Everything was great except the parking, would have liked a more direct route to get to the hotel, you have to park in the back of the building and then walk around to the front, a very minor complaint

Hotel has Paid Parking, but parking is located about a Block from Hotel.

The hotel and surrounding area is brand new so it is all in excellent condition. The gym is nice but is the typical hotel gym with basic equipment. The only negative is the third-party parking garage the front desk told me to use. It is $12 per night and I asked if my truck would fit, they assured me that if my truck was under 8 feet it would have no problems. I usually work in NYC so I typically cannot fit into the garages but I was assured that I could. The approach to the garage is at an angle and there is a bollard pipe on the right that is about 6-inches too close the vehicles. Long story short, I not have damage to my vehicle from the bollard. I was able to get my truck out of the garage without damage but I ended up parking in the Metro lot for $3 per day on a surface lot than the $12 for the garage but I was charged the $12 per day for my entire stay anyhow.

Overall it was ok, wish they have a swimming pool.

The hotel was lovely very nice. Everything was clean. Staff was very accommodating. The parking situation is a little inconvenient as there is no direct access to the hotel from the parking garage. The area is developing so there’s also a lot of construction going on which contributes to noise.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, the parking garage is not connected to the hotel.

The gym was terrific

Much better if there was a pool.

Hotel room and service was great. I dislike the fact that the parking garage to the hotel was in the back of the hotel without hotel access. You have to walk around through the alley/street to gain entry into the hotel.

Great stay, very clean and felt very safe! The only complaint I have is with a large suv, the parking garage entrance is not easy to access, nor is there a way to enter the hotel from the garage.

Housekeeping and over all cleanliness is very poor. The location is very obscure and difficult to figure out. Parking is inconvenient, breakfast options are limited and timings are very unreasonable and overall, the staff is curt, not trained.

We stayed over six days. Our room never got cleaned. We even left and went to another people in Philadelphia and came back. Room not cleaned. Then they don’t tell you you have to pay to park each night. Literally $60 extra dollars for parking. When you park, there’s so many reserved you have to park fat just to get parking. Overall experience was horrible. Breakfast was prepackaged and completely unhealthy. The staff who “cooked” or microwaved for better words were rude. I really want my money back for this stay. Completely not worth it at all.

Amazing place! Super clean and inviting, coupled with great employees. I would highly recommend and would most definitely stay there again.

Found hair in the bed that was not mine and had a problem with the bathroom toilet. I was also charged for getting something from the hotel store and I never used it.

The room was spotless and perfect for my work trip. The front desk staff, cleaning staff were so friendly & warm - they made it a pleasure to be away from home. Finding them was a little tricky but aside from that, great stay in a great location.

This property is brand new and you can tell. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Customer service was good. Parking was not ideal, but wasn’t the worst. The drawback for me was the sound issues. You could literally hear everything in the hall and in the rooms around you. I didn’t get any sleep on my birthday because some parent allowed their child to yell and scream the ENTIRE night! I feel like this may have been taken care of maybe around 5am, but needless to say that part was horrible. Luckily my kids did sleep through the noise. If there isn’t there should definitely be a rule in place for that type of behavior, so others could have the peaceful stay they paid for.

This hotel was brand-new when I stayed in July 2024. It was in the middle of a new "district" and was surrounded by under-construction buildings. Getting into the place was a bit difficult since most roads around it were under construction. The parking garage behind it didn't seem to be directly connected to the building, which I think is an oversight - you need to exit the garage and walk around the block to get in. The lobby is on the 2nd floor... signage stating that was pretty obscure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-outfitted - comfortable bed and big TV. The main negative is that the shower took at least 10 minutes to heat up. I would stay here again once the construction in the area is wrapped up!

We stayed for 3 days with our kids. We enjoyed it. Location was beautiful. Outside area was great to relax. Hotel was like new. And most important of all the beds were comfortable.

Clean modern property. Beds are comfortable. Parking is on the back of the building, but when you check in the receptionist was saying people park in the 15 min hotel parking, so just park to the right by the Japanese restaurant when checking in. The only downside is the A/C unit is a little noisy, but I am a light sleeper so it might not bother most people? Full size fridge freezer and dishwasher were a nice option, The Giant supermarket is about a 3 minute walk across the road. Some final construction happening in the area, but it didn’t bother me.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Free wifi. Decent free breakfast. Good price and value

The shower water was so weak. Took forever to rinse off the shampoo on my hair.

This property is clean and new, the staff are nice and it’s a short walk to the metro. The only negative is that is not very sound proof between floors so you have to walk softly in your room or people below complain. I don’t believe this is the hotel owners fault, but a flaw in the building design. Which is why I am still giving them 5 stars.

The hotel is new. I've stayed at this hotel chain before, and I like it because there's plenty of space in the room and it's well organized and clean.

I had to stay here for a month while my apartment was being repaired and I must say, Boyd, Ahmad, and the lady (Im so sorry I forgot her name) were so extremely kind to me my entire stay. I felt like they went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated, valued and cared for during my difficult time. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were always pleasant and thorough whenever I encountered them. Thank you all so much for what you do! I am truly grateful.

I requested multiple items after my surgery, but they never sent them. Extra pillows, etc. we didn’t have housekeeping the entire time.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel lobby was extremely proficient. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous, informative, and made my wife and I stay so enjoyable. Her name was Taneka. Thank you we will stay again.

The staff were wonderful and a lot of help. There was a parking garage glitch and the staff proactively printed a new card and brought it to us. It was the type of service you remember and truly appreciate.

Ahmad the lobby receptionist was exceptional from day 1, I’ve stayed there for 5days. the check out is at 12pm, on our last day the housekeeping staff knock on our room at 11am for check out. I was very upset. Thankfully Ahmad address the issue promptly. The hotel is clean, parking is at the back.

They had a lot of construction and road closures.

Little tricky finding hotel entrance because of construction, but it’s overall in a great location near the West Falls Church metro station, close to Tysons Corner, and quiet since it’s distanced from the interstate.

Newly built property in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is humble and helpful.

Nice hotel, but real win is location - right off Broad St in Falls Church and steps from Metro Station.

The hotel very clean and quiet service are really good staff are nice location is perfect near everything.

We stay at this amazing drive-in hotel when we return to the region every summer. The room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff including housekeepers are very courteous and efficient. Breakfast is great, either. What we like most is that we can always have great hot coffee anytime at least during daytime. It is also near to West Falls Church Metro Station. Recently several restaurants opened within a few minutes' walk. See you next summer!!

Uber couldn’t recognize address, difficult to fund

I liked how it was walking distance to the West Falls subway station and walking distance to good restaurants. It was a convenient place to stay in between DC and the Dulles airport.

This hotel is brand spanking new. It was fantastic. Super clean, modern, rooms were spacious. The bathroom was a little tight but it was nice that there was a shower with no tub. We loved that the hotel was in a safe location, only thing is that it is tough to get to. We got there late at night and none of the signs were visible so we had to cruise around trying to figure out where it was. The hotel is on a street that is not yet on the map. Other that it being an active construction zone it was great. Although the noise was very minimal and did not bother us. The hotel is close to everything. 15 minutes to DC monuments. 6 minutes to Trader Joes and Giant. 2 minutes to Starbucks. It is very close to anything you need. If traveling by Uber you would need to enter the middle school address which is located next to the hotel then lead the driver to the hotel entrance. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere even though the breakfast was free. There wasn’t much of a protein option. Oatmeal, DIY waffles and toast/bagels. They had premade breakfast sandwiches and omelets they did not look appetizing to us. Parking was in a garage not connected to the hotel and had a daily charge. Our rate was $12 a day. In order to access the garage you would need to take the elevator down to the ground floor and exit the building and walk for about a minute. To us this was not an issue. But I could see this being an inconvenience in bad weather.

The entire area is under construction. It’s the only open business, sidewalks are closed around the area, and my Uber app couldn’t locate it. It kept moving my pickup to a nearby high school. The breakfast bar was unattended and out of almost everything. This was on a Saturday morning. The Saturday manager was staying in his back office. I had to help an elderly couple find bowls and yogurt.

Bfast is only up to 10am. They did not replenish bfast after 9am.

The staff and room were great. The breakfast was nothing special and the hot food items were cold. That would not be a big deal if there was a microwave to reheat the should be hot items.

Really nice hotel with everything you need and more. The breakfast however was a disaster. The first morning we were there the kitchen ran out of food. No eggs, fruit, or other items. The next morning the line was stretched around the lobby. By the time we got to the breakfast bar all the food was gone and we were told no more would be coming out.

Great hotel! We had fun during our stay! Good breakfast, too! Thank you!
