All good. Staff was friendly and helpful

The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The only complaint we had was the logistics of the parking. To exit after checkout, it was required to scan our room key on the way out. We had left the keys in the room as we normally do. We needed to address that while we were trying to get to the airport. Just a note for future travelers.

This hotel needs a bit of renovation. The wait time for the shuttle service felt extremely long, even after I called ahead to inform the hotel that I would be arriving late. The 6 PM shuttle driver was also rude when I asked for information regarding airport guidance. In addition, he ripped the handle off my carry-on bag and did not acknowledge what happened or offer any apology. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.
