Property was very rundown and not well maintained. There was a fly strip in the entry. The hallway and room was dirty. The towels were all stained. Needs a major refresh and cleaning. The staff was very pleasant, so that was one good point.

Okay for one night of just passing through town. Window in room was broken and covered up with cardboard or heavy plastic. Front desk was very nice, but was surprised there was no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs be sure to ask for 1st floor when making the reservation.

There was a party (composed of several hotel guests) playing load music in the parking lot (right outside our window) until 1 am in the morning. Also - The bathroom tub was totally clogged. And the floors were not clean.

When we arrive to the hotel my wife and I realized that the staff at the front desk took forever to come to the desk to check us in and then we got up to the room and realized our refrigerator was not working which took them forever to come and check to see what was wrong with it also we noticed that the window in our room was broke from the outside who knows how long that had been like that seriously this place needs a serious uplift

The pool was closed , but still had to pay full price . Deadbolt locks in the room didn't work either . Windows in lobby and side door were broken or had holes in them . No fan in the bathroom for when I took a shower , mirrors steamed up

Tv was useless. Picture was fuzzy and faded in and out. The mattress was so warn out it was a horrible night sleep. The building was is horrible disrepair and the grounds had not been taken care of in quite awhile.

So my husband us a truck driver so we look for places he can have a good nights sleep.this was not one of them. He got on to the room smelt like mold, mold was around window by AC, He check the air vents and they where full dirt, not been cleaned .He told front desk they came in and changed filter, but with in an hour of being in the room he was getting a really bad head ache. Staned up carpet not been cleaned for a while either.He a two day reservation but only stayed 1 night.. food was not really good old bananas.And of course not one person at the hotel asked if he wanted his money back. People that have been their for a while said the dont cleanl like they are supposed to.But my Husband did tell me the nixt day they where really clean rooms because he was making some phone calls.Hotels.com did give us 1/2 our payment back .but tge hotel should of made it right!!

From the moment we walked in, we smelled marijuana throughout the hotel, including our room. This place is very run down, and not very clean. We found BED BUGS in both of the beds!!!!! The other guests staying were very loud, around 3-4am it seemed as though they were having a big party/parade in the hallway with loud music and a lot of movement. Overall, one of the worst places I have stayed at.

This service is terrible. My husband stayed there and they found the beds infested with mites... lots of mites, be careful... the worst thing is that they did nothing, they just changed the room. Terrible experience.

OJ dispenser broken..tv for morning news off/broken...no maid service (I stayed two nights) broken bedside lamp..I tryed changing the bulb..otherwise just below average .I would suggest you try to stay tidy

There was black stuff by the air conditioner that looked like black mold and on the curtains. The bathroom was so dirty I didn't even want to take a shower. My sheets had stains on them and it was almost disgusting to sleep in the bed. There was no clinics in the room. There was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee machine but no packages of coffee to make. I went to the front desk, asked them for some and she gave me empty cops and that was it. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a foul smell in the room almost unbearable.

We checked into this hotel and promptly left. This hotel is filthy and does not follow any type of cleaning guidelines regarding covid-19. Upon opening our room door we were met with a musty/dirty/food odor that made me want to vomit. The bedding had stains and in general the room was unclean. I attempted to cancel our booking through the hotel but was told that since our reservation was made through a third party (hotels.com) we should contact them. I then went back to the room and contact hotels.com. i reached out to customer service and as i was holding I paced the room only to find: Dried urine on the toilet, blood (or another substance) on the bathroom door, fingernail clippings on the carpet, something sticky on the telephone, food (some type of melon/squash seed) on the walls and floor, and FILTH on the light switches, along with mold on the curtains and heat/ac unit. See photos. Hotels.com was very helpful in my initial call where it was agreed that i would receive a refund and was told it would be 5-7 business days. It has been 26 business days and no refund. I have spent nearly 3 hours of my time trying to get my refund. I am very frustrated. Do not stay at this hotel!

Breakfast was okay. Staff were good. The entry door to my room had a hole just big enough for someone to peek in the room at any time! I noticed the hole initially because someone had stuck a tissue in the hole to block any potential peeping tom from looking in. The room was clean and tidy but did have a slight (sweat?) odour to it.

There was some confusion about our reservation- I had ONE reservation, 2 adults, 2 nights, ONE room- they seemed to think I had another room reserved, and CALLED ME AT 1:51AM, walking me from a sound sleep,- IN THEIR HOTEL- to see if I wanted to keep my reservation. While I was sleeping at their hotel. And we were supposed to turn on the bathroom fan when taking a shower, but it DID NOT work.

This hotel was very unacceptable. Upon arrival we were given keys to an occupied room. We went back to the front desk and were given a second set of keys to a room that was beyond disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette stains on the carpet. The bed had large stains on it as well. We went back to the front desk and were told that we could leave and be refunded the entire amount that we had paid. This was not the case. We were charged and they refused to honor what they had told us. Lily, the manager, blamed Expedia and said they could not refund us. It was a horrible experience and we are out $308. There should be something in place when faced with a situation like this. We went into this thinking we had a clean place to stay and instead we were taken advantage of.

It us clean, tge area is somewhat depressed, tge towels in the room are second-rate, was unable to get Wyndum credit because I didn’t tell her at check-in…tho went to the desk 1 hour later. Prob not usual for a Super 8; friendly staff.

Check in was quick & lady was courteous, it was a bed to sleep in, and there was a lot of food choices and shopping in close vicinity, but the positives kinda stop there. Stained carpets in room & halls. Dust on most surfaces and uncleaned coffee spill/stain on the tray & countertop. Dust & dirt in all corners of the room & bathroom. Plastic cup cover behind the table. Toilet seat looked stained but when I used my own wipes, it came off. Brownish red smears on bathroom trash can. Hair on shower walls, soap tray & around tub drain (thank goodness I pack slides to shower in when traveling). 3 empty mini bottles of Fireball under one of the mattresses (left there for future visitors to find).
