Unfortunately, our third stay at this hotel in August 2026 was really lacking, due to the lack of attentiveness and follow-up around servicing our room. We checked in on Saturday, August 15 and checked out Tuesday, August 18. Not once did the cleaning staff make our bed or do any kind of cleaning. We spoke to the front desk late Sunday, as we had to obtain fresh towels. The attendant ensured us that our room would be serviced for sure on Monday. We even spoke to the cleaning staff directly on our floor Monday morning, pointed out the room as we were leaving and asked them to make sure they cleaned it. When we returned later that early evening on Monday, August 17, our room was STILL not cleaned, the bed still unmade. Atrocious and inattentive service! Three night stay and NO room cleaning, in spite of repeated direct requests.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was not really a problem but there was food left in our fridge. We threw the food away of course just not something you expect to see in a clean room. Would definitely stay again.
