It was noisy in the room and difficult to sleep due to the mini fridge clicking and the AC unit making intermittent noises throughout the night. The bathtub faucet leaked. The hotel was dirty and in need of serious repairs. I found cigarette butts on the stairs and two holes in the hallway carpet near my room. The side door did not latch properly so anyone can come in off the street.

Rooms were pretty clean, beds were comfortable. However the pool area was pretty dark and the water was cold. Part of the reason why we chose this hotel was because of price but also because it had a nice big pool, but after swimming for just a short while my kids lips turned purple and we had to get out. Dealings in the hallway had water damage and was falling in in both the hallway and where the ice machine is. However staff was super friendly and helpful when we didn't need something. Could have just been an off time or had some hype issues and not be a consistent issue that they have, was just going on during our stay.

Pool was cold and you need to walk thru cold hallway to reach the pool area. Bathtub faucets full of white deposits so they don’t look clean. Breakfast was cleared away at 9 am when I went down I’m not sure what time it ended but apparently I was too late. No one at front desk in am to ask. Probably will choose some where else next time

We stopped here for 2 nights, mainly to break up two back to back days of long driving. The place is comfortable, clean, and has a basic gym, all of which are appreciated. It's right by a gas station, restaurant, and fast food place, which made everything about our in-and-out stay very convenient.

Stayed here with my wife. Hotel is a little dated but nice. Clean and staff was friendly. Picked here because the price was good and pool was nice. If I had one complaint it would be that the breakfast was lacking and not many options but that is very minor. Great price point for nice hotel.

This property is VERY dirty and completely RUN DOWN. They Refused to give us a refund so we could MOVE to a satisfactory Motel. The shower has MOLD in it. We went to the ABC store across the street to get cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. The "carpet" is indoor outdoor carpet from the 70's. so dirty you CAN'T walk on it Barefoot. This hellhole should NOT be on ANY reputable Travel site!

I stayed at this hotel after a concert, and was unpleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. It was visibly dirty and outdated. There were no bath towels and the bathroom floor looked like it could use a good sweep and mop. The reviews and ratings did not match the hotel's overall quality.

Quiet building, generically comfortable room. But, as the desk clerk warned me, the internet is not secure. In the morning I received one phishing group text and one phishing what's app group chat, both of them related to money. Feels like it's a place where hackers like to stay. Also I wondered why the freezer component was missing from the mini fridge. I needed it for the ice packs I carry for a small cooler. The next day was hot and I couldn't keep food or medicine adequately cold. Not likely to stay here again.

Horrific experience at this hotel. My family came from out of state on vacation, we checked in very late night. They gave us the wrong room key!! We went to open the room to our surprise there was someone staying there already!! Sleeping and in a scare, my family and I almost got shot at by this guest because they must have thought we were trying to break in in the middle of the night! This was just plain awful and the rooms were simply disgusting. I will not be recommending

I travel with a ESA. At the front desk they said it was a 20 dollar fee. I showed them the ESA letter and said you cant charge additional money for ESA's. She said ok. But then turned around and charged me anyway without authorizing that charge with me. ESA's are protected for lodging and housing, and you cannot charge a card without authorization. Extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel.

We had a great two night stay with a comfortable bed and room. It was quiet and restful. Having the continental breakfast was very much appreciated and also having Culver's within walking distance. We feel it was a good value and will most likely be back when we need a room in the area.

I appreciated the location of the cooling system to the bed. The shower curtain was installed on a curved rod so I didnt have to fight the curtain while showering and the showerhead was an appropriate height for me - 5'10. Walking distance to a Culver, Mexican restaurant, gas station/convenience store. Parking available for those pulling trailers and driving uhaul trucks.

We stayed just two consecutive nights. Checking in presented no problem. We were reminded that the pool had maintenance done the day prior to our check in so may not be fully to temperature the following day. Incidentally, someone on the Baymont staff called a few days before are check in date to let us know that the pool required maintenance the day before we were to check in providing us the option to cancel if that was going to cause a problem. That's good customer service and was greatly appreciated. Both nights were pleasant and comfortable. The room we stayed in was clean and properly prepared. The bed was comfortable and supplied with plenty of bedding and pillows, so no need to call the front desk for anything. The breakfast bar had an acceptable array of choices, including pre-made omelets, sausage, make to order waffles and pancakes, muffins, cereal, hot oatmeal, coffee etc. When we're back in town we'll book here again

The bed was so comfy and checking in and out was easy, but I took away one star because the continental breakfast was awful. There was no water at the breakfast station and apart from the typical toaster and waffle maker, there was eggs and sausage you could heat up in the microwave… and it was not good at all.

Even though they have a “Brand name” they are Nothing like their counterparts. The staff was rude or sarcastic. We was treated like lower class citizens and was not worth helping us. They insisted to be paid in Cash before night 1. And refused to give an invoice to my company for payment by a company check. The breakfast was ok. The pool water was too cold and the weight room smelled awful. I couldn’t wait to check out. Don’t waste money staying here.
