It was clean and nice. I thought the bed was quite hard though and the pillows were tiny. It was worth the money, it was less than $100 and we were there just there to pretty much sleep. The pool and hot tub were nice also.

Dated but obviously updated. Couldn’t interact with a real person only a kiosk which is awkward but not necessarily a hindrance. Hot tub didn’t work which was disappointing and pool was super cold. Kids did enjoy that they offered cornhole and they had a selection of other games to offer. Breakfast was lackluster with only hot option of waffles and no protein sources.

First there is not a front desk person onsite. Just someone on a screen you talk to. We arrived late at night and found The shower was horrible and worn out, and appeared to be dirty. The beds were bare bones and not very comfortable. Hot tub was broken. Not a comfortable stay at all.

For the price, it was a very nice, clean hotel, great breakfast, staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The down side was that the pool was under renovation and the kids were disappointed about that. If it was noted anywhere on the site, I missed it and several other guests did also that also booked thru a site, not directly.

You check in from a kiosk with a person from another country. Some remodel, the pool area is good and bed ok. But bathroom looks like not touched since the 80s; counter about to fall off the wall, and run down shower/tub we decided not to use. Not dirty per se, just decades of scum you cant totalky clean off. Couch from the 80s as well.

The check-in was weird. It was a virtual check in kiosk and while checking other people walked into the small entrance way and could overhear my personal info. I wasn’t told where to go in the hotel, whether or not there was an elevator. Wasn’t told that the hottub was down for maintenance: had no clue that breakfast was included because it wasn’t noted. Lack of customer service.

Everything was good, except the hot tub was closed. I was pretty upset about that because it was wet and rainy and we got soaked on the motorcycle and just wanted to relax and unwind in the hot tub, but couldn’t. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have peanut butter, but the rest was the typical free breakfast items you would want.

Was in town for a meeting. I paid more for my room than two other rooms in the group did. Mine was by far worse. Worn down bathroom, appliances and felt every spring in the mattress. The other rooms were fresh, clean and had wonderful, new, fluffy mattresses! I was very disappointed to say the least!

I liked that it was close to where I was performing on Saturday night which was at Stoney Creek up the street. I just needed a place to crash for the night so couldn't justify spending the higher rates elsewhere. I tried 2 times to check-in early, the first at 1230pm, the second at 230pm and both times they said they had no clean rooms until 3pm. I find this hard to believe, and early check-in would have been a courtesy that I would have very much enjoyed as I wasn't done until after midnight and then had to check-in completely drained. A little customer service and accommodation would go far. Overall, it was a rock hard mattress, but the room was clean and served its purpose.

Had a quick weekend getaway with the family. The hotel was priced right and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the pool area was nice. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck and shoulder pain.

Hard bed - woke up with body aches. Water to shower had a weird taste. Cracks all over the place (floor, wall, shower, bathroom) Drawers were broken. Breakfast was sad - coffee was nasty, water dispenser had gunk coming out DONT STAY HERE.

Over the last several years we have watched this hotel go downhill. But this was our final stay. They switched check in to a video person, which you can barely understand, which in turn made check in a hassle and took three times as long. Right when entering the hotel we were greeted by mice running through the lobby and they now stopped providing conditioner and body soap (they still have shampoo!) in the showers. The beds have always been hard as a board but we continued to stay at this hotel because it was close to the venue we needed to be at. But this latest visit was the worst. This hotel has become disgusting and inconvenient. Despite the convenience of the location we would rather stay further away for a better hotel and we are even picky! Lol

I personally judge a hotel by how comfortable the beds are because really the whole point of being in a hotel is comfort and the only thing these beds were missing were the nails never in my life have I slept on a mattress this hard. Other than that it wasn't terrible but when the beds are so hard you literally cannot sleep then there's really no point in staying at that hotel in my opinion.

First time I’ve connected to a business’s internet and still couldn’t get online, but hey, it’s an Econolodge, what do you want? It was clean. Everything worked. The best thing about this particular Econolodge is that it’s right next to a Denny’s.

Wrong room category and since the hotel was at capacity we had to take what we were given. Hotels.com made amends for that. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Advanced check in service however the rooms could use some updating. Decent for a night's stay.

Room was just fine. Breakfast is Belgium waffle maker and cereals and some breads, fruit and dairy. No meat or egg items. Not what I would consider to be a deluxe breakfast as touted on the literature at the hotel. Not even a precooked microwaveable sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. So don't count on that.
