Doors are locked and can not be accessed with key cards which meant walking long distances through the parking lot of in the rain to enter the only accessible door. Breakfast area was not stocked with cups, orange juice, forks. Coffee machine in breakfast are was not "working" so had to go out into the hall to get coffee. Trash receptacles in the breakfast area did not appear to be on a cleaning schedule. Gravy was served on Wednesday and on Friday it was still on the fronts of the trash receptacles. Pool is not operational no postings to inform potential guests of this just the desk employee having to repeat this information and listen to people complain. The internet wifi was spotty at best and they only offer a handful of channels on the TV, which took two room changes to find a TV that actually worked to watch those channels. I expected a quality hotel as a choice hotel and got a low budget motel experience.

This place advertised that it had a lounge. It does, indeed, have a lounge, but it wasn't open and hadn't been in several months. They should NOT advertise what they do not have. Then, when we wanted to Uber to a local establishment (you know... being responsible), there was no uber there. This is not the hotel's fault, but I know I would never have booked this location had I known there was no lounge at the end of a long day.

The hotel could be very nice. There was not even close to enough employees to run the place. Laundry was not working, same with pool. We got locked in the pool room for at least 30 minutes. Hotel phone system and phone to the desk did not work. Internet didn’t work. There was practically no food for breakfast because “they were waiting on deliveries “. I could go on but am not going to. Don’t stay here not worth the trouble or the money.

Pool was closed by the health department weeks ago and we didn’t find out until we checked in. Unable to get a refund. We had a large group of families staying there because the pool looked so nice. So disappointing!!!! Don’t stay there if you have kids!

The property was by a peaceful field, but the place itself was dirty. The elevators were especially filthy. The pool & water features were not working, neither was the Wi-Fi.

All was pretty good other than the pool and hot tub were closed for my entire stay. That was the only reason I stay at hotels with a pool and hot tub. Otherwise I could stay somewhere cheaper.

Would not recommend. Staff are untruthful. Spoke with manager about issues , she said she would take care of them. Nothing was changed. Breakfast was sparce and not enjoyable. Pool was closed, no phones or wi-fi working. A very unpleasant stay.

Booked a weekend trip with my family of 5. This includes three children. We booked this room excited to let our kids swim in the pool that was advertised on the website. We got there and waited in a short staffed line for about 30+ minutes to simply check in. Once we got to the counter the receptionist gave us the unfortunate news that there was no pool and that it had been down all summer. Im sure you can imagine how bummed the kids were. Well we decided that we didn’t really have a choice as hotels nearby would probably be booked on such short notice and settled for this hotel. We were then given our keys and proceeded to our room. We opened the door looking for some relief with my 1 year old on my hip and tired kids from the long trip and we opened the door to a room that had just been used by another family. It was filthy and everything was still laying all over the place. At this point we were very uneasy about staying here AT ALL and just tried to brush it to off knowing that they were understaffed. We went down and politely asked for a different room which we were given. We got to the new room and found GLASS on the floor, MOLD on the curtains, COBWEBS, DUST, SPILLED SPLATTER on the wall. We were frightened to even sit down. We went back down to the desk with our kids and scrambled to find somewhere else. THEN we were denied a refund! I will tell everyone not to ever go to this hotel. Very bad experience and complete waste of $500!! Do not go to Comfort Suites Hotel.

Check in pleasant, handicap bath was excellent.Issue was elevator out. With walking difficulties,the hallway was a long way to room,elevator would have been very short. Realize they are having difficulties, but a warning would have been nice. I would stay there again(when I know elevator works).

The website said that they had a Bar. When we got there I had asked where the bar was to get a drink and Guest service had told us that they closed it because the Hotel was bought by someone else and it has been closed since. The door to go out of.... You could get out but you had to walk all the way back around to the front entrance because the entry pad was missing. the box was there with wires exposed. other than that, it was a good stay. the room was nice a cozy, very quite area. Slept very well.

When we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that was dirty and had food garbage on tables and the bedding was in disarray. We were then transferred to a room that the AC/heating unit gave an error, the curtains were not completely secured to the ceiling, and the bathroom floor was dirty. This property needs some TLC and staff needs to be more detail orientated.

Breakfast was beautiful- lots of options, except the food wasn’t stocked when we came about 8:30. Just. Few yogurts, couple scoops of potatoes, no lids for cups. I would have liked more fruit options too:) Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch. The couch was very dirty with crumbs all over it, and also fingernails. Quite a few. I went down to ask the desk for a different room or at least someone to clean it. She said it wasn’t possible. The rooms were all full and no cleaning staff. Sooooo we just didn’t use it. Also the phone did not work. Not sure if it was supposed to:)

Quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, even with 2 wedding parties. However the hotel and property was run down and not well maintained at all. The key entrance was not working so everyone had to use the master fire keys. Huge safety risk having the entire hotel have master keys to EVERY ROOM! The entrance was dirty, didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a week. The room was the perfect size! The sheets and bathroom were clean but the carpet/floor was dirty, the shower faucet was super loose and broken, and the tile was a trip hazard. Pool area was very dirty and the water was cold! Sand was everywhere and the pool/splash area was peeling and rusting. Very disappointing as this was the reason we booked here and not other area hotels. It was gross! Outside the landscape was all overgrown and poorly kept, which attracted lots of bugs/mosquitos. We will NOT be returning or recommending.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the kids pool and when we arrived were told it was closed. Room wasn’t particularly clean - stains on comforter and furniture. Breakfast area not set up fully 30 min in to posted breakfast time. Very loud people next door ( until 3 am) which was not the fault of the hotel really except that it was not full and this was a bachelor party group so they could have been put in rooms not by people with small children

Old, tired, used up budget hotel. Dirty, unclean facilities - lobby, food serving areas - broken handles on greasy food serving containers), room (candy wrappers on floor, greasy surface on desk, torn curtains). Unfortunately, one of the few in the area - likely why they get away with the above.

The property had a nice location. The staff members were nice and accommodating and my son loved the kids pool. Our room was also pretty clean. Although there were all these positives our negatives outweighed the positives. We arrived at the property around 7:45pm. After getting all settled in our room and feeding my kids we realized the heat wasn’t working. We talked to staff and they offered us a new room but moving two kids under the age of three is not ideal at 10:30 at night. The next morning we noticed our fridge freezer was froze over so we couldn’t put anything in there and our tub took forever to drain so people had to wait a good amount of time before the next person could shower. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool but the first day we went to go use it the pool was closed because something was found in the pool. The second morning we stayed the free breakfast was very picked over. No forks, watered down juice, no syrup, no bread for toast, not many yogurt options etc. The tables and high chairs were not very clean either. An adult in our party had to go let the front desk know before anyone came to restock.

Our room was tidy, but the bathroom floor was missing a lot of grout and the complementary shampoo and lotion had no seal on them and seemed half empty. breakfast was disappointing, there was no coffee or orange juice in the dining room. Overall, it was OK for the night, but we won’t be returning.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. My room had an issue with thermostat and ac/heater. It went from one extreme to the other. At one point it was 96 degrees and it wouldn’t cool down. Was told to unplug unit. No offer of moving rooms. No real apology. So I had a night of 1.5 hours sleep. Emailed GM. No response.

Great hotel. Pretty clean. but kinda smelled musty. Otherwise fine.

Good stay. Only complaint was no hot water at 7:30 AM on Friday morning and they ran out of complimentary shampoo bottles

We stay here every year and any time we are in Wisconsin. The service is always great, everything is clean and the waterpark, warm swimming pool and hottub are fantastic! Breakfast is also always top notch.

There was a strong odor when entering the room. It smelled like disinfectant but could tell it was covering up something else. The ceiling over the shower/tub was falling down. Plaster and pieces of the ceiling were in the bathtub below. The ceiling had been previously patched, but the leak wasn’t fixed. When the shower was being used above us, water began to leak into our bathroom. Couldn’t believe they would even rent the room! Food was left in the refrigerator from a previous guest.

Great price. Clean. I was actually not expecting if to be this nice. Size was larger than I thought for a room. I was going to share a bed with one of my daughters. Huge pull out couch. 👍

The air conditioning wouldn’t go any lower than 66 degrees and I would have liked black out curtains.

Stayed there with my 2 daughters and there was no hot water. Asked to switch rooms was told I couldn't, so had to take cold showers. The heat in room didnt work very well and the floor wasnt vacumed at all and looked not very clean. Worst stay ive had .

There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town.

Fire alarm went off at 1:30 am but there was little communication among staff about what was going on, so I left in the middle of the night.

The stay was good. The bathroom toilette stuff like the shampoo was below standard. The front desk staff were never present. Both, at the time of check in and check out, I had to ring the bell. In fact, they have a permanent notice on the desk stating to ring. They are in the inside room chatting and when they do come out, the attitude comes across that they are doing you a favor! We arrived to the lobby where the clerk was on the phone. This person did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes. After 10 minures she acknowledged us to say that she was on the phone. We asked if she could just check us in quick and put the other person on hold. She then said that we were being fussy and started to berate us. I then said we just want to get checked in, we have kids in the car, youve been on the phone for 10 minutes, please just put them on hold to check us in. My wife and i were in complete shock and just said this is ridiculous. I couldn't believe it. I wont be staying here again. The absolute worst service I've had at any hotel in my life.

Terrible check-in experience. We stopped in earlier in the day to pre-pay for the hotel stay for family members with no issues. When our family tried to check in that evening, the staff couldn’t find the reservations under my or their names (no problem earlier that day using just our name), our family had to call us (we were at a concert) and I found the confirmation number (which worked). Room was musty smelling.

I work at the hospital and travel for work. My shift starts at 630am. The first two mornings the lady in the kitchen was nice enough to let me grab some breakfast 10 minutes before it started. I had enquired about this when I checked in and the receptionist told me it was up to the person working in the kitchen. On the third morning I asked if I could just grab some fruit or a slice of toast and the lady was rude. She refused to give me any food. I canceled my reservation for the following week. I have stayed at hotels for work for the past 9 years and have never encountered anything so rude. She not only wouldn’t let me have any food, she was extremely rude about it. I do not recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

Hotel was very accommodating and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location near outlet mall and interstate

Nice staff. No restaurant or bar. But there is a daily breakfast served cafeteria style. The property is obviously located in a rural area but even so, it is "off" the interstate and a little challenging to find the first time.

Very quiet area away from I -94. Car needed to reach restaurants.

We were not aware that the pool and Jacuzzi were non-operational. Which is one of the main reasons for staying there. However, they gave us one night free. They also need to put more signage out as we had difficulty locating the property.

Out of area so not in walking distance of restaurants, gas stations, grocery, etc. 2.00 for a 50 cent candy bar? Come on.

Poor service. Evidently the state had shut the pool down😱. Had a room that slept 5 but only 2 towels and 1 shampoo. Breakfast very limited ended up having to swing by kwik trip. Not clean be prepared for pet hair.

Chipped paint, only one towel for three people, pool and hot tub closed, breakfast barely warm, snacks and drinks almost empty, paint overspray on cabinets and doors in bathroom

Everything was great except the breakfast. Apparently their shipment of food was late, so not much was available when we ate.
