The front desk employee was great but the property was in rough shape. The room smelled like an ashtray so I was moved to a new room.

Stayed 2 nights

I would give this place like a 5 or 6 out of 10. The room was pretty run down and depressing to be in, but it was clean and offered alot having the mini kitchen. But that creates the problem in that it felt like everyone there lived there. They put me on the back side of the property for 2 nights and it was nonstop stuff happening outside my door and in the parking lot. Had to keep the curtains fully shut for any privacy, making it feel tiny. At one point a few police cars showed up with a K-9 doing a search in the parking lot, but ended up following the dog to the dealership next door. The staircase areas to get to the second floor were hard to locate and pretty gross, rarely cleaned. Kids were riding scooters right next to our parked cars both days, making you feel uneasy about someone damaging your car. The 2 nights I stayed had stuff happening both mornings and that wasn't relayed in any way, besides a notice on the front desk, which you wont see if you reserve online. First day they had to shut water off between 8am-12pm. The next morning they said there would be fire alarm testing or something and entry into every unit would be required/non negotiable. All these things together makes for an unrelaxing stay. I left hours early to get out of there before the alarm testing.
