I was only there for 10 hours - the room had a bad odor requiring window to stay open. Roaches were crawling around. Shower was fine, water was warm. Slept on top of covers but bed seemed fine. Minimal TV options. Shuttle doesn’t run until 7am - walkable from airport.

It's a 3 floor facility with no elevators. I'm disabled but managed to get my luggage to the 2nd floor. The staff made zero effort or even offer to assist me. The facility hasn't had a facelift in a decade at least! Very runfown and uncared for. We didn't risk the bed linens at all! In a time crunch, couldn't relocate.

Good value, decently walkable from the airport light rail station. Room was clean, and there was an airport shuttle service which was useful due to it being rainy at checkout, though there was no elevator.

The room was clean and quiet. Everything worked and we liked the bright quilt on the bed. The staff courteous. The shuttle only runs from 7-7 to the airport. The walk was about 12 minutes to the main terminal along the sky bridge. No morning coffee.

Just one night transiting through SeaTac. Is an older property, but price was very good. It is indeed very close to the airport. The airport is walkable if weather is good, although you can call for/book a shuttle ride between airport and hotel. Shuttle only runs between 7am and 7pm.

When you spend $80 for a motel room you kinda know what you are going to get. I was fine with a rundown motel but in their description they said they had an airport shuttle and that was the ONLY reason I chose them. I had an early fight out of Seatac and when I checked in I found out that their shuttle only runs after 7am and you have to have make a reservation 2 days in advance. So I ended up paying over $20 for an Uber. Do yourself a favor and get a more expensive place with a shuttle that runs for early fights.

The room was infested with cockroaches everywhere. Right as I checked in and came to the room, two cockroaches were in the sink. Several were in/around the trash can, others were around the toilet… they were everywhere. There should never be conditions like that for a guest to stay in. The hotel’s location is ideal only for people arriving at the airport late at night, however the cleanliness should have this hotel closed down, it is disgustingly terrible!

The hotel is horrible. Everything is dirty and wear out. I don't even want to touch the chair which is very dirty. There is blood stain on bed sheet. I definitely won't go back there.

This hotel was one of the most dirty ones I have ever stayed in. It was not clean at all, my hotel room smelled like urine. The mini fridge that was in the room was full of cockroaches. The room also had cockroaches walking on the wall and furniture.

You get what you pay for - it's an inexpensive motel, walking distance to the airport. The staff is friendly. Everything else about this place is not good - I experienced a run down room (with a literal huge hole on the ceiling), bugs and small spiders in the room, horrible internet connection. No shopping options nearby.

My room was clean vut the furniture didn’t match, the bed was lumpy, the remote didn’t work, there was no ice in the machine and the whole place needed paint but the staff was great and I felt safe so overall it’s a good value but not fancy

In general, the property is dated and showing signs of wear and tear, but the bathrooms really need. work. My bathroom had clogged drain in shower and broken shower knob making it very hard to use the shower. Normally I'd ask to change the room but it was airport accommodation and we were there for 6h so there was no time. A good thing is that you can walk to the airport even with a lot of luggage.

Beds were comfortable and appeared very clean, even though the motel and rooms were pretty old and grimy. Only one bath towel provided. And AC was effective but really noisy. So - if you are staying at a time when no AC is needed, and you come in, sleep and keep your eyes closed to the condition of the rest, then I can say that you can get a good nights sleep.

It’s an old hotel but it’s really near the airport and near the line 1 station. It’s a really convenient location. I can tell the owner are renewing it, but still the mattress wasn’t good and the room wasn’t clean.

I guess it is what it is - an inexpensive place to lay your head. The rooms are “well worn”. The towels were actually really nice - clean and plush. The incidentals/damage “deposit” was annoying; $100 which I’m sure charged immediately to my card but isn’t returned for 5-10 business days. Maybe it’s necessary in that area but waiting that long to get a deposit back is just a scam in my opinion.

When I walked into the lobby to check in there was no one there I waited almost 10mins even after ringing the bell multiple times with no answer!! The room seemed no very clean, half used toilet roll still in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable n uneven, absolutely horrid attempts at remodeling/touch ups cable wires ding out of the wall hanging down behind a desk. The worst was getting a ph call 30 mins before checkout to remind me to checkout. In nearly 30 years of traveling I’ve never been bothered by ph to checkout. Asked the employee after saying checkout is at 11am, I said I know it said that when I booked the room and the guy told me again when I checked in. That was really annoying n rude!!! I could understand if it was after 11am but it was 10:30am I had barely woken up 15mins before and when I dropped off my room key and couldn’t wait to get out of there!!! Will never stay at the brand of hotels again !!!!

I asked if you can request an earlier shuttle- he looked at me and said “the sign clearly says 7am-7pm read it” the hotel also wasn’t clean and in bad bad shape. Not somewhere I would want to bring my children. The outlets in the rooms wouldn’t even hold my chargers in it.

The front desk person who I called from airport about pic up shuttle, was rude, didn't want to listen, was cutting me off. I had to call several times. The room had CROUCHES on the wall, and durty wash cloth hanging on the shower curton reel. On the top of everything there is no privacy. Three hours later after I moved in, cleaning lady scared me, opened my door with her key, and stepped in. I was naked laying down in my bed.

Rodeway Inn is a cheap hotel so I accept some maintenance issues and dirtiness. But, it was clear that the room wasn't hoovered when I arrived. The towel had pubic hairs. The glass window had lots of smears of hand marks. The common area has the same level of dirtiness. When I checked in, I was asked to pay $100 for a deposit which will be refunded when I check out. They didn't. They explained to me it will take 7-10 business days to refund onto my credit card. I am worried that they don't refund to me at all. I saw some customers arguing about their refund issue. The customer service wasn't good either - unfriendly, they even didn't look at customers. Please help me if they don't refund the deposit to me. READ READ READ I knew I was not going to get the best hotel/room for the price but first off the guy who answers the phone barely speaks any English. Once the shuttle picks you up the driver is rude and watches tv while driving you down the road. Once you get to the hotel no worker speaks good English. The area is run down and so is the hotel. The main lobby and other areas smelled horrible with no A/C either. Once we got into the room it was Hot/Stuffy since the Air was turned off. The floor was not clean. The tv did not work. The fridge was very old and did not work. The bed was stained with weird stains and had cigarette burn holes all over it. Rat poison sitting on the floor. READ READ READ I knew I was not going to get the best hotel/room for the price but first off the guy who answers the phone barely speaks any English. Once the shuttle picks you up the driver is rude and watches tv while driving you down the road. Once you get to the hotel no worker speaks good English. The area is run down and so is the hotel. The main lobby and other areas smelled horrible with no A/C either. Once we got into the room it was Hot/Stuffy since the Air was turned off. The floor was not clean. The tv did not work. The fridge was very old and did not work. The bed was stained with weird stains and had cigarette burn holes all over it. Rat poison sitting on the floor. I 100% would have paid more if I knew it was like this. Please see pictures.

The room was clean and quiet. Everything worked and we liked the bright quilt on the bed. The staff courteous. The shuttle only runs from 7-7 to the airport. The walk was about 12 minutes to the main terminal along the sky bridge. No morning coffee.

This is my go to stay in Seattle for a quick stay or long layover. It’s a budget hotel but the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is always friendly and professional. I use it for the quick walk to the light rail to get to downtown for $6 instead of paying much higher hotel prices.

Good: The location was good for me. Walk from Seatac airport to the hotel (and they have a nice shuttle, but walking is just as quick), walk to the 1-line for a fast trip to downtown Seattle. Price is about 1/4 of the cheapest hotels downtown. Staff were friendly and responsive to the problem with the shower head that sprayed all over the bathroom, and they quickly made more coffee in the lobby when it was empty. The bed and room were spacious and comfortable. Towels were clean and very soft. Bad: I read another review that mentioned roaches. I only saw 4 of them. They weren't the big flat kind, more medium sized and very fast, too fast to stomp on. Good: The cleaning person had left a spray bottle of tub and tile cleaner in the room. This is a bit sticky and stops the roaches in their tracks, kind of like a shotgun for roaches, got them with the first squirt every time. Then the bleach in it seems to kill them although they do struggle for a bit. Overall: Really quite a good value, if you overlook the roaches.

Building was pretty run down and had definitely seen better days. Still for the price not bad as I wasn't looking for amenities but just a place to sleep for the night. Was quiet the night I was there. They had coffee in the lobby the next morning so I had a cup while waiting for the shuttle. I asked for a 7 AM shuttle to the airport and the driver was there at 7 sharp which I appreciated.

It is a place to crash after a late arrival or before an early flight. Our room was clean, I didn't notice any bad odor, beds were comfortable enough. We had a ground floor room facing the parking lot and airport, but the night was surprisingly quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. The snack machines only take cash, but there is also a 7eleven in walking distance that also has an atm. The coffee isn't half bad for a place like this, so great. Would definitely use it again for a night to crash. (Maybe not as a single woman, though. NOT because of the hotel or staff, but the area gives a slightly sketchy vibe.)

The floors and carpeting were really dirty, in need of being vacuumed. That was outside in the lobby and all on the staircase, and in the hallways. My room was fine, not too much to complain about. The bedding was adequate and the mattress slept comfortably. Intact pillows. I did not have a microwave in my room, but and there is one in the lobby for community usage. The AC/heating unit worked well. The room is pretty small, but I had what was needed. Decent working mini fridge. The blackout curtains kept it very dark in the room, which was great. I smelled other people‘s cooking out in the hallway, quite strongly. It wafted into my room, and was not very pleasant. I used air freshener to help diminish the odors. The daily rate was very affordable.

Super close to the airport and they provide free shuttle between 7 AM and 6 PM. The bed was not very comfortable and you noticed that the room was not deeply clean. But no bed bugs and because it is closed to the airport and 7 eleven.

Terrible Experience This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby, parking lot, and hallways were filthy, and the room was even worse. The overall condition of the hotel was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I honestly don't understand how this hotel is legally allowed to remain open. The place was not what's on the pictures. They charge my card with a deposit hold without my permission. I choose to pay at the property option. Now its going to take 5 to 10 days for the money to go back on the card. It would be ok if they would have charge the right card when I arrived. I will not go back.
