Motel 6-Green River, UT

Great experience! This is how motel 6 was in the old days, and I love it. Great price, clean room, property well maintained. Bonus, a beautiful outdoor pool! An oasis in the desert.

My stay was ok, room was clean. Check in was easy and front desk staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable. The pool looks disgusting. The motel served its purpose for an overnight stay before heading back to SLC airport, but wouldn’t jump to stay here again.

It’s a decent Motel 6. They have parking for a trailer

It was a good place for an overnight stay with our 2 dogs. And the pool was a good place to cool off in the 97F heat!!

They upgraded a bit. It is an excellent deal for the price. It’s clean they have a decent dog area. It’s convenient to get off and on the highway. There’s a good coffee shop next door. It’s perfectly good if you’re just traveling through and need a good clean bed and shower. And their pet policy is the best.

the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate getting on the ground floor. The room was clean and nicely furnished, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean. We were thankful for all. Plus they had guest laundry and we used it, again thankfully

Coffee is only served from 6-10am. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel, which is located near the main office. Dogs are allowed, but there is no where to walk them. They do prive doggie bags. They did not honor our price we received when booking through Expedia. They required us tp pay and additional $7. Our room was clean, but you have to request room service if you want it. They told us they only do service every three days. We requested clean towels and our bed made. We received the towels, but our bed was not made.They did not give us enough towels, so we had to go to office to get more. I would stay there again, as the cost was cheaper than any of the surrounding hotels. checheaper than surr $70.

The basic rool was clean, the staff were nice, and I enjoyed the pool. It was an hour drive to the National parks, without the Moab sticker shock.

Michelle provided excellent customer service! Traveling in a UHAUL truck and was able to park it near our room safely. Big plus…our dogs stayed free!

Room was clean except the mold on the baseboards. For the cheapest option in town, it works.

The bathroom sink was completely clogged, the toilet NOT CLEANED (poop sprayed all over back of bowl) and my bottom sheet had stains (old I hope) and was completely wrinkled. Were sheets even changed? Worst experience ever at a Motel 6

An ant on the bed. To be fair, one ant. But that's to me worse than a roach under the sink. Our room was a $57 bargain, but not so fast! Being above the vending machine area, the bright lights in the window could be covered over, but the funky smell of the room and lone ant in the bed was a deal-killer.

Only the visible places were cleaned; behind the nightstand or under the bed they don’t clean.

We did not stay. It smelled and was dirty. We tried 2 rooms. We left and drove across the road. I want a refund pleas4

The room appeared clean and was comfortable. I spilled some water on the floor and used a white towel to clean and the towel came up black.

The light outside the bathroom was flickery so we had to keep it off. The bed clisest to the door was wedged under the air unit so could not keep it on overnight without freezing out the person sleeping there. Also had to crawl into and out of that spot.

Looks like a dump on the outside but clean room and comfortable bed. No fridge or ice machine, tiny cramped shower.

This is a Motel 6, so you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and the television was easy to use.

No TV

Room was Clean but Small. Beds ok, TV sound was muffled on some channels and the walls were paper thin as you could hear people next door. Worked ok for our stay.

Room was way too small! I had to sleep up against the ac unit.

Cheap compared to the other hotels in the area but absolutely barebones. No in-room coffee maker, microwave or mini-fridge. Shower floor rubberized grip was dirty & gross looking. TV remote did not work properly. However, it did have air conditioning, a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower which were my priorities after 7 days of camping.

For a 1 night stay it was adequate althought the beds need to be replaced as the old box springs creaked with every turn. So if your partner has restless legs make sure to get your own bed! ;0D

The person at the reception was really helpful and friendly. The property, however, is terrible. The AC/heating made a loud noise the whole night for two out of the three rooms I booked. The door locks were all faulty. We had to try multiple times to unlock it. One of the rooms got locked, and my friends had to wait an hour outside for the maintenance guy to solve the problem. The staffs were helpful, I wish the property were better.

Worst service i ever reciceved, no one in staff was suppotive enough

When I arrived there were three people waiting…two to check in and one to get a key reprogrammed. By the time I finally got checked in about 45 minutes later there were 9 people waiting. The lady could not focus for more than a few seconds on any one task….I’ve never waited 45 minutes to check in with only two people in front of me.

We had a room where the cable TV was not working so we told the front desk and they moved us to another room quite quickly with zero problems so that was nice.

The staff was AWESOME! We had a small issue with opening the door and she assisted us right away and got us settled with in minutes. Thanks!

Relative to many other motel 6 facilities this one isn’t bad. It’s safe and mostly patronized by travelers looking to get an affordable nights sleep on their way. To that end this places serves its purpose. I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s fine but there’s always an issue… the door or heat doesn’t work at first or check in is incredibly slow. It is ….. ok but not bad for the money relative to many other places nearby

THEY HAD NO ROOM FOR ME AND STILL NO REFUND DESPITE HAVING A PAID RESERVATION I had a confirmed, pre-paid, non-refundable reservation. When I arrived the hotel around 10 PM (check-in was stated as being until 3 AM) after driving many hours to get there, I was informed the cleaners didn't finish cleaning all the rooms and they had more reservations than rooms so they canceled some reservations, including mine. Not only they didn't make sure their cleaners finish cleaning all the rooms so they can honor confirmed reservations, but also they didn't notify me until I arrived, and didn't book me a room elsewhere when such rooms were possibly available and instead told me only late at night, when other accommodations were full or their check-in closed (or both). When I said I will end up staying in my car all night so I was willing to take a non-clean room, they refused, and even threatened to call the police despite me staying polite and not posing any threat the entire time. On Hotels app there was nothing in the large area around, and on Booking app there was only a tent with shared bathroom for about $500, having to drive about 40 miles to get there. They claimed they made a refund immediately, but now about 4 weeks later, I still didn’t get a refund. I wrote to the general e-mail of motel 6 several times but except for automatic messages I got no response. Now I have to waste my time to get a refund for the room they refused to give me.

Good location

Little ways off the highway, but the view out the window was worth it for me. Friendly staff, everything worked and its clean.

Too far from the store and unsafe

Great launching pad for Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Quick 40 minute drive down the highway!

The room was clean, and the property was conveniently located right off the highway. We had some issues with the key, but the front desk staff who checked us in was very helpful. The nearby restaurants within walking distance were excellent.

For $50 this place was great. Staff was helpful and friendly, nice dining options within walking distance and there's a pool. If you just need a place to crash for cheap, this place is it.

I needed a 1 night stay on my way to Colorado Springs from Vegas. Just being 1 adult man, I went for as least expensive as possible. $40 a night. I was very skeptical on what I’d get but the reviews weren’t bad. Checkin was smooth, but I was placed in the back. When I checked in I was literally the only car. Not lying, I was nervous about that. See the pictures, looked like a scene.out of a horror movie. My 2 roommates, Smith & Wesson made me feel a bit more comfy, with all the safety locks on the door set. Later a few other guests arrived so that was better. At night, the place lights up like nothing I’ve seen, also very nice. Now, the room, at first glance, looks like a $40 room but surprisingly not bad at all. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Floor was all prelaminate flooring. No nasty carpet. Room at an ice cold refrigerator and freezer and a microwave. Bathroom has a weird shower but plenty of hot water. TV had a very nice selection of channels and HBO. Unexpected. All in all I’d easily stay here again. Beware…No shampoo. Just a small Motel 6 bar of soap. The town has a few restaurants, but I got a bag of Arby’s from the Loves station.

I give it 5/5 stars in its category. hotels dot com had the best deal on any similar room in the area. Budget friendly clean room was just what we needed while traveling through. Shower was great. A/C worked very well & was very quiet. Ice machine was good & had ice. Everything worked. Bed was better than expected, we slept great & woke up refreshed. We walked to the Tamarisk restaurant 2 doors down the street. It gets good reviews & our food was very acceptable.
