Comfort Suites Lake Geneva East

I had a wonderful time in Lake Geneva, facilitated by my stay at the Comfort Suites. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I made good use of the pool and free breakfast. I especially appreciated the short walk to downtown while paying a fraction of the rates charged by other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in a great location. Our grandchildren really loved the pool area, especially the kiddie pool. It was such a nice spacious area. Great hot tub. I only gave the hotel 4 stars because the beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses were very bouncy and one of the mattresses dipped in the middle. Other than that, we loved our room, it was very spacious. We did have to deal with rowdy hotel guests walking down the hall in the middle of the night waking us up, but the hotel can't be blamed for that.

Everything was great room was clean. Tub was great! Food was delicious. Bed was comfortable.

It was weird that I had to pay immediately upon check in and then still had a $50 hold put on for incidentals. Every other hotel in the world takes a card to put on file, puts a hold on for incidentals, and then charges for the room at check out. Very weird, but I guess it all worked out. Probably won't stay again though.
