Rover rotten is perfectly nice. it's not fancy schmancy but it works good shower. nice bed. people are very nice. were able to get a fish for Friday and bring it to the room. the pool was not open cuz they were painting it. so if you have kids just double-check. I imagine we'll be as soon as they're done. we were there July 6th. parking easy! One funny thing to note is that the photograph of the hotel online makes it look like it's in front of the pretty body of water, but that's actually the parking lot that's wet after some rain, which I thought was hilarious!!!

Loved the facility and staff was beyond wonderful. Every one of them. No ice machine except 4th floor and up, however staff offered to fill my bucket from behind the bar. The hot tub was closed and the sauna was inop as well. Outdoor poor not reqdy for summer yet.

Indoor pool was kinda gross and cold. Pretty cool they had outdoor pool although it was messy out there and trash was so overflowed and on the ground. Hot tub didn’t work and looked like lake water so we couldn’t use it… I get hot tubs have issues sometimes but the only problem is online it said they had a hot tub AND when we checked in they told us the hot tub was working… this is like the main reason we booked here. Their restaurant/bar was closed.. ugh. It was a Sunday so understandable BUT online it said open on Sundays, and this was the only other reason we chose this hotel. lol so never would have stayed there if they would have at least informed us of these two things when we asked about it. Might as well have stayed at a motel cause we couldn’t use or do anything. Only positives are the staff was nice and the room was nice and clean. Even though that should be a no brainer for hotels, some hotels aren’t like that.

The outside pool was closed which was unfortunate since the weather was great. The indoor pool was okay but the whirlpool and sauna wasn’t working. The carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. And our hotel room could have been cleaner. Definitely needs updating!

They claim to have renovated. I'm not real clear at what was renovated... the bathrooms were nice, which is a very positive thing. The flooring throughout is showing wear and tear. The bed was nice, the furniture was standard. The outside pool area is so sparse, after the 2nd day there we had to find someone to clean the pool, it was so dirty. No one attends to the pool area. We stayed 5 days and no one ever straightened up the furniture (which is very dated, btw), or cleaned trash up; same cigarette butts and empty cups laying around, there the whole 5 days. There's 11 planters by the outside pool, haphazardly placed around, all empty, except for growing weeds. the pool needs descaling and fresh painting, it's chipping and discoloration all across the bottom. There's only 1 grounds keeper, there's weeds everywhere. The dining/bar area is very nice with updated furniture though. I tried uploading photos but the post rejected them for some reason.

The place seemed to be very nice but when it came to cleanliness it could have been better.. I brought the roach infestation to the attention of the woman who checked me in and she said she was sorry I had to see that ... The next morning I had my do not disturb door handle tag on only to be disturbed by a non English speaking worker so I got outta bed and exchanged towels only for him to be knocking again a short while later he was at the wrong room ... Another guest had a dog somewhere in a room close by and that's all you heard for a few hours was an unattended dog barking . Kinda disappointed as it was a pricey place to have roaches .

DIRTY AND GROSS. Literally poop on the floor in the hall. Entire place is full of marijuana smoke. Dirty towels laying in the hall. Everything is gross. People running up and down the halls yelling and arguing. They say recently renovated, I would hate to see this place before renovations. Do not stay here.

The rooms are really dimly lit. There’s no ceiling or floor lamp to illuminate the entire room. If the window shade/curtain is open, it helps, but I don’t like people seeing in my room. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are clean and nice. Staff is great! I always stay here when I’m in town, but the poor lighting is becoming an issue for me. It’s dark with bright “spotlight” type lights above the bed. Needs something better. It feels like a dark cave.

We stayed 2 nights and the first night our neighbors were loud, but they sounded like they were in our room. The hotel needs better sound proofing. Our shower door was closed all the way, but the shower leaked all over the floor. Everyone we came in contact was helpful and kind!

We had a room on the first floor right next to the outdoor pool which was great but we soon realized that the sliding door was screwed in place with a door stopper so we couldn't walk outside at all. Seemed silly to have to walk all the way around when we had direct access. Also seemed like the room was very dark even with all the lights on. Otherwise average hotel.

Gave this stay a one star because it was horrible front desk service when checking in, my neighbors were loud. It was 3:10pm and they were yelling and playing music went down stairs told me they couldn’t move my room because they were booked out but I don’t understand why they couldn’t switch it with someone not here yet to a different one and they did not stop being loud and no idea of they even called them- I was trying to nap. We decided to go out and and got back at 10:30pm and they were still loud. I called room services and they called them to be quiet but it continued so I called again. All the neighbors were loud there was music blasting, and it didn’t seem like anyone cared It was the middle of the night. I even recorded it because it was so loud. Clean rooms. Beds were too soft. Water was hot though. Just did not enjoy myself and waste of money since I didn’t get to sleep till past 1am and woke up at 7 to continue my trip. Should have just slept in my car and saved money. Really unhappy and a waste of money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! There was someone smoking marijuana in their room the smoke was thick. Staff allowed this to continue and when I complained for the 3rd time the desk person told me I was a liar and argued with me. They are rude, unprofessional and quite frankly trashy!! Do not let the property appearance fool you. I was forced to take my children through a hallway full of drug smoke so we could leave. DISGUSTING

Good morning, How can I sum this whole weekend experience up at your place.. Upon checking in the service was amazing!! We came in from Texas for a very important occasion My daughter was getting proposed too!! The staff handle every detail I had so many vendors and deliveries coming into the hotel everything went so smooth and we truly appreciate all the staff that help us!! Now for the food at the restaurant OMG that Friday fish fry was amazing !! We can’t stop talking about it !!! I told all my friends and family to go and enjoyed it to the fullest!! Thank you all so much 5 star review is Minimum this weekend we want to give you a 10 star review !!! I normally get names but this weekend I had so much going on in my head !!! But everyone we had contact with was absolutely amazing !! One young lady in the restaurant staff really stuck out to me! She was so amazing her name was Angelica she went above and beyond to make sure every time we eat at the restaurant we had everything . Angelica made us feel special The young lady with the glasses in the restaurant staff also gave us top tier service When I tell you the service she gave us was amazing !!! My husband and I will never forget this place and we come home often !!! William upon check in was very attentive to all the details we had going on for this weekend. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in order. There is nothing that we can say bad about this experience he made it so easy for us

I had such a great experience this past weekend. Glenda was the front desk person, they were slammed with reservations due to a local power outage. Their systems were down and she had to manage everything on her own. She handled the situation with poise and grace. As I walked through the lobby, not one person was complaining or getting frustrated because of how well she handled the situation. She was a diamond through her whole shift. I will say one thing, the situation she was in all by herself, I am disappointed that the general manager didn’t make an appearance to help. Seems to me that was a poor choice for him Or her not to come in and support the staff during a very hectic and what I’m sure was frustrating to the team that was there managing the issues. Hats off to Glenda! She was a rockstar!

Diego, the HEM, was rude from the moment we arrived. I observed that he was rude to his staff and to other customers, as well, during our stay. He is definitely not Management material. He created more conflict than he resolved. With a full hotel the weekend we stayed, only one of two elevators was operative. When we checked in, both rooms had trash visible in the floors. Plumbing in both rooms was loud and in poor condition. Guests were allowed to let their children run the halls screaming well past midnight both nights we stayed. The hot tub, which is one of the main reasons we chose this facility due to my husband’s autoimmune disease needing to relieve joint pain, was inoperative. So we couldn’t even use that at all during our stay. If we ever return to this area for any reason we will NOT stay here. I truly cannot believe this facility is worthy of the Sheraton or Marriott endorsement. I was a flight attendant for nearly 20 years and always associated Sheraton and Marriott with high quality service. That was not our experience in this facility.

Stay was fine - I was surprised how far outside of Milwaukee the hotel was given the name and some of the descriptive points. The hotel is currently under construction which will be great when it's done. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and the free coffee in the am was a nice touch.

Great value for money. This place has the best hotel gym, pool area and breakfast in the Brown Deer area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. I've stayed here many times and I will continue to do so. Don't miss out on testing their assortment of local brews.

We were very impressed with this hotel. We will definitely stay there again. It was clean, quiet and had a great breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Karen was our waitress and she was awesome!! Jose and Kaitlyn were also great.

Stayed here for one night when we went to summer fest. Check in was fast, 5 mins or so. Hotel was clean and the bed was really comfortable. They have a breakfast buffet but it’s not complimentary. We didn’t eat there. Would stay here again
