reservation states 3adults and 2 children. I had to wait for about 15 mins cause they didn’t have any towels ready. Then lastly the bathtub felt like it was in the middle of the ocean. I guess with the crack between the tub and the wall, water was filling the bottom of the tub. We had to use the towels to soak up the water seeping out. You can literally hear the water splash under the tub and feel the motion of the water. I felt seasick taking a shower. I reported it to the front desk and they came and saw how bad it was. They again spoke in their language and finally said they didn’t know about it. How could other guests stay there and not report it. Maybe they did and just didn’t do anything about it. Very poor facility and maintenan

The front check-in desk was very poorly managed during the early evening We had to wait 4-5 min. for a person to show up for checkin after ringing the bell attached to a baby monitor. He wasn't helpful. The room wasn't very clean. The ice machine obviously had. been broken for some time so I went back to the unoccupied front desk & rang the bell with no response. Another guest showed up looking for staff as he was fed up & wanted his money back. After walking around the buildings I saw the staff member come out of a hotel room & got directions for the 1 working ice machine. The back block where our room was smelled like a well used cat litter box. It was very noisy with teenagers partying. Next morning, again with no staff to be seen even for checkout. Breakfast had waffles & bagels but only had plastic spoons to cut them with. We went elsewhere to eat. We like this hotel chain but will never come back to this Terrible hotel.

our room keys weren’t working. we went back and fourth from the room to the lobby at least 3 times before the guy working the front finally decided to see what was going on. instead of giving me a new room or room key he told the maintenance guy to go and see if he could fix my door. so i followed and waited for about 15 minutes until i decided i had enough and demanded a new room. finally got the room and walked in to find it dirty

My daughter was traveling with a newborn to see friends in San Antonio. Was about a 2 hr drive one way. I decided to get her a hotel so she wouldn’t have to do the whole trip in one day with the baby. I was upset to learn that the front desk person was rude and unprofessional to the point that it upset my daughter. She was given a room key to an occupied room, and then was given another room key to a room that was trashed. Like mattresses flipped over, everything on the floor, no one had cleaned the room trashed. This was very scary to a new mom and a baby to see, she also said she felt very unsafe in general there. They didn’t end up staying and just drove home at like 2:30am with the baby. They got home ok which is what’s important, but what a ridiculous, stressful experience. If you have small children do not stay here. It is terrible and possibly not safe. Hassle to get refunded. Doesn’t look like I will be Despite my daughter not staying there and be given two rooms she couldn’t stay in.

Our air conditioner went out but they quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast was satisfying and area always clean. Staff was very accommodating. Always stay here for our trips. Lots of eateries nearby as well as shopping. Parking lot well lit.

The property is located conveniently off of I-35 in Live Oak. A Denny's is available next door and a car dealership is on the other side. Even though the property is well lit, the property itself does not feel safe or clean. The pathways are covered in grime. The room smelled like body odor and cigarette. The floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped recently. The lamp shades were stained and I wouldn't be surprised if the bed was made without cleaning the linens. Even though the property says pets not allowed, there was a dog barking late into the night along with a large dog kennel under the stairs. The beds were as shown in the picture but squeaked with any movement made. This property was rated a 3.3 star property online but I would definitely reevaluate that rating.

Very convenient location

We like front desk attention, very quiet and safe place although Interstate highway is at the front.

Location of this property was convenient. Three restaurants within a 2 minute walking distance. Overall cleanliness of my room was poor. The floors were not swept or mopped after previous tenant. Chair was stained with food/drink. Night stand had drink residue.

The property was in a nice area, there were gas stations, restaurants, and even a bar in close proximity. It also just happened to be right across the street from the hospital my grandmother was unfortunately being treated in at the timew

While the location to our event was convenient and the service was good we will not be staying there again in the future. Our room smelled like marijuana. When we got home our pajamas and other items smelled like marijuana and had to wash everything immediately. And while this can happen anywhere there was screaming and fighting coming from outside which made our kids feel uneasy.

This was a very surprising poor hotel. Our family usually stays at La Quintas without issue. This is a motel style with all exterior room doors. Windows were very thin and you can clearly hear all parking lot and balcony noise. Breakfast selection is bare minimum and the front desk upon arrival was unfortunately rude. I-35 is under construction making it a bit difficult to access the hotel. We will not be staying here again.

Appearance was not that great, room was ok. A/C made a sound all night. But tolerated. Breakfast Sucked! Not many options. Just cereals, waffles, boiled eggs & sausage!! Oh n some bread. Was out of juice, no tea no scrambled eggs nor bananas, yogurt or even salt packets. No staff around to refill.

The room is much better this time, but the so called breakfast still doesn’t have any protein at all.

Breakfast was not so good. Apple juice was hot, coffee had a funky taste, food was cold and not a good variety. By appearance room seemed to be clean, but floor looked likenit had not been mopped, after running water in the coffee pot junk kept coming out so I stopped after like 10 times. The tub was soft, squishy, and full of water underneath. We did report it to three front office and staff member went to go check on it, said maintenance would be sent following morning, no one ever showed. Seems people live in this hotel as you could smell cat pee and cigarette smoke smell from the bottom room. They even had their own rocking chairs, and bbq pit outside. The floor was warped, doors to rr and front door dirty. Front door also was warped and didn't close properly.

Mattress is old felt like we slept in a hole. Non of the staff is friendly no greetings at all the stay. Breakfast was horrible. Barely anything to choose from. Broken machines. Old product. Definitely can tell they do the bare minimum for their customers. Will definitely not return here again!!!

Stay was good. Parts of property is under construction. Pool needs cleaning. Breakfast was ok just waffles, cooked eggs, toast/bagels, and beverages. Surrounding expressway is under construction. Over all good experience.

Pleasantly surprised. This La Quinta has recently updated rooms that have been repainted. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, and microwave were useful. Breakfast was minimal but I had no complaints. For the price this worked out great. You might need to request daily service. That’s not a given. In 4 days, housekeeping never came by on their own. Otherwise, pretty solid experience.

The breakfast was not very good I had to go out to eat for breakfast.

The stay was great. The place was quiet and the staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the room’s tv never got loud. The breakfast could use a little more variety as well. They only had waffles and cereal

It advertised a “breakfast.” I don’t consider some cold cereal and some white bread, breakfast. We walked next door to a Denny’s. It was just an average place, maybe one notch above a Motel 6. That’s why I gave it an average rating.
