This was a one night stay on our way through Utah on our way back to Colorado. The property was clean, the self serve breakfast was well stocked and attended to keep item refreshed and very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking including trailers or large vehicles. Close to river and center of town. The room was also quiet and comfortable. Dog friendly.

The hot tub and pool weren't available, not the fault of the hotel. The city was upgrading from propane to natural gas. So the hotels couldn't operate the pools and hot tubs during our stay.

Everything from check in to cleanliness and comfort was excellent. The pool hot tub area was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with 2 types of eggs bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, yogurt, cereals, and more. Coffe was even delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Went to sit in hot tub and water was below body temperature!. It was determined that morning shift forgot to turn it on. It's not left on gentle recirculation all night? It took about 15 minutes for the hot tub to start feel warm.

The room smelled bad like mildew and hallways had a bad smell not clean. Definitely not fresh clean smell. Apparently, they excepts pets. Large dogs in elevator, smell was horrible!

We found mouse droppings in a bed. The worst part is that we got to the hotel late, late at night so we didn’t notice until the next morning. UGH! We told the front desk before leaving, and the man at the counter said, “We’ll look into it.” Seriously, they really should look into it, and everyone else should avoid staying here.

The room is spacious with nice water pressure, clean shower, and comfy clean bed. We did not see a coffee maker. The window sills & tracks were filthy rendering window nearly inoperable. The A/C emitted a faint pet urine odor. The corners of the bathroom were dirty needing a scrub. . The carpet show stains in the heavy traffic area by the TV, and the wallls of the stairwell need to be cleaned/touched up. The young check in attendant was kind. The man at check out was gruff. You can hear the people walking above and bed squeaking.

Room appeared to be clean. After I pulled the sheets back on the bed there was fecal matter on the sheets. No one responded at the front desk so I slept on top of the blankets. There was no milk for breakfast .

This property is showing its age. The toilet seat in our bathroom is too smallfor the bowl. The tiles on the floor are cracked. The fake woodgrain on the door to the bahroom is peeling off. The room is clean. The mattresses are comfortable.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, nice and comfy beds. Was NOT happy with the fact that my son (20) who was traveling for business was almost told he couldn’t stay because he was only 20!!! He’s a lineman who works for a very reputable energy company that entrusted him to drive one of their trucks to Oregon with very valuable equipment…YET this hotel had the audacity to tell him he wasn’t 21 and couldn’t stay!!! Might want to read their own rules!! Their rule state NO ONE UNDER 18 can reserve a room!! Beautiful hotel in a beautiful region that needs to inform a certain staff member of this!!

Relatively new hotel, especially compared with some others in Green River. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Unfortunately we got a room directly above the lobby, so we had zero view out the window and we could hear the front door to the lobby opening and closing constantly. The shower control was so stiff i was convinced it was broken until reception advised how to get it working. Breakast was ok and the same as similar hotels. The hotel did have a pool and hot tub, which we used, but they weren't available until 5pm which was strange. The Tamarisk restaurant just down the road was excellent and is highly recommended.

The overall experience was wonderful! All of the staff were friendly, professional and kind. Everything was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot with decent options. The pol and hot tub looked clean (we looked in but didn't have our swimsuits with us). The one and only negative was that the room we were in was directly across from the elevator and directly above the main lobby entrance, so it was a bit noisy each time people checked in late. Otherwise, a great experience and a great price for all the amenities available.

The property is run-down. Old, needs remodeling. Not very clean. When we checked out, we were greeted by the manager, owner, at the front desk, who demanded we download a QR code and give them a five-star review. He even got pushy with my wife, wanting to take her phone and do it for her. Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in your car.

Only real issue was staff related. Also - they are not fond of people booking via Expedia. Proprietor refused to issue a receipt upon checkout. They require a credit card number to check in, "for incidentals", although the room was prepaid. When I asked for a zeroed out receipt upon check-out the proprietor refused to issue one. The first hotel I have ever stayed in that would not issue a zeroed out receipt. After I asked to take a video of the room for my own record, they emailed me a hand written note stating no charges were incurred. Overall a nice clean property, I am not sure why it was such a challenge to get a final receipt. If you require a paper trail, this hotel is not recommended.

I figured out that I saved about $200 by staying in Green River instead of Moab. 35 miles further to Canyonlands and Arches,so about 2 gallons of gas and a couple of hours of driving And the hotel was over a hundred dollars a night cheaper ( comparable quality)

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Kudos to him. Breakfast wasn't scheduled until 7:00. With the heat of the summer, most people like to get on the road early. We arrived a little early. The only food available was bread for toast which was already demolished by the tour group. It was so crowded, we left without eating. I recommend breakfast be served no later than 6:30.

Breakfast was disappointing because it was only for 2 hours (7-9am), no omelets like the website stated, and coffee was only available in the front lobby rather than in the breakfast area. If there was a fill a waterbottle, I didn't see it nor was I told about it.

Hotel needed to update carpet and rooms. Water pressure was good, however sink faucet water smelled like sulfur? Didn’t want to drink it. Breakfast was ok. Things weren’t replenished like muffins etc. Over all it was ok for one night.
