The front desk staff during Check in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was subpar. The staff were not attentive and did not keep up with breakfast needs (more plates, cups, etc) multiple staff were laying down on furniture in the lobby in the morning while we were checking out. Room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub as the pics when booking showed one.

The wifi didn't work once you left the lobby area. There's no fitness center, so the hotel contracts with Anytime Fitness. However, the fob to Anytime did not work. And since it was after the hours of Anytime having staff present, there was nothing to be done. No elevator. Which was fine for someone like me who can still carry my luggage. I can't imagine if I had a bigger suitcase or if I was older.
