Love this place! It is my third visit and I will come again. The front desk is so helpful, breakfast was great in a friendly atmosphere, they are always cleaning. Pool and hot tub are great and you can walk to the city center. Can't think of any negatives!

Our family vacation was the week of the annual pony swim. Despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy, the 100th anniversary swim, the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful and kind and polite. They went above and beyond. We even got a phone call about a half hour after check-in to make sure we settled in ok and if we needed anything! It's these little things that go a long way! Breakfast was excellent each morning with a variety of foods. The rooms were clean and in excellent shape. It was more than spacious for the 6 of us! Both indoor and outdoor pools were great! Kids went fishing off the pier, although they didn't catch anything. Hotel within walking distance to little park as well as some wonderful shops on the main street.

the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the room was very nice. the thing i didn't like about it was at the pool - they have trex lounge chairs that are very hard (kinda like sitting on the floor) they are dark in color so when you sit down they are very hot to the touch. relaxing by the pool was difficult because of the chairs.

The room and hotel were extremely clean and staff was so friendly, especially Tasha our Guest Service Representative. She greeted us, was very friendly, and gave us information about restaurants that we could walk to that evening. 'the price for the size of room and amenities that we had was excellent. The resort was located very conveniently to the activities we planned to do.

It was an OK hotel. We liked the location, view from our room, and the pools. However, the bathtub was very dirty and hotel has a weird smell. If the price was a third of what we paid, it could be an acceptable stay. However, for the price I don’t recommend this hotel. Although I don’t think there are any better options in this area.

We stayed at the Chincoteague Comfort Suites for two nights. The weather was terrible--torrential rain, flooding, and wind. Despite that, the hotel was able to meet our needs. The room was set up nicely with separate sitting area and bedroom area. We also had a deck and were able to watch the ducks in the bay. During good weather, it would have been a beautiful view of the bay and pretty bridge. I liked the updated colors and paint, etc. TV was new and nice. Everything was clean; staff friendly; and generally comfortable. The one thing I didn't like was the small bed pillows. There were a lot of them, but I would have preferred to have a larger pillow. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was very good and walkable to great restaurants and stores on Main St. I also liked that coffee and tea were available all day and into evening. Cookies available after dinner.

Paid for the presidential suite and requested an upper floor. Got the first floor with people crabbing staring in my room. Had to close all curtains and defeats the purpose of a waterfront room. Ver disappointed.

First experience at Comfort Suites was amazing. Wonderful location - balconies facing bay water. Good breakfast , restaurants within a mile 7 min from Assateague. Hotel had ample parking and had a heated swimming pool. Only thing was that the room sizes are a bit narrow

Beautiful view. Very clean room. Spacious. Bed too hot for hot sleepers. Not hotels fault but kids running back and forth in room above. Also music was playing loudly for quite a while.

The hotel and room were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The in-room AC unit was very noisy and made sleeping difficult. The property smelled bad because of the drainage pond directly behind the building.

The staff were so kind and willing to help. They were excited to share tips with us regarding the pony round up and even stopped in the middle of the hallway to chat about their suggestions. We realized after leaving, my 10 year old daughter (and horse lover) left her prized horse souvenir. We called the next day and while they were not able to locate it, Michelle went above and beyond by going to the store for another one and mailing it to us as a replacement. I could not believe the kindness and outstanding customer service. My daughter will be so happy. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing trip and great place to stay, only issue was property charged us twice for the room stay, and claimed that they didn’t, so now we have to dispute the double payment with the bank, as well as being out over 200$ for our trip.

Cleanliness's, friendliness’s. Ease to check in and check out. Option to check in early or check out late (applicable fee was worth it). Also if you forget any amenities they will provide you with complementary size at no charge. Also, being that my family and I don’t eat pork. They accommodated us with a non pork option meat. Having an indoor, outdoor pool and continental breakfast was a big plus for us. Almost forgot I also received a call to the room from the front desk ensuring we were settling in good and was asked if we needed anything. Thank you for the great service

It started off rough, I truthfully didn't like the check in experience, I thought the lady could have handled our booking experience much differently. Other than that, the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good, the view was absolutely beautiful, and all the other workers were extremely nice!

This is a perfect location for a long weekend! Walkable to restaurants, shops, a lovely park. We biked most of the island! Nice little balcony with a pretty view. Free continental breakfast is always a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Comfort Suites in Chincoteague exceeded our expectations! The two Queen bed suite was more spacious than we had imagined, as it included a small living room and a balcony. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool after spending a day biking around Chincoteague and Assateague. Yes, we did see wild horses. And, we enjoyed exploring the marsh and woodland areas. Most of the restaurants are located along a main street. We especially liked "Steamers." Comfort Suites is also well-staffed at the front desk, the breakfast area, and the cleaning team. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, and would return.

Such a beautiful stay with outstanding bay views and sunsets. Hotel has been recently refreshed, breakfast buffet was good, but the culture of friendliness, from check in to housekeeping wishing us a safe trip home, spoke volumes about the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend this hotel as a number one choice.

Love staying at the Comfort Suites. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean, indoor pool is relaxing and the view from you balcony is lovely. It’s convenient to a few good restaurants and shopping. Nice to just sit outside and watch the boats go by and great views of the sunset.

Although electricity was out at facility (and surrounding areas) when we wanted to check in, staff were very apologetic and texted us when power was restored. Always clean, friendly. Breakfast has so many choices. Unlike other hotels, we had maid service, which is a bonus for us.

Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel from lobby to pool to the room! Room was well equipped with items we needed for the pull out couch bed. Wish there were a few gluten free options at breakfast other than eggs, but not everyone needs that accommodation so it wasn't a big deal.

A balcony that overlooks the Bay? Check! Breakfast options that aren't all carbs? Check! (Scrambled eggs or omelets with sausage links or Canadian ham were among the options). Are you able to "splurge" on waffles without eating a GIANT one? Check! (makes four adorable mini waffles!) Large King size room with sofa and desk. Honestly this hotel was wonderful from the service to the ULTRA clean dining area. Free coffee and water available, just a great experience.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of many options. We loved our stay. The only complaint we had is that we did not book the handicap accessible room and were stuck in that room upon check-in, which meant we did not have the balcony or Bayview that we had booked.
