Overall the resort was not maintained.

Adequate hotel. Pool wasn't open. Restaurant was not open. Breakfast was so so. Price was okay, but would probably not return.

Great stay

Charged a resort fee for no services. The dinky pool wasn’t even open.

It’s a very expensive area, so I suppose this was expected. I don’t understand why there is a “resort” fee. There was absolutely nothing on the property that felt like a resort. There’s an outdoor pool but no hot tub. The food was adequate at best. Towels were thin and there were no outlets near the beds.

Pool closed too early. 6 p.m. in the desert is too early to close a swimming pool.

My wife slept well as I sunk to the middle of the bed. Pool was empty and all resort amenities were unavailable. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Some upgrades are needed here.

Property in poor condition. Restaurant not open except for a really bad buffet. Room clean, bathroom in poor condition, poor water pressure . Absolutely Not as pictures show. Really poor value

Overall this was a great last minute snag for us, the beds are comfy, room was clean, food is good, friendly front desk easy check in, and the location is perfect location. It is located 6 minutes away from the Bryce Canyon visitors center and 10 minutes from the waterfall near mossy cave. The laundry facility has 2 washers and 2 dryers. They only take quarters but no coin machine so BRING QUARTERS FOR LAUNDRY. Front desk had quarters to exchange for a dollar.

The park is stunning. The bathroom was very dirty.

The resort was in fine shape and the check service was great ..also the restaurant had very good food. Sadly the room was overdosed with the smell of cleaning products ... really extreme and un called for. Also the room was somewhat dark and the lighting was strange bare bulb LED fixtures with dimmers that flickered ... on the positive side the room was very affordable and close to the Bryce canyon park which is where we spent most of our time ... ease up on those disinfectant products !

I expected a "rustic" stay here in Bryce Canyon, but this is different. Everything is exceptionally outdated and filthy. The TV isn't a smart TV, and that's fine... but the advertised WiFi disconnects me every few minutes so I can't even watch something on my phone or laptop. The room is disgusting, not just old but filthy. The staff was okay at check in, but had absolutely no personality and what should be a 1-2 minute check in took 10+ minutes (I felt uncomfortable listening to patrons behind me moan and groan because "I" took too long...). The blinds don't fully cover the windows, so anybody walking through the parking lot has a clear view in my room. I booked their "best" room which includes a kitchen... which was filthy and outdated. To make matters worse they don't even include any paper towels. Why offer a kitchen without at least providing some paper towels so I can keep their place clean and tidy? I figured, "fine" I'll just use the tissues, but even in their biggest "suite" there was only one box, which had precisely 3 tissues left. Nearly all the furniture and wainscoting is heavily damaged, there is long hair (I'm a 43 year old male with a short cut hair... I could only dream of having hair as long as I've found all over the room) everywhere. I just don't feel remotely safe or clean in this place. Again, I didn't think I was getting a Ritz Carlton and understand the rustic charm and geography of where I am... however, this unacceptable.

Cabin had flies. Burgundy sheets and comforter were old and outdated. Shower curtain was moldy and nozzle for shower did not work properly. Towels were old and discolored. Not enough lighting in the cabin.

Found mice droppings in the bathroom. When I went to see the front desk employee about this, he did not seem surprised, did not apologize or propose anything and almost said that was my fault. Also the pool is in a terrible state (the paint goes off inside the pool). Go elsewhere.

The room had a very strong chemical smell and we needed to leave the door open for a while to let it air out. The room was also dated and felt very dark and not cozy, which is in strong contract to its cabin-looking exterior. Breakfast was absolutely not worth it - eggs were just crumbles, and there wasn’t a large selection. Location made up for the negatives somewhat - it’s only a five minute drive from the hotel to the Bryce gates.

The room was very damp. My pillow smelled like urine. The bathtub was dirty. Towels smelled smoky even though we were in non smoking room.Older motel style.

Filthy and unkept

It was clean, and looked like they were trying to update. Great water pressure. Walls are thin. You can hear all doors when they close. Not fully blacked out curtains

Our stay was good. The room was spacious, warm, quiet.

No outlets to charge cell phones

We had an overall nice stay at this motel. The room was large and clean, had WiFi, and they did provide plenty of towels. The staff were friendly. However, there were several things that were not satisfactory. The main things were the overall lack of 21st century technology - no outlets or device plugs anywhere near the bed, and the room was very outdated, no way to contact the front desk (no phones in room), no mattress pad (just a cover for the top, which doesn’t promote confidence in these days of bed bugs), the shower faucet was very difficult to turn and navigate, the only clock in the room was on the other side of the room from the bedside. Most of these could be addressed very easily and would make a lot of difference in customer satisfaction. There is nothing ‘resort’ like about the place, but it provided the basic necessities.

It feels very cheap & dated. Lights in the rooms may not work & breakfast is very limited & some items were stale. It gives a rustic wibe. The views of the mountains around are great. Good for very basic needs & in & out night.

Breakfast....was awful. Truly awful. I did not know that something could be that bad. Powdered eggs done poorly. Coffee that was truly terrible. Few options. Not good.

Room dated but clean. Updated bedding would improve the grade. Bed was comfortable. room needs microwave oven

Rooms were quiet and clean, but not much in amenities and few outlets and no desk. Breakfast was not very good. Great location for exploring between Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon.

Resto on site great. Amy was awesome as was her daughter.

Booked at last minute and the management was so accomadating and helpful

When we went to check in, the clerk was drunk. He couldn’t even walk, tripping into things. He couldn’t figure out the computer to check us in. Took forever. Then he couldn’t tell us where our room was located. He failed to give us a key to the room. Once we arrived to our room, we discovered there was no deadbolt lock on the door. The door to the bathroom would not close properly. The shower diverted value was lose. When we went to the only restaurant on site, we were told it closed at 10p. It was 9:15p when we walked in. The manager told us we could only do take out because they were closing early because they were slow. When we told her that we were told they closed at 10, then she told us we could stay and eat. The food was cold. When we went to check out, the office was open but nobody was in the office. We rang the ringer several times yet nobody came. We needed to check out because we had early reservations on a activity. If this is the type of place Expedia recommends to traveling visitors, I will not use or recommend to my family & friends. I travel a lot and have always found Expedia to use repetitivable places.

Nice updated rooms. A/c. Easy parking. Front desk person was amazing and helpful. I would come back. Rates were great!

I was admitted to the ER the day before the check-in date after booking the room the day prior. I called to cancel or reschedule to the following weekend or have a credit for the future and it wasn't allowed, probably would of enjoyed the stay and recommended to stay here to future customers but i think management should look into cancelation policies and have some exceptions. Ill be booking with a different hotel next time.

The bathroom was not real clean. A dirty towel was left hanging in the closet. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv didn’t work but the guy came fast and was very nice and efficient. We did like the location. Shops close by and bike trails. The complementary breakfast was not very good. The only thing I’d give an excellent rating is the staff. They were wonderful.

Perfect and peaceful location, friendly staff. Pool! Close to Bryce. Returning guest…will come again.

This property needs a lot of work from repairs to upgrading TV's. Room had a small (24") TV that did not even work. Breakfast was over cooked sausage patties, powdered eggs and very limited. lady overseeing the breakfast looked like she did not want to be there and sat behind podium the entire time looking at her phone.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff.

The hotel is in good proximity to the National Park.

Convenient and quiet motel that was great for accessing Bryce Canyon. Our host gave great recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast.

As close as you can get to the park

Only two things we were not happy about was that it was not walking distance to the entrance of Bryce Canyon as they advertise on Expedia, and the parking lot is very, very dark. Owner came to our room to help us with our tv. It was convenient to many places before entering Bryce Canyon.

Perfect location to visit Bryce Canyon NP and Grand Staircase Esclante NM.

Just a few miles outside the entrance to Bryce National Park but outside the bustle of Bryce City.

Location is excellent - proximity to Bryce Canyon. That is all this property has going for it.

Close to the Bryce Canyon National Park.

So the breakfast was awful like awful. The room was ok we only stayed one night but skip the breakfast if you go. Not alot of options the eggs were just gross.

Convenient to Bryce Canyon. Excellent restaurant.

Breakfast was horrible - inedible. Coffee was even bad! Room badly needed updating. It looked as if the owners were merely “holding on” in order not to spend any money on the facilities. Dirty corridors, Old facilities (showers, A/C unit, carpet, bed, furniture). The entire facility had a 60s feel to it. Lighting was poor. The only positive was the proximity to Bryce Canyon. I would ask for a refund if I thought it was possible.

Our cabin was larger than we expected and had all the features listed. It was comfortable and was very close to the restaurant which was very convenient. Check on went smoothly though there was a small glitch getting the key card to work at the cabin. A quick walk to the office and that was quickly fixed. The on site restaurant had a decent breakfast and the dinner options were good.

The onsite restaurant was awful. For breakfast at least. Everything was overcooked. The sausage patties were like hockey pucks. Hard potatoes. Nasty scrambled eggs. Just overcooked and gross. We declined to try it for dinner b/c of that and don't recommend their restaurant on their property. The server was on their phone and maybe not paying attention to the burners and turning them down. Subway was good! There are issues with their water temperature also. Shower/bath just does not get hot enough and that was annoying. Bryce Canyon is beautiful!!

Close to park and area amenities. Complementary breakfast was not as good as most.
