Room was amazing staff was amazing, brought kids cause they advertised a pool and well get their to check in and was told the pool had been down for awhile now for the price i paid i could have went down the road to another hotel with a pool...was a little dissatisifed about that. Got a whirl pool suite was told it was 17 dollars more the next morning was told it was 37 dollars more.. took my credit card 3 times after i paid online so that was kind of weird, i left without going to the front as i normally do, had family emergency come up, they calles me to tell me i owed the 37dollars if i didnt pay it they were going to call cops, didnt offer breakfast either..
