The pool is much warmer than one would think but it's good size and open until 1am for adults. The breakfast is served hot by a young lady who's very polite. The docks aren't crowded so active can go crabbing or fishing but there's not much structure under the water so fish aren't easy to catch. Many shops are within walking distance including the Ropewalk Restaurant. Get to the beach before 11am otherwise the line can be long. And if you're a veteran bring your National Park pass... you get onto the beach for free. Ponies come out later in the evening when cool and will often be grazing along the near the fence along the road around 6-7pm

Broken TV. Not replaced or repaired at time of request. Broken hot tub. This place is just ok. Room never restocked with towels, tp, or coffee. A bad Ant problem. 🐜

This is our 2nd time staying at Waterside, we love the location and hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint we have is our bed was not very sturdy it squeaked and moved every time you rolled over, our just adjusted yourself in bed .
