I disliked that I got 2 Queen beds instead of the King bed I ordered online and I disliked paying $10 for parking per night in a parkade that said leave at your own risk and the gates were wide open to anyone to walk in...

Hotel was undergoing a renovation, so no pool. The breakfast service was awesome and attendant was superb! We loved the convenience of the location due to its proximity to the Seattle ferry. We had a great stay!

The staff was excellent! Christine at the break bar was amazing. Kayla, the Receptionist was also very helpful. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. We felt $10/day was steep for parking in the garage. We enjoyed the view of Puget Sound from our window.

Alot of homeless people around the property, we chose this hotel due to the gym and pool for our kids and it was closed for renovations prior to the posted date. A/C is just blowing out a ton of dust and the room is very dusty. Very meh compared to when I used to stay here every year.

Of the hotels in the area, this one is probably one of the best. That stated, the hotel is in a renovation process and therefore limited on amenities. I always choose a hotel with a fitness center as this one advertised, only to be disappointed to learn it is temporarily closed. While they offered guests to go to the neighboring hotel a mile away, this is certainly not convenient particularly in early morning and many homeless roaming around. The price per night should account for the value of amenities highlighted in description.The amenities in room are basic and the breakfast, while, complimentary is what you should expect from a complimentary breakfast. It will get the job done but it isn't something you should have high expectations. Parking garage is available, but be sure not to park anywhere other than what is marked as Hampton Inn or you will get towed. I would say, service was reasonably good. If you do stay, I would recommend the top level (4th floor) as you can hear people walking above you in other floors. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a distraction. I would also request a view of the water - that to me was the highlight. Also, if you are picky about pillows, you may want to bring your own. :-) Overall, @ $200/night, I would not rate this a good value for what you get, but it will work in a pinch.

It was rather full so we had to park in a garage a ways from the hotel, which was fine but we had drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the garage to get to a n elevator. Plus signage from the garage wasn’t there so weren’t sure if we were going the right way.

It was fine. Our room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was nice. The property has clearly been renovated somewhat recently, and the pool and gym were closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel is right next to the ferries, and the neighborhood is very industrial. There are several restaurants within walking distance, though no shopping or entertainment. We had a hard time finding it (arrived by car), because it's part of a plaza and the sign for the hotel itself was very small. The staff friendliness was hit and miss, some people were friendly and some weren't. Our toilet wouldn't stop running in our room, but my husband was able to quickly fix it. This hotel isn't going to impress you, but if you need a place to sleep near the ferries, this is a good option.

Picked this hotel because they had a pool, parking and free hot breakfast. When we arrived they had shut down their pool. We expessed our disappointment to staff but the did not care. My point was there is a marriot 2 blocks way that has a pool and we could have chosen if we knew. The price we paid for the room was not worth it if there was no pool. Then got to room and toilet kept running water. The hose and flapper seemed to broken. The phone in room did not work so we went to front desk. She sent a very nice person to fix toilet. Did not work. We asked if we could move rooms and because we booked with expedia the answer was no. The manager tried to fix toilet the next day while we were out. When we got to room the toilet was not running but still did not stop running water once you flushed it. Lastly when we checked out we were charged for parking because we booked through expedia. Im a hilton rewards member but if you book through third party site you are not treated very well. Sad, we will never stay at hilton owned properties again.

Couldn't understand why I was so stuffy when I woke up until I went into the bathroom and saw a half inch thick layer of dust in the vent. Elevator takes 3 business days for anything. Charging full price AND parking when half the amenities are unusable is insane. Never again

Hallways smell horrible, room shower had a lot of water damage, front desk computer not working so took awhile to check us in. Front desk was very apologetic and frustrated but couldn’t do anything about it. Hotel is great location but really need a good refresh. Starting to show its age

My room was filthy, could see some type of beverage on the walls in the sunlight. No roller shade for window privacy, a small make-shift curtain that did not fit the window properly. Would not stay at this location again nor recommend.

The hotel is in a nice location, but the room itself was not up to par. There was a used soap bar left in the shower, the floors did not look vaccumed and there were crumbs in the creases of the chairs. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, but after checking in I was told it was not open. They had lots of options for breakfast which was nice but the hot foods, such as eggs sausage and french toast, were over cooked and not good.

There was virtually no light in the shower. Terrible water pressure. Loose bathroom tiles. The phone couldn’t even call down to the front desk. And the automatic blinds are not user friendly. The water probably came out of the faucet and shower at 140°. (120° is supposed to be the hottest it comes out at). The complimentary breakfast was borderline gross and they have a parking garage dedicated for their guests…. For $10 a night. Just a terrible hotel. Staff was friendly though. Only thing they have going for them.

The hotel is right on the waterfront of the marina, with access to the boardwalk. The view from our room was fantastic. There was a ferry to Seattle, and foot-ferry to Port Orchard - all just right there. It is in a great location. The room was very spacious and clean -- it may have been recently remodeled, as it was updated nicely. The breakfast that was included in our stay was well stocked with a variety of food and it was good. The only negative, was that the facilities were being remodeled which left the gym and pool inaccessible. Some guests might be disappointed to find that out upon arrival, but it didn't impact us at all.

Hotel is under construction and no notice before hand about it. Secondly, the room I got was not what was advertised, so over paid for that. And the floors are so then you can hear everything. Might be the worst hilton I have ever stayed at. Probably the best thing was the lady at night, who was expressively helpful with everything going on and even noticing small details that made my stay a little more enjoyable.

Beautiful area on the water. We had a strange incident where the room vibrated like there was an earthquake on /off throughout our stay. No rooms to switch to. We were offered a discount and decided to stay as there were no other hotels with rooms within 50 miles. Management was helpful, but No idea what was causing it…

Hotel was under renovation, systems crashed, room was tacky, walls were paper thin and could hear everything, room was dated and did not match what I reserved, staff who checked me out was rude, I was made to pay extra for parking, homeless people were fighting outside of the hotel at 3 am, I could go on and on. Will not be returning and question whether I'll ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Nice property right next to the ferry, convention center, food and bar options. Comfortable bed, nice shower, solid wifi and TV with plenty of channels. A/C works great, I love my room cold

Good customer service. Decent hot breakfast. Clean, dpacious rooms with views of the naval shipyard and water. Easy walk to restaurants and cute shops. Ferry is literally next door. My only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are VERY thin do you can hear people stomping upstairs or people talking in the hallway. The windows arent soundproof, too, so the seagulls sound like they're inside the room. Lol just wear earplugs. All in all, a good hotel.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I've been to, the evening receptionist and the next morning's receptionist were very friendly, and sincere, and very good at their profession. Happy and expert assistance. The next morning, the lady who was temporarily performing the hard work of setting up the breakfast, her name is Christina, she was very friendly and happy, and helpful, and let us know that she would leave the drinks available for a bit after 10 am (after closing time) as my family was not quite done eating breakfast. She is a great example of a friendly and considerate employee, and it's because of her and her associates at the front desk, that we will be back here again. Thank you for your excellent service !!! The staff was excellent! Christine at the break bar was amazing. Kayla, the Receptionist was also very helpful. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. We felt $10/day was steep for parking in the garage. We enjoyed the view of Puget Sound from our window.

Hotel was under renovation, systems crashed, room was tacky, walls were paper thin and could hear everything, room was dated and did not match what I reserved, staff who checked me out was rude, I was made to pay extra for parking, homeless people were fighting outside of the hotel at 3 am, I could go on and on. Will not be returning and question whether I'll ever stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The hotel is right on the waterfront of the marina, with access to the boardwalk. The view from our room was fantastic. There was a ferry to Seattle, and foot-ferry to Port Orchard - all just right there. It is in a great location. The room was very spacious and clean -- it may have been recently remodeled, as it was updated nicely. The breakfast that was included in our stay was well stocked with a variety of food and it was good. The only negative, was that the facilities were being remodeled which left the gym and pool inaccessible. Some guests might be disappointed to find that out upon arrival, but it didn't impact us at all.

We stayed here because we wanted to visit the USS Turner Joy and eat at Anthony’s next door. Both of those were great places to visit. What was not so great was the homeless and tweakers that were absolutely everywhere. We made sure our teen daughter stayed close to us at all times and never went to the restroom alone anywhere in the area. Also note, most restrooms in the area are locked due to this issue and require a key or staff assistance. We were told the boardwalk used to be fantastic but during our visit there were very few tourists and many places were closed.

Alot of homeless people around the property, we chose this hotel due to the gym and pool for our kids and it was closed for renovations prior to the posted date. A/C is just blowing out a ton of dust and the room is very dusty. Very meh compared to when I used to stay here every year.

It was fine. Our room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was nice. The property has clearly been renovated somewhat recently, and the pool and gym were closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel is right next to the ferries, and the neighborhood is very industrial. There are several restaurants within walking distance, though no shopping or entertainment. The hotel is in a nice location, but the room itself was not up to par. There was a used soap bar left in the shower, the floors did not look vaccumed and there were crumbs in the creases of the chairs. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, but after checking in I was told it was not open. They had lots of options for breakfast which was nice but the hot foods, such as eggs sausage and french toast, were over cooked and not good.

Hotel is under renovation. Not notified before reserving the room that this was going on. Construction noise began as early as 5:30am and continued as late as 11:00pm. Complained, but was told that construction crews left by 5;00pm. Also no warm breakfast, single coffee urn was usually empty.

My 6 yr old couldn't stop talking about the waffles at breakfast - best waffles ever. He wasn't wrong. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could mention her specifically. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken a care of, and was on top of everything. The room was good. The only thing that could have been better - the bed was squeaky so everytime we turned over it was kind of noisy.
