Pool was closed room has weird smell so does hallways was disappointed I couldn’t swim.

Everything was good. The pool was cold. The poo and hot tub could be cleaner.

Great room, the kids liked the pool, good breakfast

Hotel was fine for what we wanted. Breakfast was nothing special and the hot tub was cold, but beds were good and room was clean and it was close to what we wanted to do

The room has everything you need, plus a few extras. The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a pool, hot tub and place where you can buy drinks and snacks. I thought the price was well worth it and I would go back again. Plenty of dining option within a couple of miles. Right of the highway. Kudos to the staff.

the only complaint I have in the room was that there appeared to be blood on the door or something stain. the ice machine spit out black dots either mold or something the pool room was disgusting there was algae and black mold growing and cockroaches in the pool room. it also seemed like the water hasn't been clean in months.

We were only here for the night but it was nice and quiet and plenty of space for parking and a cozy room.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and cloudy. If you ask the desk, they will say thw pool and tub are closed, but the closed signs arent posted. If you mention that, they say it just happened altho it was like that for days.

Our bathroom had ceiling tile that was water stained. The curtains were horrible at blocking the outdoor lights at night. 3 of my family members had rooms also and they complained about the same thing. The areas around the front and side of the building needed some sprucing up with weed growth. The updates to the hotel looked recent and very nice! Everything seemed clean.

Place was awful. Blood spots on the pillowcase….assuming bedbugs somewhere in the run down, smelly dump! Though I did not find any…. I will sleep in my car vs staying here ever again!

Check in was quick and friendly, I had purchased a late check out for noon and that payment was taken care of smoothly. Room was VERY spacious. No toilet paper when we first got in the room, so I had to go down to the front desk to grab a roll. Bed and furniture very comfy. In the morning, about 11:15, I took a bag out to our vehicle while my girlfriend was in the shower, mind you I paid for a late noon check out. As I was returning to the room, the front desk lady was coming from my room asking why I was still in the room. I explained I had paid for a late check out, and she said she didn't see it in the computer. I go to use my key, it was "turned off" so I had to knock for my girlfriend to let me in. She was completely upset that she came out of the shower obviously with no clothes on and the lady from the front desk was in the room!! Obviously communicating between staff or the computer system or something needs to be taken care of. With all of this happening, we felt rushed to get packed up and check out as fast as we could, so we were not even able to enjoy that extra hour of relaxing before getting on the road. I won't be staying here again. Sidenote.. the room, like I said was comfy, BUT when showering, we both noticed that our feet were both EXTREMELY dirty from walking on the carpet barefoot.

Coffee was delicious. Room was very clean.

Dirt in corners of bathroom and floor wasnt clean. Dried up black olive slice on floor by bed. Otherwise place was good.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. Previous occupant left hair in the shower stall and near the wastebasket. I had asked the manager to have that corrected while I was out of the room but I returned to the uncorrected bathroom. That made the entire stay uneasy.

Could use some attention to detail when cleaning. Bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. With dirt and debris in the corners. Friendly. Room was clean. Mattress okay.

The only thing I would like to see is darker shades to block out the outside lighting.

Hotel was decent for the price. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. It was quiet and relatively clean. Bathroom was small (bath/shower and toilet), and sink was located in the entryway of the room separate from the bathroom.

A bit noisy due to truck traffic.

I have stayed at this property many times each year for a long time. Fairly recently, it was renovated, and this meant adding an elevator to the second floor and refurbished rooms. The layout in each room is still much like the old hotel it really is, so the sink is right inside the door off the hallway, rather than being in the bathroom, and the electrical system in the rooms remains fairly antiquated. But of one primarily just wants a neat, clean convenient place to stay in the area, this one is about the best option in my opinion. Shopping and dining options exist in Johnson Creek, but they are quite limited, and tend towards fast food, although there are a few decent sit down restaurants. Access from I-94 is easy and quick, but with the hotel on a hill above the highway, little of the road noise reaches into the hotel; I have never heard any highway noise in the rooms.

I was at this hotel for 4 nights. On the first night there, a thunderstorm knocked out the tv’s in the hotel. There was no television my entire stay. I understand things happen, but management said nothing, no notice when the issue would be resolved, nothing. I had to hear from another guest that the TV’s were knocked out and had no idea when it would be resolved.

Yes, the staff was courteous and the room was in good condition, but the staff could not be found for 15 minutes because he had been given other assignments out of earshot and could not respond to my calls or to those of another potential guest who eventually left the grounds.

It was nice that the property was near everything, yet not right next to anything.

It's just the right distance from the freeway. It's close and easy to get to, but you can't hear it.

This place is across the road from The Pinecone restaurant and Johnson Creek Strip Malls. Easy access to 94, and clean.

I stay here often, for when I work a long day at the museum and don't feel safe making the long drive home afterwards. It is conveniently located by an interstate highway (I-94) and a major Wisconsin highway (26). A number of restaurants and stores are nearby. The hotel is on top of a hill and gets little noise from the highway traffic. It seems to be well run, and have few complaints.

Advertised continental breakfast consisted of 3 bagels and 2 pieces of toast. There was no juices. The pancake maker only worked occasionally. There was not enough food for the people that came for breakfast. They advertised that they would clean your room everyday unless otherwise requested. When i asked i was told that they don't do that. This was advertised every room. We stayed for 3 nights for 2 people and initially only had 2 towels. We routinely had to ask for fresh towels. Probably will not stay there again.

The room was wonderful but the breakfast left much to be desired.

Room was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. Easy check-in. Nice proximity to everything. The only thing I might suggest is if you're going to advertise Continental Breakfast, maybe improve the options. It was kind of lacking. All else good.

The room was nice. The last snow was about 6 days ago and the one parking lot still wasn't plowed and neither were the handicap spots in front. Went out a side exit and the sidewalk was still snow covered. Had to microwave the eggs for breakfast. Bacon was so thin, you could see through it and it had very little taste. Will not be stay there again.

This place was excellent; quiet area, well lit parking, clean rooms with quality bedding and bath towels. Breakfast was just continental with a pancake maker but the room was very nice. I will stay here again.

You have to let them know a day in advance to ask for service. Waffle maker not in service during the week but only on the weekends. Never said that in the details. Lousy service and roo many excuses.

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast it had very few options at 645 am. All carbs and dairy. Service was ok and my room was modern and great. Bed was comfortable and relaxing.
