The outside of the property is fresh and clean. The room i was in was ok, not great. No elevator so keep that in mind. It is located on a busy street. Breakfast was pretty much a joke, coffee, toast and granola bars, yep that it. I felt the hotel was over priced. However, it was cheap in comparison to other chains in the area.

Floors in the rooms were dirty. We had brand new whitee socks on and just walked on for a little time and the bottom of our socks were black. Beds were not completely made. Previous tenants hair was left in room. Crumbs left in beds.

There seems to be a scam here. The floors are not clean. I had to put socks on our grandson to walk around. White socks became black on the bottom very quickly. If you spill something and wipe it up (in our case water), the towel became black and we were charged for it. The person checking out in front of us had the same thing happening and was charged for a ruined towel. Two in a row? Dirty floor and charge for dirty towel when it comes into contact with it? Both the person checking out in front of us and us complained about the fairness of this and the clerk was nonplused. She ignored comments and just kept part of our deposit for the towels. Do Not Stay Here.

The floor was filthy, not mopped or even swept. Just walked in the room for a couple of minutes and turned my white socks brown. When I went barefoot in the morning, I noticed a lot of dirt coming from my feet in the shower. The office chair needs to be replaced, and the bed squeaked just turning over on it.

We were okay there. What we were disappointed with was the room wasn’t really cleaned. My husband cleaned up the AC as it was so dirty. The bathroom floor had so much hair. While layinnin bed you could smell the dust in the room. We didn’t get maid service the whole time we were there. We had to go to the front desk daily to grab towels. One day there was no towels available. Our TV was out. We called the front desk twice before someone actually came. They found the HDMI cord was missing. I would not recommend this property.

When walking barefooted on their laminate floors my feet were black filthy dirty and sticky. It's my opinion they do not clean or mop their floors in a long long time. The crevices and corner in the toilet area were black and have not been cleaned nor sanitized. They said they have a small breakfast indeed they may have put out a dozen pastries that was it but they did have coffee. I will never stay at this place again nor should others

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! There were roaches crawling out of the guest book and remote for the TV, exoskeletons from roaches inside the towels and baby roaches crawling up the sink drain and shower drain. Our room door wouldn’t even lock properly as they screwed in the security lock unevenly. The front desk lady was nice, but honestly would never stay here again. Requested a refund and the manager refused it. Hotels.com even reached out to the manager and he also denied the refund to them.

The facility should be condemned from cleanliness to unsanitary room conditions bed bugs mold in the shower caulking dirty floors unclean bathrooms just a bad experience I could go on not trying to scare anyone but this place needs a major overhaul.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, the pictures on expedia do NOT represent what the actual hotel looks like or provides. We got in late after a 3 hour road trip. Pulling in, we were surprised by the look of the hotel and how different it looked on expedia vs in person. After we checked in, we got to the room and it smelt like smoke and dirty mold. The bed linen was dirty, the walls and floors were dirty, the bathtub had dirt in it, the toilet seat was broken and half way falling off. We ended up checking out 10 minutes later and finding a hotel that we were able to stay in. I have been fighting for almost a week to get a full refund from this property and have been told the manager would get back to me and still have not heard anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This room was clearly not well maintained. The lock was broken. The door had clearly been kicked in before based on the condition of the door jam and the broken knob stop that was indented into the wall. The TV remote was missing, I realized it’s because there had been a near fire at the outlet and it was black, TV was unplugged. There was an old apple charger in one of the outlets that was there so long it was covered in dust & grime. The hair dryer had clearly been banged on something because it was busted with the inside wires exposed…yet still hung up for use. Floors were sticky. Mattresses were covered in plastic. Lots of questionable people lingering in the parking lot. Some woman was hollering while running back and forth across the landing at 6:30am. The security deposit was charged at DOUBLE what the website states. I had to boobie trap the door just to feel safe enough to sleep.

Initial room had recently been smoked in amd had a plastic bag wrapped around the snoke detector, AC didn’t work. Staff were great and moved us to new room. That room was stocked with towels. "Free breakfast" was coffee, danish and granola bar.

It was cheap and fairly clean. But the mattresses were noisy because they were wrapped in plastic. The TV didn’t work right, the AC/heater was sketchy. The ‘breakfast’ was granola bars and convenience-store Danishes. :(

People running up and down the stairs all night. Heater stopped working in the middle of the night and wouldn't start again, I froze. Hot water was barely warm, not good enough for a shower. Bed was nicely made.

I have stayed in many hotels. Nothing has been as bad as this one. The only thing that could have made it worse would have been bed bugs. It took over 30 minutes to check in. Person behind me had been trying for over an hour and left her spot in line. The loby was full of damage showcasing how run down the place is. Getting into my room was challenging. The card key only worked after 20 or so attempts. Opening the door I was met with potent cleaning chemical smell. Flooring was cracked damaged from I assume water damage. I had to walk around in shoes as to not hurt or injur my feet. Bathroom had dirt in the corner, walls had dents and mucus smeared on it. Bathtub was missing a plug, so a hot bath was out of the question. I was exhausted from driving for 13 hours so I wasnt about to cancel my reservation and attempt to get money back. Calling the dront desk would have been futile. The whole time I was checking in they ignored calles. The one they did answer they said they would look at it in the morning but they cant do anything about it. I notified the staff of my frustrations rhe next day and they did nothing. This is not what I have come to expect from a Wyndham property. I will not be ever coming back and I will have second thoughts on using Wyndham/days inn ever again.

They overcharged me for my two nights stay. Kept calling them about it and kept trying to tell me they didn’t charge me when my bank shows me that they wayyyy overcharged me. The hotel room was left nice and cleaned by me and my gf. Eventually they just lied and said I’d get the money they owed me in 15 minutes and that they’d call. They never did. They hung up on me one time. Honestly I don’t care I just want my money back. They didn’t even give me my military discount.

Prior to the trip I had contacted the hotel requesting to add a name to the reservation, multiple times the staff member hung up on me or would not let me finish reading the confirmation number before cutting me off and saying he did not see my reservation. During the stay when going down to the office the workers at the desk would ignore the phones and guests while having personal conversations and would not assist guests until their conversation ended

It’s very close to the freeway and dining areas. I had to ask 3 times to get my sheetMary at the front desk is probably the sweetest desk clerk I’ve ever met. She’s very polite, friendly and always willing to help with a smile.

I was very disappointed. We had a two night stay and checked out early. There were unexpected taxes and fees in addition to the advertised price (nearly $200) I have over $500 dollars pending on my credit card for a 2 night stay!! The condition of the property was rundown, and we felt unsafe. A man was loitering out side our room, really creepy.

The property is pretty old and tired. It was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. The advertised "continental breakfast" was coffee and your choice of packaged Danish or granola bars. If I just needed a cheap place to stay for one night, this would be fine. Daily housekeeping was not provided.

This stay was disappointing. The pictures lead one to believe the motel is more than it is, but it is an average motel at best. On the good side, it is easy to find from I5, and I did not hear through the walls but then we were an end of the hall room. It is located in an area with few choices to dine. On check in, one of the two desk people had an accent so strong it was hard to understand and the people she was working with had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Our room on our arrival had a beeping smoke detector but happily that was fixed quickly, however it also turned out the coffee maker was missing the piece to put the filter into, so no in room coffee. (Noticed that in the morning). The room was clean. Linens were minimal- no real quilt on the bed for the cooler seasonal weather. For those who prefer a firm mattress, the mattress we had was a bit "boggy." There was no dresser in the room but at least there were hangers in the closet. Breakfast was part of the stay but consisted only of bagged danish and no other food choices. No hot water available for tea or tea bags seen, only coffee. No sugar substitute seen. There were juice choices from a machine. The breakfast area was more like a closet. One place to sit. Have to return to the area in three weeks and the price seen then is reduced versus this stay but won\'t stay there again and have instead found another lodging. I\'ve stayed in Days Inn before and of all I\'ve been to this was quite different.

I am currently pregnant , and your “breakfast bar” was not as advertised. I’ve been in the Food and Beverage Industry for 17 years , call it “high standards” , however, you only had Coffee , and Danishes & Granola Bars. Juice machine was not working and you had an empty refrigerator that I assumed was supposed to hold your yogurts, hardboiled eggs, cold breakfast food etc, I asked the front desk if there was anything else you had to offer & let her know I was pregnant and was really looking forward to a MEAL and her response : “What you see is what you get.” If you advertise a “breakfast bar” , then your patrons should see what’s been advertised on your website. Very dissatisfied.

While the outside of the location looks a little rough, the room was pretty clean. The room could have used more towels. My biggest complaint is that the grab-n-go go breakfast only consisted of coffee, cheap bread, some Costco granola bars, and instant oatmeal. I would not stay at this property, again.
