Nearest MetroTrain is not walking distance away. No weekend city buses either as MetroBus 1B does not run on weekends. The shuttle to the Metro runs only every 50 minutes on Saturdays. Bar closes at 11pm on Friday night and nothing is within walking distance as this is a suburban office park. Breakfast doesn't open until 7AM on Saturday and Sunday.

It was a quick trip to check something out. When we arrived their computer system had crashed so it took a little while to check in. It wasn't to long. The room was very nice and big. The bed was very comfortable. I had a couple of things that I had an issues with. To use their internet you had to pay for it and they charged you for parking in their parking lot which is included in the price. As much money has one of their rooms cost you would think the internet would be free and why do you charge your customers to park in your parking lot. It made no sense to me. It was nice overall.

We requested extra pillows... they said they don't have any. They no longer have a swimming pool. Hotel is on subub, yet parking is not included.. its $14 per day Room was clean, carpet was clean, fridge too tiny. No microwave

I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly—I wish I had remembered his name. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. I’d definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

My room was like a sauna when I walked in. The A/C was very loud and had to run all night to stay cool. The TV didn’t work properly. I had a spider in my bathroom next to pub hair on the floor. There was no full length mirror in the room. Only a small mirror above small sink. I had to get dressed in the hotel bathroom so I could what I looked like before heading to the office.

I like the renovations completed on the hotel. The room’s adjoining room allowed noise from another guest to be heard quiet easily so I got woken up at around 5:30-6 am from someone talking on the phone in the room that was adjoining ours. I also don’t think it’s moral to charge a $13.00 parking fee, when there is no cameras in the parking lot in case of theft, and signs posted that state to bring your stuff in because they will not be held responsible even though I was forced to pay the parking fee park in their parking lot where I just paid approx $200 a night to stay.

Stayed here for one night when our A/C was out. It was quiet and clean and has good beds(I'm very particular). Also, my daughter forgot her AirPods in the room and the hotel staff turned them in so I was able to retrieve them for her. I thought they were going to be gone forever. Thank you to the wonderful and helpful staff! Marriott will always my go to from now on!

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Just wish there was a mirror other than the bathroom one in the room. And the water pressure in the shower could’ve been better…. Also, the main entrance was a little hidden and we ended up going directly to parking and then walking around in circles… They should have sign with arrows showing how to get to the hotel from parking..

Overall a nice hotel but I think customer service can be much better. There was a shooting in the hotel. We were blocked from using the elevators. No one would tell us what was going on. One guy after asking multiple times just said elevators weren’t working and took us up to our room in a freight elevator. Thanks to the internet I was able to find out what happened. We should have been notified and given us the option if we wanted to continue our stay there.

Upon arrival at the nearby metro train station of Dunn Loring, I called the hotel to confirm where I should stand to wait for their free shuttle. I was told just as I exited the metro station to wait in the parking lot known as kiss and ride. I waited and waited. Eventually, I called the front desk a second time. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then they told me that the bus did not come into the parking lot that I had to walk out to the street. I walked out to the street and waited, and indeed the shuttle bus came to the street. The shuttle bus driver told me he never goes into the parking lot. Obviously the front desk staff was unfamiliar with their own free shuttle bus pick up location. Oh, and there is a dead fly on the radiator in the hall just outside my room.

The shuttle bus driver to the Metro would not lift my suitcase up the three huge steps into the bus. I had to go back inside the hotel to get the front desk person to come and lift my suitcase. When the shuttle bus dropped me at the Metro, it didn’t bother to go into the parking lot for Kiss&Ride drop off. Rather it stopped on the street and I had to wade through a parking lot to get to the Metro.

1st issue I have faced was, During check in. When I booked my room with free self parking, however during check in the front desk staff member tried to make me pay $30 per night for parking and when I showed him that we get free parking he would not let us and insisted on making us pay and tried to convince me that it was not true and I was miss led. I asked for the manager. He walked away for few minutes and when he came back he stated that he will give me free parking this time but next time I will pay. 2nd issue was when I checked out I received my invoice and I was overcharged by $10 more on my invoice. I called left a detailed message but have not heard baack

I was up all night after someone just walked into my room with cables, which turns out was a worker at the Marriott. Afterwards another person was trying to get into my room. I put garbage can and bags front of the door to ensure that I can hear someone trying to get in while I was sleeping. Terrifying experience

As this was my first stay at the Marriott, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I found the staff at the restaurant and bar area to be rather condescending and unhelpful. Although I purchased several drinks from the bar and was looking into the menu, I was told to sit outside in the lobby area with some food I had brought with me. Overall, several staff member’s attitudes were unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. I do hope for a better experience in the future or I will most likely not be returning. Very disappointed!

Ok place if you just need a place to sleep. I visited a relative at near by hospital and only spent bare minimum time in hotel. It’s a bit dated and worn but food was ok and staff friendly. The location is a bit off as it’s far from everything except hospital.

The customer service was outstanding! The restaurant was excellent, especially the French fries! Common areas were updated and nicely appointed. Guest rooms and Bathrooms were somewhat dated. We had difficulty with the tap in the bathroom but an engineer came immediately to fix it.

From start to finish, this Marriott offered exactly the kind of experience you hope for — elegant, spotless rooms, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The only minor drawback was that during certain times, the on-site dining shifted to a buffet format rather than seated service. While I prefer a more curated dining experience, this was hardly an issue given the abundance of excellent restaurants just steps away. Overall, a seamless and relaxing stay in a prime location. I’d gladly return.

The hotel was great and the room also. Very friendly staff. Price of the room was good also. We got there late check in and ate at the hotel restaurant. Very pricey and small portions. Breakfast just one day because of the price. We drove 5 minutes to get another place to eat. Other then the hotel restaurant price, everything was very good.

This property was in a nice area and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I however did not like the smell of the soap and shower supplies. The food was good and helpful there was a Starbucks area in the lobby but higher priced than I would pay for a basic meal.
