Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, WA

We stay there at least two times a year when traveling. Breakfast is good. Good variety and the food is always replenished right away. Plenty of parking and close to eating and drinking establishments. The help is always courteous.

The staff was very patient, polite, helpful and courteous. The whole place was nicely renovated and clean. They also provided 24 hour shuttle service with a very chipper gentleman as the morning driver. Hello, to him when he is reading this. You did a great job! They also offered a grab N' go bag for breakfast if you were leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. And I love that their shuttle says "I love our country!" I will definitely book there again.

Room was nice.. dinning area was large , breakfast was the usual eggs cereal toast yogurt No potatoes.. no problem with parking … we thought it was not convenient not to be able to use our room key card to access the pool & gym , my son had to go to the front desk every time to get a different access card to use the pool and gym & then go back again there to return it. Close to the airport.

We stayed here recently and had a good experience. We had an early flight out so we wanted something close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle, so that was useful. The area is walkable to a couple of restaurants and fast food options. The room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast options were ok (waffles, biscuits, eggs, etc.). The pool was very chilly even though they list it as “heated” under amenities. So, we were only able to enjoy it for 15 min before my daughter’s teeth chattering started to echo. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Conveniently located for early flights or late arrivals. About a 10 minute drive from the airport. Parking is included. Clean hotel. The elevator was out of service on 7/12/25, so it was stairs only.

The property is clean the staff is courteous, and overall this hotel is a great value. Unfortunately I’ve gotten stuck on the elevator on the new side a few times.

Great value for the price. Would have rated the place higher, but the elevator in the new addition is always getting stuck.

I’ve stayed with Country Inn and Suites many times and never had complaints of any kind. This stay was also excellent….very friendly employees, very clean spaces, and very little noise.

Neat and tidy

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a bit outdated, rugs in the hallways were dirty and smelled muggy. The beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom fan didn’t work and showers spill water all over the floor. Pictures were deceiving. Online the hotel looks grander and more modern and rooms look spacious. Rooms were small.

Everything was okay until I saw the roach in the bathroom. I also prefer a carpeted room.

Need to focus more on cleanliness in the rooms and friendliness at check in.

Room was mostly clean , except for carpet stain. Lobby furniture was really poor, not clean.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean but the carpet looked old and dirty. The walls are so thin making the rooms very noisy. I could hear the guy snoring in the next room all night!

Excellent hotel very close to the airport. Very clean and updated rooms. We had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started but the breakfast area was large + looked to accommodate a variety of foods. Check-in + check-out was super easy + there was free parking.

The rooms are disgusting. The beds are dirty, they don’t change the sheets. Upon arrival we were given a room to later find out there were bed bugs. We were then transferred to another room only to find out the sheets weren’t changed. There was hair all over the bed, the shower and sink was dirty and there was still trash in the room. I would stay away from this hotel. Staff doesn’t clean the rooms.

Layout of where the fridge was placed was very awkward. You open the cabinet and it's right against the end of the bed. Then, you open the fridge opposite of the main cabinet. Also, it froze my drinks 😳

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely appointed and the shower was amazing. Our only complaint was with the pillows. They are small and flat. Besides that, we would definitely stay here again. It was well worth the price!

Good location. Nice room. A little bit loud AC. Friendly staff. Convenient For drivers and close to airport. Breakfast terrible compared to what I am used to. At least they had some fruits. But nothing like a Norwegian Hotel at a lower price.

Nice, renovated room. Good eggs and sausage for breakfast. Bad in room coffee and good water pressure in the shower that went to an absolute trickle and stayed that way- extremely difficult to rinse my hair.

The hotel was clean with plenty of room with a small frig and microwave. Breakfast was above average for similar hotels. There was plenty of parking. The bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to other airport hotels with a shuttle and reasonably close to the airport by car. The rooms are rather "sterile" with all tile floors except for carpeted hallways.

We chose this hotel based on previous experiences with Country Inn and its proximity to the airport. Unfortunately we had an uneasy experience. While there in our room on the 3rd floor the staff found a package left in a room. When the staff determined it may be a bomb the police were called and all the STAFF was evacuated. Meanwhile no one in formed us of the situation. I became aware when I attempted to get something from my car. I walked into police tape, officers and a bomb dog. I was told I couldn't go back into the hotel. During this incident my husband was asleep in our room. I was told he could exit by walking to the end of the hall, going down 3 flights of stairs. He uses a walker and would not be able to do that So the staff and I sat for 1.5 hours waiting to be told if it was safe to go back in while I worried about my husband's well-being. I guess this is an uncommon occurrence but I expect that more concern had been given to the customers well-being. So much for customer service

Shuttle was easy. Check-in was great and I was upgraded since I am a platinum member and I didn’t even ask. Also got a treat bag too. This was one of my best stays. Room was clean and nice. Loved the breakfast. I would stay here again when I come back to Seattle!

They gave me the wrong room and when I called them, the supervisor/manager was not very helpful and wouldn't even offer a solution. Just wanted to know if I was using the room. That is the reason for the rating. Room was clean, breakfast ahh

Staff was super nice and helpful. The shuttle driver, breakfast and front desk staff, they we're all absolutely wonderful. Nice property, the shuttle to the airport was very reliable. Good breakfast. Very satisfied with my stay here.

Free airport shuttle was a good perk and the only reason I choose this hotel but when called to inquire about it from the airport as to how to get on it or where to go to find it, the front desk lady was not friendly. She wasn’t rude but spoke in a Curt manner when telling us where to go as if we knew the airport. Had to call a few times to know exactly where to go to access the shuttle. People dealing with customers every day seem to be very low on patience nowadays. Why choose a job where you have to deal with customers when you can’t be kind and patient. Another thing we hated was the bathroom light that would shut off on its own while we were using the bathroom. I get trying to save the environment and electricity bill, I do it myself but it shut off twice middle of the shower. we don’t take long showers We had to get out of the shower wet in the dark to figure out where the switch was. What a stupid design and not to mention dangerous. The bathroom door was also very heavy and hard to open from the inside that as an active and fit adult I had a hard time and so did everyone in my family. We didn’t have breakfast since we booked the shuttle for 6 am and breakfast starts at 6 so they had grab and go that included a granola bar and small water and seeds for the birds😆 if I had to go again to Seattle, I would choose another hotel since there are many options.

The staff was very helpful when we had problems with our shuttle. Shar went above and beyond to make sure we had a shuttle to our cruise ship!.

The young shuttle boy that wears the Seattle mariners jersey and hat is extremely dis respectful and rude. Behaves like he runs the place but really don’t do anything but sit around and gossip like a school girl would do. Shay and the Asian lady who checked us in with short hair and also the younger lady who wears the hijab who works night those three are the BEST part of this place I must say! The owners really need to look into who’s running operations because it has potential but wrong people running it. Sorry for the negative comments but I’m just keeping it real. Shout out to the house keeper who found our brand new jackets and called to remind us to pick them up we left her a 50$ tip. Won’t be staying here again BE AWARE!!

We had booked this hotel weeks in advance requesting a baby crib since this was advertised as an amenity. When we arrived, there was no crib in the room. After calling down to the front desk to remind them this was something we needed for our 2 year old, they said they dodnt have any more (pack and plays) and left it for us to try and solve the problem. We called back and explained we needed and had booked this crib far in advance for the safe sleep of our 2 year old. 10 minutes later, the person from the front desk showed up in a sour mood with a broken pack and play and offered it up as a last resort. No apologies and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Not impressed. Lack of hospitality and a solution based approach made us feel like we will look elsewhere the next time we need a hotel close to SeaTac.

Spent one night and the room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Close proximity to the airport and rental care return was great. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful, including shuttle driver. Airport shuttle was convenient and very little wait. Hotel area isn’t the greatest, but it’s about convenience to the airport. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds were clean. Staff was the standout- excellent customer service, very nice people and Very helpful.

This was our last stop before leaving Seattle and it has easy access to the airport. One of us took the shuttle and the other returned a car to the rental center before flying out. Very accommodating and assistance was great.

Hotel with free 24 hour shuttle to airport and light railway to seattle, free breakfast was continental plus and pool all positive. Hotel at seatac airport which was 50 minute light rail journey to seattle, centre and as it is a airport hotel lots of noise at all times from planes and customers coming and going at all times

Convenient "home base" for short stays near Seattle and Tacoma. Close to airport and car rental facility. Decent breakfast. Avoid ground floor room... too noisy, especially when room above is occupied.

I love how clean.. CLEAN... the room was, how cozy and warm the sheets are, the helpful front desk staff, and the cool shuttle driver (props to Cheaang!). I love the variety of breakfast items-- even had congee that you can customize, make your own pancakes (or even waffles), cereals, yogurts, different breads, hot eggs/sausage/biscuits! Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Seattle. Heads up- they are a cashless place, so make sure you have some cash for tipping cleaning staff and shuttle driver if you opt to do so.

The room was clean which is really all I ever worry about but it was just a little bit of a tight space. The staff were all very kind and friendly. When I let the front desk know that one of our lights were out, they came up right away. The breakfast was pretty standard. The eggs looked kind of iffy but everything else was good. I do wish they would’ve had non dairy alternatives for us lactose intolerant folk but I was satisfied with breakfast.

The hotel and room itself deserve 5 stars. The reason for the 4/5 rating is the included breakfast, which was abysmal. Eggs cooked to death, gray sausages, and undercooked potatoes are not too impressive.

Didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t pay cash for any pop or water at the counter had to use debit or credit.The breakfast was excellent the next morning very nice. The airport shuttle was excellent.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our stay in the area. About a week apart. This place was pretty great for an airport hotel. Would have given five stars, but a daytime front desk agent, a woman, was so snotty. I asked her a simple question about our room and she was clearly on some self-important ego trip, talking to me like a second class citizen. Nighttime staff and all others we interacted with were exceptional. Maybe I interrupted her personal cell phone time… We really rely on the hotel breakfast when we travel with kids. It was amazing EXCEPT for the powdered scrambled eggs. I’ve had many continental breakfast experiences. Your eggs do not have to be so nasty. Everything else was great though, don’t let the eggs sink the ship.

Outside of the lobby, the property is very run down. Carpet is severely stained and bunched in many spots. Room was okay, but again has lots of wear and tear. We had a very early flight so had to take a grab and go breakfast, which consisted of a Nutragrain bar and some trail mix.
