Holiday Inn Express - Delafield by IHG

Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is they should have slip steps in the bathtub because it’s a little slippery. The pool area is nice. The kids had a great time. The hot tub was also nice.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. On night 1 we get down to the pool/hot tub after hours of driving and need to relax. Unfortunately the hot tub was filled. There were kids playing in the pool, but there were these young adults in the hot tub vaping and drinking despite the signs. I report it to the front desk, because of the children present and she goes, “I am so sorry, those are MY kids and I will tell them to stop.” And then proceeds to close the entire pool. She was there every night following and gave us the worst service ever, including dirty looks every time she saw us. To top it off they were low staffed all weekend and the staff was visibly overwhelmed. The housekeepers did not do their job. We were supposed to have plates, etc. in our suite, there were none. The 2 glasses they did have were dirty when we arrived. We left them out, obvious they need to be changed and they never once were touched or replaced. The signs say to leave towels on the floor of the bathroom to be replaced, we did and housekeeping picked the towels up and put them on the back of the toilet and left them. The breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of things constantly, like pancakes, waffles, milk, bagels, English muffins, and all condiments. The OJ tasted like water, and the scrambled eggs were extremely runny. The pool & hot tub themselves were too small for the sized hotel, and not in the greatest shape. Peeling paint, unfinished tiles, etc. Water looked cloudy and unclean.

The place was nice and clean. The pool area was nice and stocked with towels. The Breakfast was delicious! The staff were all friendly and kind. Convenient location easy on and off highway-close to to food and shopping.

I booked due to a hot tub and it was out out of order this is the second Holiday Inn express in a month that the hot tub is out of order

The hot tub was not even at hot tub temp. It was not even luke warm. Over all not the happiest. Bed was very hard. The hotel and rooms and breakfast were nice. Had a long day and all I wanted was the hot tub.

The free breakfast was fantastic. I also appreciated working out in the athletic room - I rode the stationary bike & got in the pool as much as I could. I was rehabbing my knee. All the staff were extremely friendly. I will stay here again when I come into town to see family.

Great breakfast with nice cold and hot items. Recently renovated--like brand new! Nice pool for lap swimming. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, efficient staff--a great value for the cost!

Clean and efficient

Cleanliness is big for us and this fit the bill.

Only thing missing was a room with a divider or door between beds for a sonic barrier from a loud snorer. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, the walk-in shower with a benchseat was a nice replacement over the traditional bathtub.

Stay was great. Everything was clean. Location was perfect as we were in town for a hockey tournament—hockey rink was less than half a mile right across the street. There was shopping and food options everywhere. And only about a 5 min drive from nearest hockey store, Hockey Haven. Only had an issue with our thermostat. The fan function wouldn’t stay on. Kept only on auto. It was a bit muggy so we wanted the air circulation at night. They came to check right away the next morning to check. It didn’t stay on for them either so they brought us a box fan. That worked great.

Priced well, good facilities, and pleasant staff. My only complaint is the noise, the highway is on one side and the loading dock for the nearby shops is on the other, both of which can be noisy after dark

Young man checking us in wasn't real friendly, but it might've been the fastest check in we've ever done. Very clean, nice and convenient. We've stayed there 2 times in the past and will stay there again. (He wasn't rude, just not overly friendly)

Everyone at this hotel-from check in to maintenance to housekeeping to breakfast lady were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe and would definitely stay here again! Two girls hockey teams staying here as well and the girls and their parents were well behaved and friendly.

Very friendly, great manager, breakfast food was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast, outside was decorated very pretty with red/white/blue flowers, plenty of good parking, great location just off interstate, very quiet yet close to shopping/restaurants/etc! We will DEFINATELY be staying here again, when traveling in the Milwaukee area (State Fair, Brewers, Bucks, etc) due to it being a wonderful hotel and close travel times to attractions!!!

The staff was helpful, letting us get into our room earlier to get ready for a wedding! Full breakfast was great.

Best Holiday Inn Express we experienced. It is beautifully renovated in and excellent location. Above all, the staff is exceptional in service, cheerful attitude and professionalism.

Excellent front desk staff. Though conveniently located for highway travelers, the property is right next to a freeway. We drew the short straw and wound-up in a room on the highway side of the building. The sound of traffic was a pretty prominent feature of our stay. All else was good, no complaints.

Great location near plenty of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was a great selection, and the rooms and pool was well kept. Highway close by can be heard, but tolerable. My children enjoyed their stay.

The Holiday Inn Express in Delafield was excellent for our stay! Great friendly and helpful staff, probably the cleanest accommodations we've ever seen! Everything looked new and in good condition. They had many amenities we didn't use, such as pool, business center and exercise room. Their breakfast was great with lots of options, including healthy ones, for everyone.

In generel very bad breakfast in these hotels. Very industrial and of bad quality.

Breakfast was hot and fresh and well stocked! It was delicious! The dining area was clean and welcoming! We had a wonderful time together at the hotel and the everything was a blessing!
