Quiet hotel. Smelled kind of funny in the front area where they have casino games. Not sure if they were covering up cigarette smoke smell or burning incense or something.

Clean property but much traffic in lobby with gambling machines. Lots of loitering and non hotel patrons

Horrible smell through the hotel for the duration of our stay. Pool was also closed.

Things were clean. Staff was friendly. Things for sale like snacks and drinks were priced well. No one was trying to upsale here. That was nice. The pool area could use updating. It was very hot in the area (hotter than normal) and no pool towels on the shelf. No hot tub. Nice stay overall.

Clean room, nice staff. Wish there was potatoes or meat option for breakfast but plenty of fruits and bread. Eggs and gravy biscuit is a good alternative. Good workout area.

Got there at 830pm. apologetic associate came out to check us in at 9. large lint ball the size of a mouse fell out of the bed sheets. Tub filled up during shower and wouldn't drain. Hot breakfast steamer with 1 and 1/4 hours to go had 3 sections. 1 was empty entire time. 1 had oatmeal. and 1 was empty for 30 minutes and finally brought out some kind of egg disc as we were leaving. kitchen person was also running front desk. Won't be back.

The rooms were so clean. The indoor pool was awesome. The workers were always so nice . Love my stay there .

Overall stay was alright for the price. Mainly, was concerned that there were obvious stains on the sheets - both sweat and blood from the looks of it. Room smelled clean and sheets were otherwise clean, but not sure why that pair was not thrown out. Additionally we had to manually restart the TV as it was not working and frozen. The remote barely worked and probably could've used new batteries. Not a bad stay, but definitely glad we didn't pay any more for the room.

It was very clean and fresh

The hotel was clean overall the pool was immaculate but the room had a smell of dirty feet it was fairly strong along with the super long black hair on the top of the bed which was fairly obvious. And some thing that looked like a shiny probe on the floor like needle size. It was not a needle I never touched it it wasnt right in a walking area so I left it alone.

Mold along the inside of the shower handles. Compenmary Shampoo bottle was open.

Bathroom had an odor. Staff tried to repair but still smelt. There were also ants in the room.

My stay was pleasant with the exception of the fruit bowls by the continental breakfast. Some fruit had bonded together with mold. I had to physically remove the bowl on the second day and hand it to the employee handling this are.

The person tha checked us in was very nice. I had a handicap room due to surgery, the bathroom is diffently not the tub was high.. The water pressure was horrible and the room itself needs to be updated.

Comfy bed

There was noise through the night from above us. The room was pretty small for a king bed.

We were in town visiting family. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet with the exception of the noise from the heater. Overall everything was fine.

Everything was good except the air conditioner didn't seem to work the best. We couldn't get it to keep running without turning the power off and on. might want to check room 110s air conditioner.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and overall it is good but starting to show some wear. Our A/C unit didn’t work very well. Mattress needed to be rotated or replaced. Breakfast was disappointing.

Staff was hardly ever at the desk, had to use the desk phone to get assistance. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, and when we mentioned it to the front desk, the simply supplied one... didn't even offer to put it on the shower rod .

The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. He recognized us throughout our visit, the other guests with whom we arrived, as well as their room numbers off the top of his head. Excellent service!!! The room was very clean. The fridge had a small puddle at the bottom (probably from not being used recently) but no odor whatsoever. The concierge sent someone to the room while we went out for the evening to thoroughly clean the fridge. We were extremely satisfied with this. The Handlebar in the bathtub was broken upon over arrival but that was inconsequential for our needs so was acceptable. We did inform the concierge though. The AC worked great. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall the room was perfect. The breakfast was yummy (typical hotel breakfast fare). The pool and surrounding area was clean and was a very comfortable setting to unwind at the end of a long day. The pool area has its own (very clean) men and women bathrooms in the same room as the pool, so were easily accessible. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely stay here again!!

The check in was fast. The facility is clean, and staff willing to help as needed. We brought in a couple pizzas for dinner, and forgot plates. They gave us plates, napkins, and dinnerware. We stay here often and the service remains excellent!

The hotel did not feel very safe or secure. There was never anyone at the front desk, just a phone to pick up to get ahold of someone. Given the signs about the staffing issues they were having, that’s not a surprise. Even more concerning is an area in the lobby that has video gambling machines. People from off the street were coming in to play them and there was nothing preventing them from wandering around the entire hotel if they wanted to.

We stayed several days. The owner was great. He was very friendly & accomodating to some maintenance issues. The room was small but clean and perfectly acceptable . The breakfast was nice in the mornings. Really the only complaint that we have is their policy about not doing the rooms but once every 3 days. We asked housekeeping for fresh towels, to change the garbage cans, and make the bed, not even change the Linens, and he was literally surly and took a photo of the towels on the floor in the bathroom. Understand being short-staffed but fresh towels every day is not too much to ask at a hotel, particularly since they were absolutely not busy with no more than four or five rooms occupied any of the nights we were there.

Great place to stay. my only criticism was the very unusually slow check-in process. It took probably close to 30 minutes for her to handle one phone call and one guest ahead of me. Need to pick up the speed just a tad. It wasn’t really busy-but everyone was getting frustrated.

This property is an excellent deal. Very clean rooms and conveniently located right off the highway. Finding a hotel that includes a swimming pool and breakfast for this price is rare. The breakfast is very basic so don't get your hopes up too high. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars are little details that need to be attended to, like squeaky doors, unfilled holes where the shower rod was moved, loose locks on the windows. None of these are major concerns but they do give the property a little bit of a shabby vibe.

Extremely clean room. Furniture is modern and in excellent condition. The king bed was comfortable. The room was small but adequate. Front desk staff is wonderful. Property is very well cared for. The owners take pride in their facility, and it shows. The immediate area has several dining options as well as a Wal mart and Dollar Tree nearby.

Convenient location

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites was in a beautiful setting and very quiet. The beds were excellent and the manager Mike was very friendly.

Nice place to stay, easy to find

Cobblestone Inn & Suites was a quick stop for us on a family vacation to Michigan. The room was clean and comfortable with great beds. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids and the breakfast was decent. The front desk associate was very kind and helpful. The location was great as it was close to gas stations. We also walked to Dollar General next door to get ice cream and snacks. We would stay again if in the area.

Location for where i needed to be

The breakfast was terrible! The eggs and sausage gravy were COLD!! We’ve stayed there a couple time so we can visit our elderly parents and each time it gets worse.

Very clean, the clerk at 8pm when we checked in was very friendly. AM girl not so much. But the hitel was very clean, great pool and work out area. Breakfast was great. Will stay again

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and super helpful. The pool area was clean and they even have pool noodles and a small float for the kiddos. Breakfast was good, waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Mike and staff!!

Very limited face to face with any staff at this location. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find and access - a little over priced for off season weekend. There were maybe 6 other guests the whole week be were there. Quiet, breakfast was disappointing.

Toilet is loose and about to break free of its mooring. Heater is so loud we opted to turn it off and open the window (1st floor in late November). Breakfast was dismal. Surprisingly bad considering the reviews that had been left prior to our arrival.

The room was very nice and clean. Short staffed so no housekeeping daily. We stayed 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Had to go to the front desk to ask for the in room coffee pods each day. The breakfast was ok but not kept full. Juice ran out on Saturday and never refilled. Expected better from a Cobblestone.

Always clean and comfortable with excellent staff. They could change up the breakfast entree occasionally but otherwise no complaints.
