That said, the pool and hot tub gave my family pseudomomas folliculitis, which put a damper on our fun. The kids are pretty miserable. Those pools need a professional cleaning. FYI, they charge you a daily "energy reclamation fee" that you can request to be removed from your final bill. The receptionist who checked me in informed me of this when I checked in, but the receptionist who checked me out got a little huffy with me when I requested to have those fees taken off.

Nice to have a pool and hot tub. Hotel could use a facelift. It says no smoking but the hall smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. Rust in lots of places and some mold on ceiling

We checked into our room, and got there and it smelled unbelievable bad of mildew. The toilet cover was busted, the trash wasn’t taken out. The vent above the shower was hanging down. They did let us move rooms but didn’t have anything that matched our king suite with a whirlpool. They moved us to a queen room without a wirlpool. When I asked about cost difference they wouldn’t give anything because I booked through hotels.com.

The employees were extremely helpful, we did have to change rooms because of a faulty light but we were given a ungraded room for no additional change. We will be happy to stay there again.

We had the room closest to the lobby. We were there with our granddaughter who is in a ball tournament and so we had to get up early the next morning and there were adults and children in the lobby, partying and yelling. It was not a relaxing experience for us.

Nice small town hotel. No thermostat to control the room temperature. Television was almost too small to watch. The mini fridge was perfect to use as a freezer. Some of the outlets worked. Otherwise it was a functional place to sleep

Very nice. We were situated along the parking lot. However there was a soffit light right outside our window that shined in even with the curtains closed. Minor but everything else was great.

Everthing was good except for the lack of front counter staff on multiple occasions. Check in - stood at the front counter for 30 min with other guests. Calling the main phone number many times to which no one would answer. Check out - Again no one at the counter, with multiple guests waiting, cleaning staff had to go outside where the front counter clerk was smoking to get them to come in and help.

We have stayed here before. It is a place our family stays all together and have had great experiences. This one was not as good. We had 3 rooms and our room was the only one where the tv was set to Spanish so that was rough…lol I have never heard of that. In all fairness the manager offered to move us but we were already settled in and only staying for one night. Breakfast was always a pro for the hotel but the sausage was greasy and the eggs were kind of the same and the choice options are limited. We will give it another try next time but wanted to review.

My stay was okay. The room smelt musty, the room door dead bolt lock didnt work. There was no happy medium with the water in the shower it was either too hot or too cold. The jets in the hot tub did not work. The waffle maker for breakfest was broken. There was a stain on the mattress protector that was half off the mattress when i walked into the room. Overall rating would be a 3 out of 5. I have stayed in Cobblestone hotels before and by far this one was the worst.

Room was very clean and good appropriations. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Desk. Lighting was good. Room had a Jacuzzi tub independent of the bathroom tub/shower that if needed was a nice option. The breakfast options were excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
