Ramada by Wyndham SeaTac Airport

biggest issue was the 24/7 transportation. yes, we were in at midnight, but on two different numbers for the hotel, reached voice mails. finally took a taxi 0.7 miles to the hotel and paid $25 for the ride. still waiting on Wyndham to reimburse....or respond with something other than a form email.

I didn’t mind the amount I had to pay, but disliked the underhanded way it’s collected. At first I thought it was because I booked through Expedia, but realize now it’s advertised as “parking included” “free parking” on EVERY site including on their very own website w/Wyndham. So I EXPECTED they would collect $ money somehow for the two nights I left my car there when I flew out of town, but I CANNOT believe they ALSO made me pay parking for the night I stayed at the hotel. They took my ID, credit card, then sent me to the parking guy to pay directly. When I explained about advertising saying otherwise, All I got was “No free parking!” And when I went to pay the parking guy I said “two nights I’m leaving my car here, but tonight I have a paid room” I was blown away to hear again “NO FREE PARKING” and to have to pay to park ALL 3 nights $55 so guessing $15 day plus tax BEFORE I got my room key. I checked in, literally all that was left was hand me my key.

Impossible to communicate with the hotel to arrange the pick up

They advertise airport shuttle every 30 minutes. It never came after waiting more than an hour. Spent 30 dollars on 3 minute taxi ride. I had tried calling number listed on board and it was answer machine for Ramada shuttle - said to leave message but voicemail full. Told guy at desk and he said he just came on shift so not his problem

Comfortable room and property. Close to airport. Shuttle was almost one hour wait from airport to hotel. Next morning, shuttle was timely to airport at 3am.

Liked: Location is good, close to the airport. Did not like: Airport shuttle service was inconsistent and did not show up after waiting for over an hour. Call to the property went to a full voice mail. Hotel is showing it's age, but condition of room was decent.

Full on lied!!! I CALLED the property myself and asked about parking fees. They LIED!!!!!! There was an extra $100 parking fee. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

The hotel was close to the airport, quick and easy in and out. Not far from the downtown sites. Facility is dated but works, rooms and beds were comfortable. The draw backs there were a few, the pool is closed, no guest laundry facility. It is close to what ever you need..

Property is dated and needs a refresh. Shower was great. There was a very strong weed smell in our room upon arrival and for the whole stay. The shuttle driver took an exceptionally long time to come pick us up. Over 45 mins away and the hotel is only 10 mins away. It was disappointing because the replacement shuttle was an old small van that was dirty.

Shuttle didn’t pick us up at the airport. We kept calling the hotel and told us to keep waiting. After 45 mins we got an Uber to take us to the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically bc of the shuttle from the airport so that was disheartening.

I woke up to find bed bugs crawling about the sheets and pillows. I have pictures.

This was one of dirtiest hotels I’ve ever visited. I checked in and checked out immediately after seeing the condition of my room. The hotel seemed to be completely dirty. The floors were sticky and the carpets had stains, including my room. The sheets didn’t look washed and I didn’t try to sit in any of the chairs. Stay away!

We checked the beds before brining our things into the room and there were baby bed bugs. We mentioned it to the front desk in which they offered a different room and the second room we found blood stains from bed bugs. We ended up not staying the night and cancelling our reservation that day.

There was mold on the walls in the bathroom. Loose tile at baseboard under the sink. Water damage above the shower head. Standing water in the tub. I have pictures.

The hot tub in our room was dirty with mold in jets. Hot tub completely pulling away from wall. Hotel smelled horribly of marijuana.

The room had a weird musty damp smell. There were stains and pieces of old food around on the floor. There was a spot that looked like vomit that wasn’t cleaned up properly.

I called to say mildew and and mold around bathroom sink. The bathtub drained really slow when taking a shower, water would be at ankles. I was told they would send someone, they never did. Called for hours to front desk and no one answered so i gave up. No microwave or small refrig in room. Asked for cups and was told no service to room, i would have to come and get cups, etc.

When I arrived there was strong smells of smoke and pot through the hallways The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean but there was mold in the bathroom walls The morning staff was pretty rude

We checked in at night and went to bed. Two hours later we woke up itching and found bedbugs in the bed. We immediately checked out and were not offered a refund. The woman at the desk gave me a phone number to call and said she was not authorized to do refunds.

There were roaches in the bathroom and front desk help very rude

Beds very comfortable and clean. No problem checking in but room was very smokey smell. Asked for different room and was told no other rooms available. Person sprayed fabreeze to help with smell, but didnt help much. Smoke detector had been disabled and wrapped in plastic. Overall we slept good and noise was a minimum.

Room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and included a bath tub as well as a shower. Easily walkable to diners and the train link.

Room a little outdated but was clean and the bed was really comfy.

The rooms were clean. We were shocked to find that there is was not a microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. We had food spoil due to this. When we is laundry, we discovered thy they had two washers and one dryer. We ended up taking our clothes to the laundry mat to get them dry after waiting three hours to put our clothes in the dryer.

Room faced the street and the windows were very cheap/thin and blocked no noise. The AC/fan unit in the room was old and dilapidated with broken buttons and it made a god awful noise all night. There were cops in the lobby when we checked in and after waiting a while to check in, the lady who helped me was not friendly or helpful. She merely asked for my name and credit card and handed me my room key. Overall.. meh. It’s close to the airport and has parking. So it gets the job done.

It was close to the airport and convenient for a short layover. The prices was reasonable. The floor felt dirty so I wasn’t comfortable not wearing shoes or bare feet. Walls were thin. Someone was throwing up at 0100 am and I could hear it very clearly for about an hour. It was loud and made it uncomfortable.

Rooms seem dated but were clean.

Outdated airport hotel that simply needs a refresh. The AC was struggling but in the end got the job done. Good only for a short night stay.

Staff did not clean our room once in the 5 nights/6days we were there. Breakfast was advertised as being included, and no breakfast was available. After asking for staff to clean room, they refused and gave us towels and toilet paper to hold us over. They made us take our own trash out… like what?! Front staff was rude and not helpful.

Our connecting flight was delayed 7 hrs, I updated the property of this so there would be no issue getting a shuttle to the hotel. When I called to request the shuttle once we arrived, I was hung up on FOUR TIMES by the rudest front desk lady I have ever encountered. When she finally sent the shuttle, the driver did not greet us, did not load our luggage, just opened the trunk and got in the cab. The same front desk lady was obviously having the worst day of her life and the attitude and curt language was incredibly disrespectful and wholly unprofessional. She cut me off, rudely told me she had the information she needed. When our room was assigned, she held up the key card and said, "Here's your room. The elevator is over there." and THREW the keys at me. Not handed them to me, not slipped them under the glass. No. She THREW them at me with disgust on her face. The most unprofessional and nasty worman ever. We get to the room and it REEKED of marijuana. It was overpowering and thick. Then we looked up and saw why. The previous guests had crammed the smoke detector with tissue paper rendering it inoperable, and when you opened the unscreened window, the joints were all over the roof. When this massive breach was pointed out to your staff, they did nothing. No room change, no apology, nothing. So rude, so dismissive. No offer of a credit, a pass for a meal. Nothing. Ramada will not get our business again.

Do not stay here, what an unbelievably bad hotel. Why do brands attach themselves to such dross? It has the vibe of a really bad movie (hostel) and it’s rough. The receptionist was eating a subway sandwich and talking to her “girlfriend “ on the her cell and continued to both both whilst checking me in. Avoid

Contrary to some other reviews this property was perfect for our needs of staying a night before a cruise. We found all the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Even the shuttle driver, who was a bit stand offish at first, but was very friendly and helpful once he realized we were appreciative off him. Yes, the property is older, but maintained well and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Close to the airport and reasonably priced.

It was nice location, nice to have restaurants open late in hotel. Front desk staff was barely civil. Weird welcome. Glad we’re only here one night.

Call phone from airport to get shuttle was out of service. Tried to call hotel but just got message service. Half the staff was unfriendly. Will not stay there again.

Staff was non existent at the front desk most of the time.

Pro: Close to airport Cons: Very rude check-out staff. She was smoking outside and did not want to be bothered when approached. Over charged fee in final bill. One staff said it was "Airport Tax" and the other one said no such fee. Called the manager and no pickup for 30 minutes and the voice mailbox was full. The above facts tell you how the management ran the hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel only half a mile from the airport and the light rail station. The bed was wonderful! Only negative was some road noise, but with the fan on it really wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay again.

Location to the airport.

The property wasn’t awful. But I really didn’t feel comfortable in the area. The only good part was that it was so close to the airport.

It was old but clean, and the proximity to the airport was great.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and we walked about 15 minutes to get there. It was adequate for a night and the restaurant was good. Pillows were my only complaint so bring your own if you don't like large overstuffed pillows.

The hotel was dark and a little grim. Convenient location near the airport but seemed to be in a potentially sketchy neighborhood, as evidenced by the glass surrounding the reception desk and the sign saying “smile, you’re on camera”. The bathroom was in poor condition with broken tiles, crumbling drywall and mold in the rim of the sink. But the beds were very comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a great service.

The hotel was located very conveniently to Sea-Tac and the airport rental car services.

Close to the airport, about 20 min walk but be aware of your surroundings.

Clean and good staff. Shuttle to and from the airport. They were able to get us transportation to the Pier. The only thing we had difficulty in was food options. It's a Thai restaurant and service was slow since they only had one person doing everything from taking your order, cooking your food and taking your money. They do have some American breakfast food. And, Denny's down the street that we were told about was horrible. If you stay here, order a pizza!

The website description vs what is on property was disappointing. There is no pool. There is no room service. Both were stated as amenities. The restaurant inside the hotel was unedible on all 3 dishes we made

The staff were very nice. However they don’t offer complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it in the restaurant, so the website description needs to be changed. Nice hotel.

Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Check in and shuttle was easy. Restaurant was convenient but morning/breakfast service was slow and not their best meal of the day. Lunch and dinner probably much better.

The rugs were in terrible condition I didn't dare take my shoes off. The woman at the desk gave us dirty looks and we were uncomfortable approaching her to ask for more coffee packs for the room. The food at the restaurant was sub par. Strange menu

The property is outdated visually, but for a night between flights it was fine. It is across from a cemetary so that side is quiet. Nothing is within walking distance, so food delivery or eating in the restaurant in the lobby is your only option. Food for dinner was fast and tasty, but breakfast service was slow.

My first room smelled and was dirty. I asked for another room and the staff obliged. That room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Even the non-smoking halls smelled of marijuana. Sometimes parking is scarce. But overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and the restaurant downstairs has a good breakfast and good service.

Staff sucked. Would not answer phone. Couldn’t use the free airport shuttle because they would not answer their phone. The onsite restaurant was great, the staff were a little slow but very friendly and curtious.
