Facilities were nice, breakfast was good, staff went out of their way to always be welcoming BUT, we were at the hotel less than 12 hours and someone broke my truck window trying to break in. We intentionally looked for cameras to park beneath and the cameras did record the person, vehicle and the driver but the hotel security did not see or catch them. When reported to the police, they never called back to provide an incident number. Another criminal still walks away freely. The hotel did comp the room, although it is still on my card pending Expedia refund. Apparently, they charged the room overnight, even though we had not checked out, so we have to wait the entire refund period to get our money back. Less than 12 hours. While the hotel is maintained, staff is nice, and rooms are big, we will not be returning due to the area and concern for safety. Incident occurred at 3am, with security on site and cameras everywhere. Make your own decision, just providing my insight. Sincerely, service-connected disabled veteran.

Only one elevator was working, so there were longer than normal waits going up to room and down to the lobby. Other than the elevator, our stay was excellent

Reservations was pleasant, no hick ups, staff attended us before we arrived to make sure they were ready for our family of 7. The stay met all of our needs for those two days. The rooms were clean, fresh, breakfast and dinner served and other drinks as well. parking was available (most of the time parking lots are full makes it frustrating) there were plenty of spots even though the hotel was full. Staff were courteous and friendly, especially during breakfast and dinner. Indoor pool made up for torrential downpour we experienced those two days. It’s a must stay while in San Antonio. Make it your first choice before browsing.

The first 3 days in the hotel were good, but unfortunately the last 2 days they didn’t make the room, even though I reported this to the front desk the first time it happened, they tried to refund some money but it was unsuccessful because they said I made the reservation through Expedia. Good location and practical breakfast and dinner.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the only exception being that the air conditioner was noisy. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. I was especially pleased with the evening meal and drinks provided with our stay. That was above and beyond anything we expected at this price point. Our only complaint was that the pool was too cold and my kids didn’t want to swim.

The Drury never disappoints for the price. Staff very helpful food average but the facilty itself is very dated. The San Antonio inn and Suites rooms are very dark and old feeling. New coat of paint and some new carpet would do it wonders. Served its purpose.

The overall facilities were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. My only issue is how thin the walls were. I could hear our neighbors shower and anytime someone was in the hall, I could hear entire conversations. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

The assistant manager Dolores and every other employee we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful amd courteous. In this day and age of poor customer service, it was top notch here. Not a single complaint. Will definitely stay here again, next time we are in town.

This was by far the best stay in all the hotels we have stayed in so far this year. My wife is an amputee, they gave us the room we requested and needed. Every hotel we have stayed I have requested a shower chair for my wife, none of them have ever been able to provide one for our stay except for this hotel. The manager made us feel welcomed and important. He came by our room and brought the shower seat we requested and set it up for us. As he was done setting up the shower chair, he asked us if we would like more towels for the floor, knowing that pretty much all the showers seem to not keep water in, lol. The staff at the counter was also great, even the lady that worked the breakfast bar. She was so happy and very engaging with every guest that came down to eat. It’s seems that most Drury Inn’s always has happy people working the breakfast bar. They seem to always interact with the guest. You can tell ours loves her job. The night staff was very polite and friendly while picking out snacks or drinks. We also felt a sense of peace at night knowing that there was a security guard driving around the parking lot. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this location.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Every staff member I encountered was extremely friendly/helpful. There were pre dinner "snacks" available plus 3 adult beverages AND breakfast. All included with our stay. Not to mention the comfiest bed & pillows ever! The front desk personal allowed us to check out late at no additional fee. The kitchen staff member, Linda, was an absolute treat! She was so kind & interacted with every guest. She definitely lifted spirits. Lastly, the front desk manager, I did not catch her name, was very personable. I would definitely stay here again & plan to! 5 stars across the board.

On the day of check-in about 6pm, I received a call from the receptionist at Drury. She asked me if my last name contained another last name. I responded with "NO" just MY last name. She then said that's all she needs. I finally arrived about 11:30pm that night and was told my name was not in the system. I was sent to the other Drury next door to try there. The receptionist there also told me my name was not found. I showed her my confirmation on my phone. After about 30 minutes she then sent me back to the other Drury. That reception clerk then called his boss and after about another 45 minutes they found my name and said that they gave my room to another person. They found a room for me and told me that it was a little bigger than the one I first reserved. I didn't see on the website that a bigger room for the same features was an option. My daughter had also reserved the same room as I did and her room was not smaller. I'm glad Drury corrected their mistake but I still don't appreciate the incorrect information given to me. Just be honest, please.

Our stay at Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak was a great one. We were there for a soccer tournament. It was the perfect place to wind down after a long day on the soccer fields. The evening snacks were great for kids and adults. We love staying at Drury Hotels, they never let us down.

I didnt like that they booked our 1 of 3 rooms we had twice. Someone actually walk into our room thinking it was there room. We did not like that. My granddaughter had just came out of taking a bath and thank God it was women that walked into our room and not men.

The front desk agents from check in to check out were very nice. The property was clean and the room was clean. At 8am we had someone knock on our door when we were sleeping and say there were wanting to come in for maintenance. I told them no, to come back in after check out. I called the front desk and told them. Them again at 9:30 they knocked saying they needed to come inside the room to work on the air conditioner. I told them again, no they can come in after check out which was 11. This was really bad for our stay on all accounts. Did they think we were going to be in the room with the maintenance crew? Why would I pay for a stay that included strangers staying in the room with us too? Not ok!

We usually stay next door at the Drury Plaza but I accidentally reserved the wrong hotel. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt welcome. Leesha, who worked the evening shifts both nights we were there, was such a delight and very helpful.

Quick weekend trip to watch some basketball. Hotel is very nice , great breakfast offering, also has a nice happy hour offering. My room was very nice, hotel location is about 20 minutes from all the downtown attractions.

We have stayed here multiple times and all of the staff is wonderful. Meals need to be rotated out one meat choice everyday gets old and evening snacks not rotated this visit for some reason. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Otherwise great stay will definitely stay here again and would recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a great deal Drury Inn & Suites was! Upon arrival we were given three drink coupons a piece for Happy Hour along with hot snacks. The full breakfast buffet was really nice and it began at 6 a.am. which was very helpful as we had to leave very early. I highly recommend Drury Inn - your pocketbook will thank you!

We stay at the Drury Inn and suites to participate in a bridge tournament. It was 3 min walking to the tournament locale which was very convenient. The room was big spacious and clean. The breakfast was good but a small suggestion: Breakfast should be changed as after the third morning it did become a little boring! But the dining area was big, has big windows and a lot of light and was very comfortable to gather with friends!
