Did not feel it was very clean. Bedding and shower curtain had stains, dusty, musty smell and black gunk dripping from ceiling beams in pool area. The radiator in room was very noisy and made it hard sleep. The worst part, was seeing people dressed in hazmat gear walking down the hallway, made us feel very uneasy about our stay.

Our fridge was off upon entering our room and was full of water thru out the machine....i had to get a towel and mop up the entire fridge...i spilled water from a drain pan when emptying it...i noticed the seal was off on the door and repaired it...the tv was a 32" which is small nowadays but it did loom good (Samsung) and the room offered many channels. The pool area needed a good clean and the wooden roof beams looked like the roof shingles had leaked thru with black water or tar....the sauna (yes there was a sauna room) did not work...also the pool and hot tub needed a good clean..

at 1st glance our room looked clean but we saw stains on the bedding and under one of the sheets was the thing that goes on top of deodorant made into the bed, bed where hard and so where the pillows. parking is small and someone had a boat in one of the spot and one person took up 2 spot cause he parked at a angle so even less parking. when we told the staff in the morning about the bed issue ( cause we had gotten in at 1am and didn't think anyone would help us) they just brushed it off. but plus side it was in a nice quiet neborhood next to a major road

One of the reasons we selected the property was for the indoor swimming pool which had been closed by the county health department! It would have been nice to have been notified before we checked in and then had to scramble to find another activity with our grandkids. Rooms clean/basic. Breakfast below average.

Flicked a roach off the door Fran when I entered the room. Trash was in the trash can from previous guest. Gross excrement stain on bedding. This place is just gross. I would not stay here again. With all the gross things I saw I do not trust that they change bedding and wash it properly.

We saved $20 by staying here, spend the extra $! Good shower and location. Strange odor in the hotel, dirty carpet, furniture worn, stop over for construction crews, Breakfast area dirty, cold coffee. Great place for spring break to trash. Exterior trash cans overflowing. Pool area looks good.

Don't stay here. Room condition was terrible. Curtain had huge sun rot holes. Bathroom door had no latch because it had been kicked in. Toilet paper roller was missing - roll was propped on the bracket. Floor was filthy so we avoided putting anything on it

Rooms are small. Very little space to walk between dressers and beds. Was turned off by the carpet in rooms and hallways. I think they are nothing but dirt and germ catchers. The person cleaning the rooms could pay more attention to details. Like, dirt at the bottoms of the toilet pedestal. Fingers prints on sides of furniture. Hair behind faucets and soap scum buildup in bathrub. All utility room doors should remain shut. I was happy with the continental breakfast they provided. They had that covered providing, scrambled eggs, sausage links, roasted potatos. Make yourself waffles, a place to prepare toasted bagels, english muffiins or bread with butter, jams, Peanut butter, or cream cheese. Apples, oranges, yogurt, 4 kinds of cereal. Milk, juice, coffee. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Within walking distance to shopping and shops

I only gave 2 stars…one for the staff because they were very helpful and friendly and one because I had a place to sleep & a warm shower. However, this hotel was not clean and furniture/fixtures were run down. The carpet was damp, dirty, and smelly. My 18 month old’s socks were totally black after taking just a few steps without shoes on inside our room. There was a chair that had many stains and pieces of food sitting on it. I had to use it to rock my son to sleep so I covered it in towels and when I sat down the springs inside the chair were all broken/wore out. There was mold growing all over the back of the bathroom door and the toilet was not clean. The outlet covers were also lose and dangling out of the wall. We brought a fan and had a difficult time finding one that worked to run the fan.

Although close to Hwy 94, there was little highway noise. Olive Garden and an ice cream shop are within walking distance, and cute downtown Delafield is 1.5 miles away. Room was ok - newer bed was nice. Clock didn’t work, walls rather thin (we could hear the neighbor’s phone conversation). However, I would still stay here again.

Room was clean and staff was polite, however, first morning there was NO HOT WATER! Also, drain in sink only drained by a trickle. No explanation of why there was no hot water. No offer by manager to discount that days stay, so i guess you can EXPECT this situation if you decide to stay here. They finally got the sink to drain better but took until later in the afternoon to get hot water flowing. What a miserable experience.

I was traveling for work, and this was the recommended place to stay, and my colleague and I did not have a good experience at all. When we were checking in, the lady said we didn't have 2 rooms, but we did. Our room keys stopped working TWICE. My colleague had someone walk into her room???!!! The staff gave someone the wrong key card and the wrong room number.

Decent enough for the price and amenities were in good shape. Precheck-in online was a complete waste of time as I was still asked for ID, CC and signed forms when I got to the property. Please don't ask me to "save time" by online check-in again.

It is a smaller hotel, but very clean with wonderful helpful staff members. The pool area is surprisingly good size, only wish it would be warmer in pool area. Location convenient to the shopping and restaurant area. Light sleepers could have a problem because it is close to highway and windows don't isolate sounds really well, but you can have an ear plugs with you to cover that problem. Room have a fridge and microwave in it, which is perfect.

There was something sticky on the floor, the toilet was loose, the bathroom was small, the door to the room didn’t close all the way..it had to be forced closed. The breakfast was awful! There were no labels as to what was in the steamers, the eggs looked dry, biscuits were hard as a rock and this was at 7 AM! Not planning on staying here again!

Check in was easy and guy at desk was nice. Room was nice as well but the hottub jets need to be cleaned badly. Breakfast was not the best. Eggs and sausage were not done! Eggs were runny and sausages were pinkish. Waffles were great but syrup was not good and ruined the waffle. Although the breakfast was not good the stay overall was not bad. Lastly I love the otion for late checkout.

Great place to stay to go to the Waukesha Blues Festival just 1/2 mile away at Nagawakee County Park. Some inconsiderate guests apparently think they can just fill up their big coolers and empty the ice machine and leave other guests without any access to hotel ice for their rooms in the evening. Still no ice a That is a small problem for which I don't know the solution other than having more than one ice machine for guests. Always appreciate the biscuits and gravy plus sausage links and scrambled eggs for the provided breakfast and the extra seating in the room across from the breakfast room. Pool/hot tub in operation but did not use.

Breakfast was great! Room was nice. We took our granddaughters there for a birthday celebration and the kids had a great time in the pool also. Sidenote: while everything was great, we discovered before we checked out, that the window on our first floor room readily opened up to the outside. There was no screen and no lock on the window. This was rather disconcerting seeing that we were right along a busy street. It would be helpful for guests peace of mind to install some kind of lock or rod placed in the window track to prevent the window from being open. Scary…..
