The Hotel’s Computer System Was Not Working Properly, & I Had To Wait Until Around 4:30 To Check In ( Which Was 3:00 PM On The Reservation )! When, I Checked Out, The Computer Froze & The Hold of $100 On My Credit Card Could Not Be Removed. The Gazeebo Behind The Hotel Was Broken 😡!

Overall a nice place - in the middle of renovation so a bit cluttered. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Pros: The views are wonderful. Every room has a balcony. It is also very peaceful. And each staff person was very polite, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated how hard working they all were. And appreciate the phone call the day I was checking in to get more detail for my arrival. I was also not so sure about how breakfast would work since you order your breakfast and it comes to you the next day. But once breakfast made it to me, it was really good and surprising for a hotel. Cons: This place has not been maintained at all. The list is fairly large but things like no screens for the sliding glass doors, an unusable gazebo, doors that sometimes can’t open until several tries with the card, hole in the curtains, and a private beach that really can’t be used. This along with most rooms with no chairs and or tables available on the balconies and not even the one picnic table pictured near the beach area made this trip very disappointing. I hope someone puts some time and effort into repairs as this could be ( and probably was) a cute little place. The 3 stars was for the view, staff, and the breakfast. And would be only reasons I would even think of returning.

It is pet friendly. Otherwise, I would not pick to stay here. The facility is old, the doors are broken. Noise above and outside.

I loved that they have a view of the water and a giant field for dogs to do their business, even a doggie bag and trash can station. Spacious parking and lots of cameras.

The hotel is right next to the beach. It has a wonderful view, and parking is easy. But it does not have an elevator. That makes it difficult to lug large suitcases up the stairs. There are many strange looking people hanging around the parking lot.

You can’t beat the beautiful view from the balconies of this hotel. However, be prepared for a very long walk down 20 steep stairs to get to the dog walking area. There are also no elevators in the building that we were in. The hotel is rather run down and many of the important items in our room did not work (shower, door lock,etc) , as well as the room had not been cleaned. We also unfortunately had a very bad experience with an individual on a roof next door at the waste treatment plant screaming and threatening to kill people at 3am in the morning and lasted for about two hours before the police got there. Management said that was an unusual event.

Room was fine, balcony view of lake, nice and clean. However it’s an older property, no elevators in second building (don’t know about main building) and 1st floor is Downstairs. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, or picked up but no sit down area in the motel itself. Food was fine.

I do not understand why a room would be dusty or have obvious stains on the mattress or rust in the restroom in several places, my wife did not deserve to feel uncomfortable like that. If they clean up the room get rid of anything rusty (which would only cost $50.00) and stains plus the layer of dust on the curtains it would have been an amazing stay. They brought food right to our room, wasn't high quality, if the food was a little higher quality, it would have been a go to every time we come out, but I don't know if we will take a chance again. A lot of broken things outside as well. Gazebo not usable, going to the water was run down. Pictures on the website did not match what we saw, the pictures look 10 years previous to the state is in now, very miss leading. The staff was good and friendly. It's not letting me post pictures. Why?

Beds were made, looking taken care of but sheets were not changed. I found it very disgusting.

Staff was nice. For the complementary breakfast you have fill out a slip of your choices and they have it ready on a tray. With how run down the hotel is we didn’t dare have them prepare our food. The smell in this hotel is absolutely terrible. We can’t even describe it. The grounds were very unkept as well. I would never stay at this place again.

This place was adorable, quiet and super clean. Staff was great. Definitely will stay here again .

Pretty view of bay. Rooms old and smelly. Carpet filthy. Linens were clean but not soft.

Check-in was ok. Room was in the basement and obviously had not been cleaned (e.g. sticky tv remote, dirt on the carpet). Very high window—not sure if it met egress standards. One light in the room, nowhere near the bed so one couldn’t read in bed. Also no bedside table on either side of the bed. Not sure that I ever have stayed in a worse place.

The rooms were filthy, toilets covered in urine, floors covered in food debris and dirt, beds appeared to be unclean. Very suspicious characters in the parking lot, felt unsafe staying at the hotel so we cancelled the two nights we had booked before staying a single night. Poor customer service, not willing to help at all due to a five hour span between checking in and coming to the front desk for a refund. Stay away.

It was nice.. only problem the bath tub faucet wouldn’t stop dripping hot water and it was annoying.

The hotel was old but comfortable. The view was beautiful from the balcony. You can hear others talking through the walls and on the balcony. Someone set off a fire alarm at 2:30am. There was no lock on the sliding door going to the balcony. Was nice to have breakfast brought to the room. Food was good and had a lot of choices.

Outdated Internet – Had to Leave Within Hours! The hotel looks clean and decent overall, though a bit dated. Check-in was smooth, but the front desk woman wasn’t friendly—just professional. The room and building were clean, though the elevators showed their age. My biggest issue was the internet. It was so painfully slow I couldn’t check emails, make calls, or attend a Zoom meeting. I had to leave within two hours of checking in. There’s basically no signal or usable Wi-Fi. If you’re traveling for work or want to stream anything—even on vacation—this is not the place. I lost $125–$150 with no refund. Once you check in through Expedia, you’re stuck. Not Expedia’s fault, but this hotel desperately needs an internet upgrade. Total waste of money.

The three points are for the room itself. I stayed in a renovated room, which is a huge improvement from the room I stayed in last year. It still has problems: 1) VERY loud toilet (I can hear my neighbor's toilet pumping water after each use); 2) both sinks are super slow; 3) humming fridge; 4) heater did not work despite displaying "on"-- none of the buttons worked. The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean and well designed. I appreciate the comforter (not just a flimsy blanket), which helped tremendously esp. when the heater did not work Here is my gripe: I booked the room through Expedia which guaranteed a price that included tax. The hotel, however, charged me $12 ish more claiming the tax was not included in the original cost Expedia guaranteed. When I contacted the hotel, they pushed me to contact Expedia, claiming there was nothing they could do. I threw a fit and demanded to talk to a manager to get a refund. I don't care about the $12 but it's a matter of principle. At what point will I care? $20? $200? If neither Expedia nor the hotel honors the price I was told guaranteed the room, then they have lost all credibility. Who can trust them anymore?!! Also, they charge $100 upon check in. It was definitely in the fine print so far down their policy page that most people don't notice. Although it was refunded promptly upon check out, I wish they had been more explicit about this because when you check in, it's too late to change if you don't want to pay it.

Overall the hotel was dirty. Stains on the carpets in the hallway and dead bugs in the stairwells. The rooms themselves were very unclean. Stains on the pillows, walls, carpet and curtains. Dead bugs in the room near the sliding glass door. Over unclean property. Also the Wi-Fi was not working and the manager had an attitude about it.

Kate, at the front desk, was amazing! She made our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the beds were worn out and sagging on one side. The view was nice.

The bathroom shower water adjuster needs to be replaced. No toilet paper holder i the bathroom. And not a big fan of the breakfast ways. Tou could at least have a coffee maker in the breakfast room. Not enough tables either.

Staff were rude upon check in and check out. Breakfast instructions were not clear or concise, though breakfast in a bag is not a sufficient hotel-provided meal option, regardless.

Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. There wasn’t anyone to confirm if indeed there was a fire or not. Nobody at the front desk knew anything the next day. No apology for disturbance. I was unable to enter my room at the end of each day without ending up at the front desk to have them rekey my room card. There were no instructions on getting breakfast. You have to order it the day before. When I checked in I ordered for the next day but then I didn’t get back to the hotel until after the deadline to offer for the following day which means I missed breakfast. I didn’t know if housekeeping would put order form in room but you had to request an order form from front desk each day instead of giving you one for each day of your stay at check in. Housekeeping came the first day and took garbage and replaced towels but didn’t make the bed which was odd and they disposed of my dogs travel bowls for their food and water.

Staff was wonder, property was under construction but respectful and clean, room was great and bed super comfortable. Nice walk right down to the water. Had water view and balcony. Have stayed in quite a few budget hotels and this was by far my favorite. If in Bremerton again will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Spent 4 nights. Rooms clean and recently updated. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the otters and birds. Appreciated the option to have breakfast delivered to our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Their staff was very friendly and accommodating but they kept thinking that we were supposed to have checked out two days in a row when the reservation very clearly stated the dates of arrival and departure so we were locked out of our room two days in a row. The rooms really needed to be updated and repaired. Had to hold the sink stopper up so the water would drain out. They were actively making repairs. The good news was that we had a lovely water view from the balcony and they very kindly let us park our large UHaul truck in their parking lot, which I greatly appreciated.

Be prepared to actually PAY a $100 deposit and sign a 6 page contract. This is ridiculous. I don't have to do any of this at a Marriot or Hilton. We really only needed this room to shower as my 3 person crew runs a fireworks tent for charity. It was cheap enough, but not worth the hassle.

We had prepaid reservations for 6 rooms for friday and saturday nights. One of the people had car problems and did not get to the hotel until early morning and when he went to check in, they told him his reservation had been cancelled after 3am and would not let him check in, even tho the room was already prepaid for both nights. So he had to sleep in his car, but was able to talk to the manager the next day and get his room for saturday night. His room was prepaid for both nights so it should not have mattered what time her got there. We asked for refund for friday, but were told we would have to deal with expedia, since that is who we booked thru. What can be done, if anything?

Check in process was terrible. Felt more like an interrogation and the staff was very condescending. Construction was happening in the lobby and the worker liked to stare. Room had flies but besides that, was pretty good. Amazing water pressure

The location was great and the view to the water from the balcony was good. Our balcony had pipes going to the water but was not a huge deal. We had our breakfast delivered to our room as we were leaving early and had arrived late so we only asked for things easy to take - bagel, snail horn, etc. The pastries were like what you would buy from a quick shop, small sealed plastic wrapping, and tea was just a tea bag. Again, we were there for a short time and it was nice to have something delivered but was not exactly what we expected.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly lobby staff, who made me feel welcome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Environment inside the hotel remarkably quiet—ideal for a relaxing retreat. Rooms are spacious and modern. The view from the balcony was simply unbelievable, offering a stunning panorama that turned every morning coffee and evening wind-down into a memorable experience. On top of that, they have a choise for breakfast - many healthy options. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and inspiring getaway.

I really liked Oyster Bay Inn. It was good value for money, with friendly staff and safe area. A lovely view of a lake, sailboats and oyster beds. You can walk down to the beach at the lake which is relaxing. Nice big room too. Definitely prefer this small hotel and we even got a breakfast. I would return and recommend.

Very nice hotel close to the shore and a short walk from facilities and a drive from the harbour. Good access point for Seattle via ferry and Olympic Mountains

Although it is an older buliding, it looks like this hotel has had recent updates (new carpets and furniture), which is nice. The view of the bay off the balcony is very peaceful. Breakfast is included, and they even deliver if you want! The bacon is very good (from a local supplier I believe). I would stay here again if I need to visit Bremerton in the future.

Our stay was nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They were doing some remodeling so we had our breakfast delivered up to our room it was ok I think if there had been a dining area we could have had a better variety to choose from.

It's an older motel with some insignificant cosmetic issues, but the rooms are very clean. Also, they provide a genuine free full breakfast which can be delivered to your room. Basically a great stay and I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

View was beautiful. Had good choices for breakfast, delivered to your room if you wanted. A little glitch, they checked me out a day early. Locked out of my room when returning from evening out. Had to go to front desk and have card reactivated.

Loved the room and the view as always. Breakfast dine-in area was beautiful and the food and service overall very good. I liked the look of the lit-up hotel sign and freshly painted parking area and exterior. Have come here multiple times while in town for family visits. Coming back!
