Overall it was an ok hotel and suited our needs. Some staff was extremely helpful and some ok. The rooms were clean but road noise an issue. Had an unpleasant $50 charge to check in 30 minutes early when costs were already inflated to $400/night because if EAA. Out of laundry detergent for machines. The hotel bar was not always open. And 7 day a week restaurant only open 5 days. Bartender was excellent. Unable to enjoy the outdoor space without buying drinks. One staff member went out of her way to help with an allergy which was very appreciated. Probably will choose another hotel brand next time.

The property was very nice, quiet, and loved the weight facility. The pool was a little small but doable. The breakfast options were great. Staff presence was light. Took a while to check in and get another key since staff was not at the front desk and even calling to check in didn't help.

Cobblestone hotel was an excellent experience. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean and quiet. The staff accommodated our wish for a top floor room and we especially liked the free cookies upon entry into the lobby! The pool was a bit small but we didn’t use it so it was no big deal.

The property and room were clean and quiet and the place felt safe. However, the bed was horrible, and the breakfast was definitely below par. The bed itself was squeaky every time you sat on it, and mattress cover and bedding was noisy, like stiff plastic, very time you moved. I thought it was just our room, but I asked another guest and they said it was the same in theirs. The room lacked condiments for the coffee. No creamer or sweetener of any type.Apparently they don’t carry creamer anymore, anywhere in the facility. The only thing they have for coffee are those those sweet flavored creamer with a pump. So I went and bought some myself. There is no one manning the desk however you can quickly get someone by picking up the phone at the front desk at the front desk The staff was very accommodating. The room is cleaned every three days unless you request to have it cleaned. Which was done upon request. The last thing was the restaurant. It was there, but wasn’t open during that time. Apparently it’s only opened Tuesday through Saturday.

My only complaint was that the indoor pool area was unavailable because management said that their landscaping company cracked window. It would’ve been nice to know about this beforehand because I really wanted to use the pool & hot tub. Also, I would’ve liked to have been offered an option to get another hotel at the same price, or at least been given an Adjustment to my bill or comp for another stay at a later date.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Pool was a little small but very enjoyable compared to most as it seemed to be a heated salt water pool so no eyes burning from an abundance of chlorine. Breakfast was good! Definitely would stay here again!

The room was somewhat dirty. The first time we ran water through the bathroom sink and tub, the water was completely brown. I had to let the water run for at least a minute straight to ensure the water was clear. The ceiling is thin and the people above us were easy to hear as they stomped around.

Second time staying here, and we do love the property as a whole and the location. However our suite this time around was never cleaned before us arriving. There were Cheetos on the floor, and leftover food crumbs on the small stovetop the room had. For $833 for two nights, it was disappointing this time around.

This is a very new looking hote with comfortable beds and larger rooms than typical. Our sofa sleeper had some wrappers in it from prior stay and a dirty mattress pad. The desk attendant was helpful in setting up an airport shuttle that was on time the following morning. Overall a great stay!

Prices went up from when I booked until we paid. We had a “suite” and it was quite small. Just a standard room with an extra nook with a small pullout. A little disappointing. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast average.

Hotel put us in the handicap room right across from the elevator even though it looked like the hotel was not close to capacity. The king bed mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. I felt like I was in a hammock. I’ve stayed in hotels for 35 years while flying for a major airline and don’t recall a bed so uncomfortable. The bathroom had a fan type hum that could not be turned off. The water pressure in the shower was about 30% of what I would consider as normal. My rating is 2 out of ten for this hotel.

I waited nearly 10 min for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. No note, no bell and when someone showed up, no apology. Then he couldn’t find my Expedia reservation so showed him my confirmation. The staff member seemed irritated and inconvenienced that I was there.

After paying for the room on hotels.com the hotel told me they needed a card on file and that they wouldn't charge me again. Well that was a lie and now I'm negative in my account and am struggling to pay bills because $250 is alot for some people. I'll never stay at this place again.

We were charged for our room upon arrival and checking in. Our key ended up not working and turns out that there were people staying in our room and the hotel was unable to accommodate us with a different room as they were fully booked. Very disappointed with how long it took for the staff to realize that they had moved people into our room as it took an hour and a half. Also not happy that we paid for a room and still have not gotten refunded since we never got the room!

Stay was ok. Checked in, wasnt told anything like what time breakfast was served or even where it was served. Handed me the room key and said room number is on it. Then when going to check out lady was standing at the counter stairing at the computer screen a good 3 minute's before even acknowledging me.

We needed a hotel close to The Neuroscience Group facility and chose tnis one. Very reasonable cost, convenient, clean, helpful staff. Great rooms. Also included is a nice little free breakfast. Will stay there again.

The motel is situated out of the business of the mall, nice and quiet. The rooms were beautiful. I would recommend a larger continental breakfast area. The room is too small and all the conversation makes it too loud to enjoy your breakfast. It was uncomfortable.

Restaurant closed both days we stayed. Staff subpar. They really didn’t care whether guests were satisfied or not. No one at front desk most of the time. Food truck comes once a week. Breakfast very limited. Cereal but no milk. Hot food not replenished. Shuttle from and to airport needs to be PREARRANGED.

The room was clean and quiet. We politely asked to check in a little early as I had drain tubes in my abdomen and needed to tend to them and was told there was no way in their system to get us into a room before 4. The breakfast area is tiny, people awkwardly standing over each other, the coffee in the hallway outside of the area. Coffee was empty the entire time we ate, and even when we went to pack the car and check out. Not the worst, but definitely not the best place.

No dining options as the restaurant are bar were closed on Sunday and Monday, bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. No one at checkin, had to pick up phone and wait 5 min for person to show up. No one at checkout to complain to. I checked out a day early and went to a different hotel with a much better experience.
