it was lack luster but for the price it was acceptable. Pool was dirty and property was worn out.

The people in the office are super nice and my stay was quiet and peaceful and they have a awesome pool thank you alot

Me and my family stay here a lot and we’re never disappointed. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice pool . Highly recommend to everyone .

Tried to wash clothes and when I went to take them out of washing machine to put them in dryer I realized they were soaking wet! So yea I don't recommend using washing machine!

The pool is clean has a shade cover and is completely lit at night the area was well lit and felt safe and secure. Has a full kitchenette with a full size fridge and freezer. The TV was not great the picture was hazy but I had my computer so didn't need it really

We found a roach in the bathroom. Toilet after first use got clogged. Bed sheets stained. Pool water was also dirty. Green to be exact.

Always a great stay , always clean rooms , friendly staff, fast service , and nice pool . Highly recommend to everyone.

The parking lot is very well lit with plenty of parking.

Roaches. Water in shower warm enough to not be cold. Run down room and property.

The room had not been swept, there was something sticky on the remote control, there was blood maybe on one of the bathroom towels. The blankets were dirty and extremely thin and worn. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtains. The door did not have an inside door chain lock. My money was non refundable, the photos online looked better than he actual place. I went to walkmart and bought a bed in a back and placed it on top of the motel bed.

You guys know the stats on this place , horrible for you guys to even ask & let it continue . It served its purpose though . The gals that cleans rooms was nice & friendly & did what they could with what they had . Shame on Expedia for putting up Pictures that they have of this place to make it look Nicer than it actually is . But for $48 a night & if you don’t care about roaches than have at it

The room was clean but there were dead bugs in the bathroom

The room was straight up nasty. Killed 2 roaches in the evening then in the morning killed another one. Place is terrible.

This was a terrible stay. Overall the room was dirty, cigarette holes and tears in the bedding, didn’t provide clean towels regularly, Toilet didn’t work, sink counter was broken, ceiling was flaking and falling on the floor,

Parking was very easy plenty of spaces. Room had German cockroaches in either room either in small kitchen, restroom. Bed was uncomfortable feeling, pillows are very warn out to which meant little to no cushion to them, seal around door was non existent since could see & feel all outside air and room was hard to cool because of it, room ac had to be turned down to 65 degrees to even have room cooled at end of day of being outside in Texas heat, room lighting was very low dim so not very well lit had to turn on ALL lights to see anything going on in room.

Nothing good. Bad pillows were flat not fluffy mattress was very soft and roaches and flys in the room.

Bugs in the room.

Smoke alarm was missing. There was black mold and serious water damage in the bathroom. 1/2 the lights were burnt out. They clearly had not swept the floors or whipped down the surfaces. They probably just changed the linens and called it clean. There was also a roach in the room.

The room was super clean. The stove top and full refrigerator is a definite plus as well. All in amazing shape. The room was bigger than a normal hotel room which was nice when I got to cook in the little kitchen.

1st room they assigned to us the dtove wasn't working. The 2nd one we got the a.c wasn't working so good. We had to go buy a fan. The room wasn't stocked up with towels, and had roaches. The bed only has 2 light sheets on them. I you go visit during cold season take your own blankets. Doesn't offer breakfast. Room also doesn't offer a small coffee machine.

Rooms are advertised with a kitchenette… stovetop doesn’t work. Then they supplied us with a tabletop burner that was super rusty and barely worked. Refrigerator went out twice and all of my food spoiled and management wouldn’t replace my food or fix the fridge. Toilet kept getting stopped up and I had to wait until morning for housekeeping to get a plunger! No hot shower and I was told that I couldn’t be moved to a new room because… I never got a response to that question. Never ever again!!!!

Door frame broken Refrigerator broken doesn’t get cold Stove top broken well on burner works but not the other Plug on countertop don’t work But other than that it’s a quite place the lifting desk lady is friendly and helpful

Good price and location but room needed a little repair.

Horrible , the room was SO HOT even after changing the ac to the coldest. Paid more for the kitchenette and the stove didn’t even work. Couldn’t even get extra pillows

Positives: The room was big, new large refrigerator and microwave, friendly and helpful staff Negative; there was a hole in the wall that was stuffed with toilet paper, the water pressure ran out during my shower, there were people smoking marjuianna outside out door in the parking lot. close to the freeway so you heard cars driving by all night.

Place needs a makeover. The room I got was a “deluxe suite” that came with a kitchen stove top. One of the knobs was broken. The bathroom had water rust and on the ceiling had paper stuffed into some type of hole. Honestly I just got this hotel for the night to sleep, place looked like it had permanent residents.

-A/C was uncomfortable. When fan was on, it was directed toward the person on that side of the bed and couldn’t be redirected upwards. -At check-in time (~3:30pm Friday), the desk was closed and we were directed to the nightly check-in window. Same was true when we checked out about 8am Sunday morning. -No pets came with us but we were visited by a mouse in the room and a few flies. -Spacious king size bed, but three pillows for two people.

Standard studio 6 with some severely needed restoration issues. However, given what it is, it was fine and I had a perfectly ok time per expectations- save for the service which unfortunately was experienced by only one "staff" member who was there when I checked in and again the next afternoon at checkout (and by "there" I mean the small window from outside into the hotel as they have decided to lock the lobby to all guests all day, every day. The woman who checked me in and out (& answered my queries, if you can call it that when she was just barking random unrelated fee prices and strict adherence to checkout times when the guest was simply instead asking about recommendations for local dining spots). She was rude, unprofessional, and treated me like I was some criminal even though I was coming from work and wearing a full suit. She demanded extra $ for fees (the prices of which kept changing but always went steadily up) including ones I've never heard of in the hospitality industry (the industry I work in). The motel is what you'd expect, the service is a reason though to reconsider going here ever (and to reconsider Motel 6 as a brand if they continue to sponsor this facility). Period.

Horrible conditions for a room. This is not what the pictures of the online booking looks like. I would never stay here! It was an absolute disgust! However, the front desk gentleman was amazing and gave me a full refund. I was very pleased with Patel.

I have stayed here for a while and have been satisfied with my stay. When my air conditioner went out the maintenance man replaced it quickly.

When we checked in the lady that attended us was very friendly but then while checking out a young fellow was working and he was so rude to me but above all for what we paid was a good deal for a last minute booking

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Claudia. If anything needed to be fixed it was addressed the next day. Very quiet considering it is right next to the freeway

Rude front desk staff wouldn’t fix our door and our dogs ran out and got ran over by cars!! Don’t stay there!!

Worst stay ever! Management is Horrible they were towing people cars for no reason, they had maintenance spy on your room! They kept trying to make me pay a pet fee when i didn’t have any animals! The owners said if i pay them $100 they’ll have their tow company over look towing my car and putting me out for imaginary animals they thought I had! Never will I stay here again if I could give 0 stars I really would I left at 12 am that morning cause they kept threatening to tow my car and I wasn’t offered and compensation for their mistake only a worker with a nasty attitude trying to intimidate me!

Is close to Fort Sam Houston. That’s the only reason why we have to stay here. And because I didn’t pay the fee for a refundable payment

Great place on bus route near interstate. . A little hard to reach because of detours, but ok. Great people and clean. Thank you

It’s ok. Lots of locals that live here. Lots of road noise. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant next door is cheap and good food but closes at 2pm. This area is a high traffic area for prostitution, so probably wouldn’t recommend for families.

Love this place, rooms are decent, prices are great. A little far from things if you don't have a vehicle is the biggest drawback and the bus is pretty limited. Most of the staff are kind and helpful...most of them.

Easy access to interstates

It was near the airport.

The water didn’t run. I ran the water several hrs got grey sludge then yellow never got hot water or a steady stream was unable to bathe at all. I’m pretty sure it had roaches. Found casings in the bed with me overnight. There were wholes punched in the bathroom door. The main lobby door was locked to the lobby at all times and had to talk to staff through a small window. No dining around the area, stores, etc within walking distance. Nothing except basics such as towels, soap, and major appliances, if you were planning in staying then you better bring everything but the kitchen sink. The only good thing was the air conditioner.
