Staff was very friendly, breakfasts were delicious and of good variety, and room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was actually warm (while many hotels claim heated pools, this one really was), and there was a working clock visible from the pool.

Slightly outdated in common areas and there was some maintenance work being done in the pool area but staff seemed attentive (even walking through and inspecting that pool area when we were swimming) and rooms were comfy enough, that it wasn't a major drawback. Plus, staff was SO friendly, that went a long ways.

The only reason I would rate this as a 10 is there was no chaise lounges in the pool or outside area, just chairs. It would have been more to sit back in realax in the sun in a lounge chair, otherwise, staff and facility great. Didnt use breakfast area.

Towels weren't the cleanest. We had a room (29) on the main floor that is all the way in the back of the building. At first, we thought it was great because it seemed private. But we found out over night and early morning that it is a high traffic area as the stairs to the 2nd floor of the building is right outside that room, and the egress building door to the back parking lot is also there. Lots of people chattering and we can hear everything including foot steps on the stairs and every door opening and closing all night long. Terrible sleep experience because of that room. We like to think the experience would have been better if we had a different room.

This is an older hotel with a rustic mountain feel, but it was very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. No issues at all there. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower head with its softer water flow unlike most hotels that have a needle-sharp spray. The only thing I didn't like about the room is having the sinks outside the bathroom right along the same wall as the TV. The room for breakfast was quite crowded with bulky tables and chairs, but we all found a place to sit down and eat. Minor details. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Snowcap Lodge is a place that has seen better days. The sheets and towels were clean, but the carpets were dingy and the keycards would not work. This was our third stay this year but the first time our room was cleaned daily, it was nice to come back to a clean room. The AC was a bit too loud and somehow didn’t cool the room enough at night.

This hotel feels like it's. 30 years old already. The pillows are horrible. The TV and channel selection are horrible. The a/c unit iny room was horribly noisy. If you are in the freeway side you hear trucks all night long.

The room was clean. Well supplied with toiletries etc. Comfortable bedding. Thick towels. I almost didn't stay because the staff was smoking on the bench right next to the entrance and the front desk person was rude and unapologetic when I mentioned it bothered me. She was overall somewhat rude after that so check-in wasn't great.. Shower had great water pressure and hot water.

lock on room door did not work. They couldn’t put us in another room because they said there were no other rooms. We had to find and stay at another hotel at 8pm. Hotel manager refused to refund us the room charge that was booked a month ago when i called to dispute saying that the lock worked. YOU ARE A LIAR!! Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

We had such a great stay here. We were amazed by the friendly staff. They were wonderful! We stayed just 1 night but had a great stay. Clean, roomy room. Pool was perfect and breakfast was great. The gal organizing the breakfast was extremely kind and the man at the front desk was super helpful. We will come back!

We were surprised with how nice this hotel was based off the price! Absolutely everything was easy and the hotel was very clean. We were even provided freshly baked cookies at bedtime. The kids got to swim at night. We had continental breakfast in the morning that even had food for the kids to enjoy. It was perfect.

We loved the Snowcap Lodge. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had (and we've had a lot of them!) Homemade yeast batter waffles with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Delicious!

We’ve stayed many times now for our equestrian shows at the horse park. We love the location convenience and the rooms are comfortable. The daily room cleaning is hit and miss. Breakfast could also improve. Staff is always very nice and accommodating.
