Didn't like that parking wasn't easy for a Saturday night. They're was also a very large pot hole on the street between the hotel and restaurant. There was no other way around it.

Nice modern looking property. Free breakfast was well stocked. Only issue is 1 of 2 elevators was out, so around late am checkout time the elevator was pretty crowded. some people from 2nd floor had to ride up to get a spot to ride down to the lobby.

Had ants in our room that was noticed late at night. Contacted front desk and was offered to switch rooms; however with a large family at 11:30 PM - changing rooms was not an option. Was told maintenance would come in morning between 7-8 AM, we waited until 10 AM and maintenance never showed. ROOM CLEANING UPON REQUEST ONLY. Room was entered by housekeeping WITHOUT a request. Spoke to another staff member during checkout day about ANTS and was told he would speak with MANAGER AND WOULD CALL ME WITH RESPONSE. PROVIDED PHOTOS OF ANTS STILL ALL IN ROOM OF WHICH STAFF MEMBER TOOK PHOTOS OFF MY PERSONAL PHONE TO “send to manager.” NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR AN APOLOGY. PARKING LOT WAS FULL ONE NIGHT WITH NO ADDITIONAL PARKING. HAD TO KEEP ASKING FOR BREAKFAST REFILL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Room was very spacious! The most spacious room we have ever stayed in. Staff was excellent, and very helpful. AC in room worked very well, quiet hotel. Only downfall I will say is the mattresses were uncomfortable. We slept, but we were very tired. Had it not been that way- not sure if we would’ve. Our kids didn’t complain about it but when we laid down I felt like I could even feel the springs. Definitely need new mattresses but overall I would stay here again since the room was so spacious and clean.

I had a good stay, but around 3 or 4, I kept hearing a high pitched noise. It was either the next door AC unit or the bathroom fan. It was making the noise the rest of the night .

I was impressed with the “human” experience at this property. I had difficulty opening my door. Carlos jumped right in it and came with me to solve the problem. No hesitation! The employee in the breakfast area was upbeat and helpful. It was nice to wake up to such a positive environment.

Convenient location to Caverns 15 minute drive. 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Has a great check in and out times. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had really nice staff. No matter the time of day everyone was so kind to greet you! The place was very clean and smelled good! We couldn’t hear any noise when in our room. The complimentary breakfast was more than we could ask for! It was great! And we loved the coffee and hot cocoa station! The location of this hotel is perfect! We were close to everything we wanted to do. Stores and food are within steps of the hotel. We will be back for another stay!

This was one of the cleanest, quietest hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was good, and staff was helpful. We had an issue with a damaged item in our room upon arrival and they were helpful in reassuring us that we will not get charged for that. Perfect location right between San Antonio, San Marcos, and New Braunfels.

All in all our stay was okay. No complaints you can tell the hotel needs some updating but it was clean. We normally book here when we come to San Antonio. Although my husband prefers more update hotels so we more thqn likely will not rebook here again. For some reason we could not really watch tv at night basically no channels available to watch. The breakfast was mediocre the bacon was more like bacon bits and not real slices of bacon. The served its purpose for a 2 night stay. If booking longer stay definitely recommend looking around for other places.

This was overall a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Good amenities. I was disappointed in the breakfast because the eggs were cold and sausage tray was empty and only refilled as we were leaving. Coffee bar was nice though with options.
