The room was small but worked great for our family. The use of the pool across the street was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub did drain very slowly but it wasn't really an issue. Overall, we will definitely stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly easy check in nice breakfast and you can enjoy the pool and spa at Ruby’s inn. Very close to the main entrance of Bryce Canyon 5 minutes.

Room was clean and accomodating. Front desk is across from the rooms in a seperate building. There was a microwave and coffee pot in the room. Has pods but is a regular small pot. Ice machine on the end of building 3. Is being remodeled but only during day. Shuttle can take you to Bryce or around the small town. Breakfast is at a restaurant across the road. Is a basic buffet style with scrambled eggs and sausage. Was okay for the price. Take supplies with you because there is nowhere tonreally get them besides the general store which is really high priced. Nearest stores are like an hour away. Buffet for dinner at Best Western was good food. Lots of choices and fresh. It appears really busy but the line goes fast. I would recommend for the price.

Overall a good budget option. An inexpensive choice for staying in the park. Rooms are not connected to provided dining, swimming pool, etc. Pros: Clean room Very close to park entrance Ability to use Ruby's Inn amenities without the Ruby Inn price. Great free breakfast! It’s an older updated model, I found it was worth the price, went across street to ruby’s WB and used pool and jacuzzi, our key cards open the doors, small perk unknown

Older property. The bathroom floor creaked so much that I felt bad for the guests in the first floor room below. It was conveniently located on the shuttle route for the park. And restaurant was a short walk away. It was fine for a quick visit to Bryce.

The indoor pool and hot tub were very crowded and unappealing. We drove to the campground which is part of the Ruby’s Inn complex but it too was overly crowded including the hot tub. We just sat in a lounge chair for an hour and then left

Outdated. Filthy carpet, filthy stained chairs. Disgusting throw pillows haven’t been washed I months or years. Thrown on top of nice clean pillowcases. Yuckkkkk

We came in late so may have gotten the last of the rooms but the ground floor room in Building 3 was squishy and the floor felt dirty. Mold in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. Beds were clean and shower pressure was exceptionally good. Breakfast was good also. Standard.

Easy check in, convenient parking. Older motel but room was clean with refrigerator and coffee pot. There was an open space around the door. Very nice for the price. If you want high end this is not your place.

The front desk.staff was very friendly. I like that the lodge is conveniently located to Bryce Canyon National Park. The breakfast at Ebenezer's was good. The room cleanliness was poor. There were remnants from previous occupants'meals under the table. If youre looking for a place to sleep, it's acceptable but not a place I want to take my shoes off inside.

Paid too much for this room for 2 nights, but at time of booking, only option. 5 buildings & only 20 rooms? occupied. After leaving, two nights later room price was 75% off. Tourist numbers down. No elevator. Steps to second floor. Breakfast was in 2 separate restaurants, not connected to Lodge. Two Queens stuffed into a small room. Had to move chairs around to get to the bath area. Old property that had been renovated. Mon. & Tues in Bryce City, UT, shops are closed.

Our room was outdated and had an extremely squeaky bathroom floor. that made us feel bad for downstairs tenant The included breakfast has a nice spread and is located in a music hall that looks like it could be fun for events. We did not like that the front office, breakfast, pool, our room, etc. were all in separate buildings and with it being only in the 20s F in the morning, we skipped several amenities. It's part of the surrounding Ruby's Inn so you have access to their pool but if doing again. I'd stay directly with them. Proximity to national parks is a plus.

The stay was very good. The only negative was the front desk person Sara on the morning of Sept 12. She was rude to the woman before me and when I asked for a receipt she snarkily said “check your email, we sent it to you.’ Is told her we hadn’t received it and when I gave her the email, she said “it must have been illegible.” I have dealt with customers all my life and that is not how I would respond. She was also on her phone and I had to address her first when I walked in. Everyone else that we dealt with there was amazing.

Bryce View Lodge's check-in offices closes at 10:30 PM. I didn't know I had to check-in at Best Western Hotel. I receive a Continental Breakfast Boucher that ended at 9:30 am. I was awaken by a text message asking me at what time I was checking out. I put 11:00AM. I went to breakfast at 8:30 am, planning to go back to bed. I walked, and left my car in front of my room. when I returned, my room was being cleaned. The housekeeping guy had my cooler out. I called the office, and the woman said that they knocked on the door (8:30AM) and no one answered, that there was no luggage. I said was told that check-out 11:00 AM. She was rude, she hung-up the phone.

Great location for Bryce National Park. Disappointed with front desk rudeness specially with foreigners at check in. A family from France was trying very hard to communicate and the receptionist was short in her answers. Made me feel embarrassed about our impression of hospitality and welcoming of others as a nation. The hotel was pricy for what you got. This was part of a complex of hotels owned by one corporation but the least desirable of the three. They offer free breakfast in a show barn within walking distance. The food was what you would expect of American continental minus waffles and fresh oatmeal. It is such a contrast from what you get in traveling to Europe where almost all hotels offer breakfast and it is an amazing variety and better quality food for less price than what we paid at this hotel. I found it very overpriced.

At the checkin desk, the staff was unprofessional and charged us twice, then when we pointed it out- was dismissive and wasn’t too bothered about fixing the problem. Next morning we had go and see them again, and this time the nice lady saw what the problem was and we are still waiting for the return of the overcharge.

The girl who worked at the front desk that day was not friendly at all. She refused to match the price with website, and made me wait for another 15 minutes to check in after I booked the hotel from Expedia. She even could not give me a right direction to the restroom after the long wait. It’s a very unhappy experience, which also caused arguments with my partner.

Poor check in service. Arrived early and was told the room wasn’t ready Was told to come back at 4pm. When we arrived after 4, the room was still not ready. We waited outside the room for another 25 minutes while the cleaners got it ready. Also the breakfast place was closed on the second day, with no notice, and after calling, was told to go to the sister property across the road. The line up for this property to get coffee took 40 minutes. Not cool .

Hotel was nice and convenient to town and Bryce Canyon but the breakfast was horrible… it was at a restaurant in walking distance from hotel and they had mostly bread with a toaster that would not work, scrambled eggs and sausage links. Worse breakfast buffet I have ever been to.

Comfortable and convenient to Bryce Canyon. Check in was a breeze. I used one of the few dining options I could walk to and it was so-so. The breakfast included was more than I expected and very good. Bed was comfortable, linens were good quality.

We had a very quiet and comfortable room at the beautiful Bryce Canyon Ruby Inn. Very good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for a reasonable price and comfort. Shower and tub were nice after a hike. Fridge kept our drinks cold. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. We were on ground floor, but heard no upstairs noise. Free breakfast was really wonderful at nearby Ebenezers. If you want a great place to stay that is close to everything, this is a fantastic option.

The property was very average - clean and serviceable for staying one night to access Bryce Canyon NP. The reason for the Terrible overall rating is because of the complimentary buffet breakfast which was absolutely horrible. I don\'t expect much from a hotel buffet but the "hot" food was ice cold and it was 8 in the AM - not like we were there at 10. There were many foreign visitors there and I wanted to stand up and tell them all that this is not how an American breakfast should be.

It was confusing to know which part of Ruby’s Inn I was booking since there are several different hotels all a part of it. The Bryce View Lodge was the older part across the street from the lodge. The heater was very loud and kept my whole family from sleeping well. The room was clean and beds were soft. The line for breakfast at 8:30 was sooooo long because all the people from many hotels eat there! It went through the large lobby into the gift shop.
