This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and the price was very good. A great alternative to paying $400 for similar hotels near the conference center. I would stay here again. The only negative was that the parking lot was tight for large vehicles, but they had enough parking spaces and there was a security guard present.

It was a nice hotel, good location, and relatively clean. The mattresses were extremely hard- like sleeping on bricks. I have not encountered this at other Marriotts. They only had one elevator running so it took a long time during peak hours and were often full.

We always like to stay where there is activity around the hotel, such as the downtown area to see the people and traffic below. This hotel and its Suite options on top with balconies overlooking the 410/I10 area was nice. Easy to find and park and get to shopping all up I10 to 1604. Come back, sit down on the balcony and see the hustle and the bustle below. Plus, this hotel has an amazing bar and restaurant area.

Apparently they allow dogs. If so, I think they should really pay better attention to their cleaning. My room (701) had dog hair all over! All over the carpet, all over the couch, all over the furniture surrounding the bed! It was disgusting! Never staying there again!

Carpets feel dirty, but other than that the rooms were really nice and the bed was made very nicely whenever I came back to my room. Towels were also replaced and trash was taken out. Pool was very nice!! The water was a little bit dirty and the floor on the outside of the pool was dirty too, they also need to take down the old wasp nests above the pool. No wasps from what I saw, but there was a bunch of wasp nests.

There was hair in the bath tub, I advised front desk and the only answer was they will advise housekeeping manager, no apologies no offered to move us to another room. Had to clean it my self prior taking a shower, not a good experience at all.

It was immaculate in every way both in our room and outside of our room and around the hotel itself. The food was exceptional and definitely another notch up from typical hotel food in the club area especially including snacks and drinks free to us and open 24 hours assessable, with the club option. We had a balcony with a nice view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable along with the pillows, and the sofa in the room was equally as comfortable. We literally felt like we were in a different realm of experience and much further away from home than we would’ve expected to have felt all in a very positive way because it was such a homey wonderfully peaceful resort. Stay for us, it had all the “feels.”

A good place for a quick, one-night stay. I had to stay somewhere overnight for work-related reasons and chose this Marriot. Room was spacious. Bed was large and comfortable. The only drawback for me was the location is right at the intersection of Interstate 10 and loop 410. All of the roads you have access to are freeway access roads and there isn't really anything else around. Had to drive to grab some quick food. Location might be good for a traveler on a long trip along I-10 I suppose. Despite being that close to the freeways, I didn't hear road noise much and not at all after I fell asleep.

Front desk lady was rude and said she couldn’t do nothing about because my booking was trough Expedia. And she said I will get charged for another night. I had an air conditioner that sound like a jet engine and keep up all night. I complained to management at check out and they refused to do anything for us. Shame on them and I be sure to tell everyone about it. I will go on all social media and have all of my family to go in social media and tell all that we can reach about this foul treatment.

I booked a hotel room through Expedia, anticipating a smooth process. Upon arrival at the Marriott, I was informed that my reserved room had been given to another guest. marriott offered a complimentary room at the Country Yard hotel as an alternative. However, this location was a noticeable downgrade from the Marriott. The process of checking in at the Marriott and being turndown follow by checking into the Country Yard, took over an hour in total. Having traveled from Dallas, Texas, we were finally able to access our room at 4:00 AM. The cause of the initial room unavailability at the Marriott is unclear.

Coffee and breakfast were not available at the times posted. Check in was uninformative, and seemed bothered by me. Only one elevator seemed to be working, but I could be wrong on that. Speaking of which, at check in no one told us where the elevator was so of course we walked past it. Only one employee ever greeted us when we passed them and it was on the way out to ask if we were leaving so they could clean the room. Overall a bummer

Check in was quick and efficient. Our room on the first floor was clean and spacious. We bought breakfast with our room reservation. It was fine, but the service was top notch. I'd stay here again should we be back in San Antonio

Check-in was horrible. I arrived at 2:15 for early check in as a Bonvoy member, I waited in the lobby area until 4:15pm. I checked in on my room 4 times. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation without fees and I’d go somewhere else. That motivated them to move from behind the desk and check on the room. Waited 3 minutes for an elevator (this had major delays the entire stay). Got to the room, it was okay but clean. Rooms need to be renovated. Had challenges with the tv remote working. After 3 calls, troubleshooting worked. The staff were friendly but the service was subpar. It located in an odd place with a lot of abandoned businesses around. It is a shuttle service (which they don’t advertise) that came handy for an early flight. I will not return to this location but wish the staff well.

The room was great however the front desk gave our information to an unauthorized person informing them we were there causing a disruption to our night and we felt distressed and disappointed as we had our son with us and did not want him exposed to said people that came we expected our privacy would be protected but did not feel comfortable

Nice overall in a convenient area for medical center. Welcoming and attractive interior. Clean. Some hotels have stopped servicing rooms daily and I am glad you still do! Beds were comfy. Downside - AC was loud and hard to get on a comfortable temp consistently. Pool was a little cloudy - but upside you offered floating mats.

On your website, it said free shuttle from the airport. But was told they only ran Monday through Friday. And unfortunately, the day we left, we could not take a shower because they had a water line break. The restaurant was very disappointing. The food was very cold when we got it. I do want to give a shout out to the girl who worked the Starbucks counter all by herself she did an amazing job. Went down there and she always remembered our orders.

All staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a great guy in the M Club (red shirt, early 20s, first name started with A, I think? Maybe Andrew? Sorry, left my glasses upstairs!) who went above and beyond to find what I needed this morning. Later I saw him out by the elevators doing the same for someone else. M Club is open and serving food every single day 5-7, and also dessert 7-9, which makes it stand out among all US Marriott properties for club/concierge level experiences.

well everything was good until we got up a little earlier than usual to try to get complimentary breakfast that was offered to us when we checked into the hotel by the attendant, and was turned away. While checking in the young lady insist we try the complimentary breakfast in the A.M. she did not say we would have to pay anything COMPLIMENTARY!! we felt ackward while walking out to find breakfast somewhere else. Please don't suggest complimentary breakfast for people to be turned away.

Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to formally notify you of a serious concern regarding our stay at your hotel. We are currently staying in room 612 from august 7 to august 9 During our stay, I developed multiple red, raised bites on my body. My baby has also developed multiple bites while staying in the same room. After noticing the bites, I inspected the mattress and found what appear to be possible signs of bed bugs, including suspicious dark/reddish spots and material along the mattress seams. I have photographs of the condition of the mattress and our bites. Because both my baby and I have developed these lesions while staying in this room, I am formally requesting that the hotel immediately investigate the room and have it inspected by a qualified pest control professional. I am also requesting that the hotel preserve any relevant evidence, including the mattress, bedding, room-cleaning records, pest-control records, inspection records, and any complaints or reports concerning bed bugs in this room or nearby rooms. Please provide me with written confirmation of the steps the hotel is taking in response to this report. I am documenting this incident and reserving all of my rights regarding any medical expenses, personal property/luggage treatment, additional expenses, and other damages that may result from this incident. Our room was clean! It was very hott and no commentary breakfast. You had to pay for everything from the water to the coffee to the internet! The room was expensive and yet you had to pay for everything normally the coffee in the room was free nope never again will we come here first hotel ever
