The hotel chose to resurface their driveway and parking lot On a big holiday weekend, when hotel was busy, and did not notify any one with reservations that we could not pulling or have anywhere to park. We had to circle the block 3 times trying to figure out where to go, finally calling the hotel to be put on hold and told to park in a city lot behind the hotel on a side street, even though it said permit parking, and walk all our luggage and belongings across a street. Absolutely ridiculous way of doing business. The staff said they had no idea either until they showed up to work. Our “nonsmoking” room smelled of smoke and the AC barely kept the room cool at full max.

Parking at this hotel is terrible. They have a lot but there is a bar and apartment building that obviously uses it as well. Trying to find parking is a nightmare. I arrived at 730pm on a Saturday after visiting with family. I drove around for 20 min looking for a place to park. Street parking is 3 hr max and no spots available in lot. Ridiculous!!!! When I finally found a spot there was a party in the lobby. Music and kids running around. This was weird. If a guest wants a party… rent a conference room. Was hard to hear or get to elevator with all the people milling around. Probably why there was no parking too.

This hotel was very dirty!!! The floor of the shower was black, the smoke detector was orange and nasty. The toilet seat only had one screw holding it on and the coating on the toilet seat was chipping away. No breakfast was offered at 7am when it was suppose to start at 6am. Staff was very unfriendly when this stuff was brought up to them.

The property was in a great location - very easy to walk downtown and next to the farmers market on Saturday. The staff is very friendly and our check-in/out process was easy. The rooms are updated, however they were not the cleanest. You can tell that there isn’t any deep-cleaning happening (shower floor needs to be bleached, tiles scrubbed, etc), and the cleanings between nights were the bare minimum and fairly lacking (provided clean towels, but didn’t take the dirty ones, left empty cans on the tables, provided new coffee cups but not all of them replacements or clean out the coffee pods). Overall, it was all good stay, but some improvements could be made in the cleaning department.

The hotel was dirty and parts out of date, or rough. I complained twice to the front desk the whole hallway system needed vacuuming badly. It was never done. Even lobby area floors were filthy. But, at least our room itself was clean.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable although it was not as clean as I would have liked. There were multiple hairs in the shower and it was clear the bedside table was not wiped down as there were cup rings clearly visible. But the worst thing was when going to make a cup of coffee the cups that were sitting in the coffee maker had coffee/liquid left in them from the previous people who stayed in the room.

The hotel is a little dated but well kept and the room was fine. I was hoping for a little squishier bed but that is just my preference. The only issue with cleanliness was the shower floor really needed a good bleach scrubbing.

The shower was disgusting—mold and mildew. We changed rooms because the original room was next to the elevator, despite my online reservation specifically requesting a room away from the elevator. No change in bathroom cleanliness. Dirty entry doors to each room should have been the indicator that attention to detail was not present in this hotel. Very unfortunate as the hotel is in a prime spot.

The guy that checked me in was friendly but they gave me the incorrect room at first - a double queen when I had reserved a king. He accommodated quickly and apologized for the mistake. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. There was a layer of dust on things and clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom sink was clogged. All of the pillows on the bed were the same and more filled than I prefer. It’s a decent place that I’ve been coming to for a number of years. Price is right for the level of comfort and you can’t beat the location.

The first room we were assigned did not have ANY lotion or conditioner (both bottles were empty), and the sheets in one bed had blood on them and the pillow! We told the front desk about that and were offered new sheets to "remake the bed ourselves". I refused and then asked for another room. We were handed a new room key to move our things we had unpacked at 9:30 at night. The new room was nice.

The staff at checkin was friendly. Our room was nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. Water bottles in room, tea/coffee, and a mini fridge. A/C and heat was a little wierd, not sure we ever really figured it out. Parking was easy on-site. Pool and hot tub were lovely.

The rooms are pretty run down with lots of chipped paint on the bathroom room. The door to the room did not close without being slammed shut and the air vent in the bathroom made a crazy amount of noise constantly. Evening check in staff was not friendly at all but the check out person in the early morning was very nice. Not much around in terms of dining so a lot of driving is necessary.

The day of check in I received a call at 5:28pm telling me they didn't have a room for me because they overbooked! Wanted to move me to another hotel. Problem with that was I was with another couple staying at that hotel. The front desk offered us no solution to keep us together. I suggested they move both of us to another hotel so that we could still be in the same place. They said they couldn't do that.This was the first time I have used Expedia and it will be the LAST!! In all the times I have stayed in hotels(which was a lot being I travel for my job) I have NEVER been called the day of check in and been told they didn't have a room for me. This was VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND STRESSFUL being our group was split up and were forced to stay a different hotels!!!

Front desk staff was great and was able to accommodate my early check in request. I was not pleased with housekeeping. The bed was made, but other things in the room were consistently missed; no bath mat towel one day, in a 4 day stay they never restocked the coffee in the room. I had to get the coffee and cups from the front desk. We've stayed here before and had a good experience. Not sure what happened this time. Mentioned the issue to front desk 3 times, but behavior continued throughout our stay.

Check in was ok. Felt like I was an inconvenience checking in. Went to get breakfast that was included in our stay, when we got there we were hounded by the kitchen staff/waitress about us possibly not belonging there. We grabbed some food from the buffet and sat down and the waitress comes over and demanded we give her our information. I gave her my room number and told her breakfast is included, she them with attitude said I’ll have to go check. Very disappointed. Then the kitchen manager proceeded to get in an argument with a whole team of teenage girls that stayed at the hotel for a tennis tournament they had in town that came down to eat. He told them that they just can’t come and start grabbing stuff. All in an effort to curb theft he said. Pretty sad a grown man has to argue with kids about food. The hotel needs to have better communication amongst them and do away with the hostility. Kitchen manager needs to go.

I booked my hotel on the basis of its location to my meeting. When I arrived around noon, I was informed check in time is 4:00 PM. It would be tight, checking in and getting to my meeting at 4:30, but since it is walkable (again, the reason I booked the hotel), I thought it would be fine. Upon my return at 4 PM for check in, the front desk informed me the hotel was “overbooked,” and thus my reservation was being transferred to another hotel down the road. Since I didn’t have time to drive to the new hotel (which I did not choose), check in, and drive back, I was late for my scheduled plans. This mistake on the hotel’s behalf would have been far less impactful if they had COMMUNICATED anything at all the entire afternoon, during which I was waiting for my room. At least I could have adjusted my plans. The front desk said they couldn’t communicate with me because my reservation was booked through Expedia. If such is the case, it’s not the fault of the customer. Obviously, the management needs to work this out with third-party reservation entities such that appropriate communication can take place. Regardless, it’s inexcusable to overbook a hotel in 2025. I presume this is managed with software, which should track the rooms automatically, and if not, counting the numbers of rooms and reservations is not difficult math. It is simply unfair to pay for a hotel room at a different location which I did not book, with no input whatsoever.

I've stayed here multiple times recently each time with my dog and when I made the reservation I was sure to put that I had a dog yet they put me in the worst possible room on the second floor next to the stairs and ice machine looking out at their heating and cooling unit 5 ft out the window on the roof of the first floor I was going to look past that except when I put the "do not disturb" sign on my door housekeeping still came in. Towels were replaced. I was there 2 nights. I had a lot of monies worth of gem mint collectibles in the room and don't appreciate them entering when I ask them not to.

The hotels check in is at 4pm. We were in town for a wedding and we went to check in and they said they had no rooms ready. The wedding was at 4:30pm at a different hotel and we couldn’t even get into our room to get ready for the wedding. We didn’t get to check in until we got back from the wedding at midnight. They did nothing to try and help us or make it better, didn’t even apologize. Just kept making excuses and didn’t do anything to make things easier on us. Horrible management and horrible place.

Convenient location a block from downtown Neenah, walking distance to restaurants and drinks. Very good brewery across the parking lot 🙂. Nice jogging trails nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a minor thing but I like how you get the large dispensers of shampoo/conditioner/soap and don’t have to worry about running out after one use. Also not a bad drive to Green Bay on game day.

Disappointing from the time we checked in to the time we left 3 days later. Room was dark, drab, badly in need of an update or remodel. We requested a handicap accessible room for my wife in a wheelchair, and not only did that not happen, we were placed about as far away from the elevator as they could place us. Attendant in breakfast area was terribly rude. If he were my employee he would not be employed for long. I walked in second day when I thought breakfast was included (it wasn’t, $15 which was fine but unexpected) to get a cup of coffee and there was no creamer. He walked by and I asked if I could get some creamer to which he responded “nope”, turned around and walked away. I was stunned wondering why they would have this guy dealing with their customers. And the room, it sure didn’t look like the nice pictures in their advertising, not even close. We stay in Oshkosh 12-15 days a year visiting grandkids but I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel. Too many other nice hotels in the area to endure their nonsense.

Was not happy with the staff in breakfast area, asked us how many eating, we told her we wanted to just grab Something to go. We were told that we couldn’t do that because it was a buffet. We were supposed to have free breakfast and she brought us a bill for 29.50
