Closed pool, trash in room upon check in, dirty bathroom and shower walls, body hair all over bedding, floor, and sink. Construction going on everywhere with exits blocked and hallways full of items. Fire alarm even went off because of the heavy dust and debris from construction. Nobody available at desk most times. Breakfast had only water in the juice dispenser and lacked food.

How about the fact that the ad does not state there isn't an elevator. I have knee issues and need to use a cane. CLIMBING stairs is painful. Staff was wonderful - took care of my bags, but this hotel is not handy-cap friendly.

Room was not terrible really bad pain job in rooms and paint in tub and on the floor. asked before checking in if pool worked was told yes but both hot tub and pool were not working.. THe hot tub was completely drained which they did say was not working but the pool had not heat and temperature even in the pool room was about 20 degrees colder than the rest of the hotel and the water was colder than that. would guess the temp of the pool was 60 degrees or less. the pool heaters were in boxes in the lobby. when we checked in there was no staff to check in we had to call for them to come down to meet us. then the key we were given didnt even open the pool area so we had to call again to get service again were not told there was no heat in pool. THe continental breakfast was a bit of cereal and a gallon of milk shared by all guests but no bowls for the cereal. coffee was fine. I will NEVER go to that facility again and will let everone know not to use that place as they misled us with saying the pool was working.

This was a good property. Our room was clean. The only things that I disliked were that they do not have an elevator so you have to take the stairs up. The other thing was our room had no wash cloths. Overall great stay would definitely go again.

Nice location. Staff helpful with restaurant recommendation. Clean room. Kids thought the pool was too cold. Hot tub only allowed 2 people at a time?! Didn't appreciate some person prank calling our room or screaming in the hallway.

Below average motel. this facility needs a major upgrade. thought w were getting a motel with a pool but not the case. Sign stated that the pool was temporary closed. In looking closer we could tell that the pool is permanently closed.

The carpet in the room looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. No traditional "lock" on the upper part of the door. Tub looked dirty. Initially, when I walked into the room it had a "smell". Plus, who puts a plugged in floor lamp in the main walking area when you get out of bed. I moved the lamp to a corner, so I would not trip on it in the middle of the night. There was a gross looking stain on the bed cover. The customer service folder area had a decal that, apparently who placed it, doesn't know how to read. It is upside down. I've stayed in worse hotels.

Housekeeping never touched our room the whole time we were there. We ran out of tissue, toilet paper, towels and garbage was over flowing. When we asked for clean towels we were told that they didnt have any washed and didnt know when they would be done. No one was ever at the front counter and you had to call for them and they acted annoyed to check us in its your damn job. No air-conditioning in the hallways or lobby. It smelled like body oder, weed, and food in the lobby and hallways it was horrible. Tv was broken

Everything about this motel was disgusting. Everywhere you looked there was dirt, hair,dust, even possible feces on the walls. The only thing that was halfway decent were the beds. My bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was dirty and had long strands of hair all over the bathtub. When I entered the room, the garbage from the prior resider was still in both garbage cans. Not once was my garbage picked up during my 6 day stay. Having been born and raised in Reedsburg, I am completely humiliated and saddened at how "bad" this motel has become.

Check in was an ease. Staff was friendly. Yes, i know its not the ritz but it is a step up from motel 6. Lots of lamp lights didnt work that were plugged in. Some of the lights above the sink did not work. Bathroom light and fan did not work so we just used our phone lights when using the bathroom/shower. If they hired a maint person, room items could be fixed. TV was smaller than my desk top computer monitor but that worked. Woukd i stay here again? Sure. Great location and its a step up from a motel 6.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was in town for a nearby line dance event. My expensive dancing shoes were taken from my room. I have been in communication with the hotel and continually gotten the run around. The first couple days, the manager is out to lunch or he’ll be here later. Then on he’s on vacation. I finally got an email. He said he was on vacation but he was reviewing videotapes in the hall in a 6 hour period to see who went in room. Last response was he was 1/2 way done and would be done next day. Emailed a couple times after and no response. Called the hotel again and oh he’s out and will be in after 9. Call after 9 and of course, he is still not there. All of this was over 10 days. Ridiculous to treat paying customer like this. Seems like hotel is protecting who stole my shoes. Either staff took them or they had the door open when cleaning and someone else stole them. I want justice but I am being blown off instead. If you have the misfortune of staying here, keep your valuables in your car!

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. It was run down and dirty. We waited for a half hour for someone to come and check us in. We needed towels and the staff were annoyed that we asked. NOT worth the price…a ripoff. The front desk was a mess, the hallways and stairwells were disgusting.

My nephew was in town for a family reunion so I rented him this room. Perfect location as we live in a subdivision very close to the hotel. He said everything was quiet and very easy to access. He did not do the breakfast since we were getting together for that but he did comment that everything looked good and very neat.

Couple of complaints...loose toilet seat cover, no safety strip in bathtub and bathroom floor was a little dirty(i have seen worse though) The check in desk area needs to be organized and neat. Boxes and bags laying around. Lastly no sweet rolls, bagels or fruit and Fruit Loops cereal with no milk. Come on, the room rate was very reasonable but things need to be looked into please. The receptionist was fine 🙂

The fire alarm was missing from the room-open wires visible. Breakfast was nothing impressive-yogurt, dry cereal and make your own waffle. Coffee and some juice options. Room was clean. Slightly noisy as our room was on side by parking lot and a McDonalds.

I called the hotel about the payment policy and was told that they will charge my card at checkout. When I checked in they required full payment at check in. Was told by another person that they always required full payment at check in. The had no luggage carts. The hot tub was dirty it looked like it had sand or dirt on the bottom and when the jets were on the water was real cloudy. The towel rack was broken when i got to the room. The breakfast was advertised to have waffles and fresh fruit but only had cereal. The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I was so unhappy with the hotel i checked out and went hone the next day instead of staying the weekend.

We had a great stay! We didn't realize there weren't elevators and they quickly changed us to the main floor. The hot tub was great! Breakfast was good! Overall, a great visit!
