We had a very comfortable stay. The common areas were very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were large and clean. The only slight downside was the minimal breakfast. They said the freezer was down so they didn't have eggs or bacon. Also the fee for having a dog was half the cost of the room, which is exorbitant, but that's the price you pay for having a pet along, I guess.

Great stay for an overnight. The property appears to be starting a renovation. The rooms weren't too dated in my opinion, but the lobby was. Check-in and checkout was easy. Parking was plentiful and I liked that they offered an option for adults to use the pool later than children. The only feedback I have is if you need a late checkout, this hotel doesn't offer it. I requested a late checkout and they said the hotel in general does not offer it. They do offer breakfast but I didn't have an opportunity to try it. Very comfy and plenty of space. Thank you again!

Terrible experience. Booked through expedia for our room. The entire family shows up at check in only to find out their pet policy is different than when i booked. Its in fact $50 per pet NOT posted online. The reservationist at the hotel could care less that the price was different or that our pet would sleep outside in 20 degree weather. Well of couse we paid the difference. I will NEVER be back at this hotel. The staff were very unpleasant. The room was very cramped. The bathroom fan has never been cleaned from what I could see. The PUBLIC are allowed in the pool at anytime which makes it very crowded and noisey. Would not recommend to anyone.

The front lobby smelled like sewer. There was nobody at the front desk several times throughout our stay. The pool never had towels restocked had to constantly ask for them at the front desk. When I went down to eat breakfast, there was no fruit, meat or coffee left. I waited 10 minutes and staff never returned like they advised. The hot tub was warm but not hot like you would expect.

Rooms were infested with flies , and bugs. Carpet and furniture were covered with dead ones . Had to kill a bunch of them . Toilet looked like it had sitting water for weeks . After asking for a solution only the absolute visible bugs were removed , but the carpet was still covered with bugs.

The room was clean. Convenient stay for deer hunting weekend. The room upgrades were very nice. Negatives: 1) almost no water pressure in the shower; 2) they turned our keys "off" on our check-out day by 5 A.M. when check-out isn't until 11 a.m. Couldn't get back into the building without a key card so we had to take ALL of our stuff at one time. Very inconvenient and annoying. There's no reason to turn the keys off before you actually check out.

The room I picked had a jacuzzi and fireplace. It was everything I imagined it to be and more. Staff was friendly and on top of making sure I had enough towels for the whole weekend. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Do not go off of images on hotel websites for room amenities!! We booked the 1 king bedroom suite since the image on Hotels.com included a tub within the room. When we got to the hotel, we discovered our room didn't have that. We went with this hotel and more expensive room expecting the image to match the product we had purchased. When this was brought up to the front desk, they blamed the website and did not offer any compensation. Regardless if the website or AmericInn is at fault, the consumer (i.e. you and me) should not bear the responsibility of this error. I am extremely dissatisfied at the false advertisement and lack of resolution. If you insist on using AmericInn do not go off of pictures, read the amenities very carefully. The images are false advertisements and you will be the one paying for your mistake. I will be going out of my way to avoid AmericInn or Wyndham brand hotels going forward and advertising others to do the same after being taken advantage of. This is no way to treat a customer and I cannot imagine another retail situation with false advertisement where the consumer is misled and then has to pay the price, besides less reputable companies. Hot tub was nice.

The wall unit for heat made a horrible noise all night and I was unable to sleep. When I told the staff at the front desk the first girl said she knew, I asked why did they rent me that room, the second girl said it was fixed . And then the manager said there was nothing she could do because we booked with Expedia. Just disregard for customer service.

I was traveling with my Labrador to take her to be bred which meant a 2 - 3 day stay. So I needed a pet-friendly hotel. I booked a King efficiency in order to have a small kitchenette and to have a bit more floor space. My room was on the first floor and near an outside door next to the green space for pets which made it easy to walk my dog outdoors as needed during the day and at night. The staff appreciated a well-behaved dog and gave her special attention whenever when we were in the main lobby. I felt very welcome and the general manager, Kathy, was particularly helpful. On my first night there were problems with my TV connection and the front desk attendant quickly offered to come to the room and resolved the problem. Excellent and friendly service.

we called to request first floor facing parking lot and gave us room number 108 over the phone then we arrived and they said there’s nothing on file about it, and we had toliet plugged up, we went to front desk and told them about it, they ended up gave us plunger, I was like don’t employee should do the fix instead of expecting us to do the work on the toliet???? Poor service!

We called the night before to check-in early as we are coming out of town. When we arrived . We were told we would have to pay 50 dollars to check in early. But was never told that when we called. We ended up going to a different place and had no problem checking in early.

Great place, this is my 4th or 5th visit. Staff is kind, breakfast is fresh, place is clean and near anything you need (Walmart, fast food, full service dining, fuel, grocery store). Pool is clean and well maintained. They placed me (60 yr old female traveling alone) on first floor near desk and parking.

Needed a hotel that could accommodate a tractor trailer semi in the parking lot. Absolutely perfect for that. Mexican restaurant in the parking lot with great food. Clean, quiet hotel. Great attention to details right down to the wet shoe holder by the door!

Great location for anyone wanting to hit the ATV trails.Clean, quiet, easy to walk to Mexican food, dinner and gas stations. swimming pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was just OK.

We had a great stay. Our young kids enjoyed the pool and the laid back nature of the motel. The pool area ran out of towels each day we swam. Also, given we were there on a holiday (Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving), we were a little bummed that the breakfast ended at 9AM. They also ran out of food both days we ate breakfast there. I know that it is a busy time for the motel, but hopefully next year they will plan ahead for breakfast supplies.

The breakfast was alright. The motel was very busy with guests. As people came from their rooms to the breakfast area much of the food was gone, no sausage, no sweet rolls, very little eggs. Some people were walking away. The person supplying the breakfast area wasn't checking what was more important for the guests especially the guests who had children with them. When the person supping the breakfast food,He only brought out items in small amounts and many people were waiting with their kids in tow. That person needs to be informed of the population of guests and be on top of everything. You do not want guests walking away or walking out to eat or maybe stay elsewhere I did like the Adirondack Chairs out front to lounge in, I liked that there was a restaurant across the parking lot, I might add was very good food. The atrium was clean and comfortable and inviting. As many guests that were at the motel it was very quiet, the cleaning staff kept all areas very clean and they were very accommodating when we needed anything.

We were impressed with everything except the breakfast the first morning. I understand that there was another group with lots of kids but the person who was supposed to refill was not even trying to keep up and most everything was empty. We ended up driving thru Starbucks before our conference.
