The pool was not in operation. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was great. Staff was really great. I stayed for 5 nights and the charge for every night was different. I cannot understand that. We had to have our keys replaced twice . The second time they did not include time for all 5 days.

The hotel was under renovation. The hot tub and pool were under construction. We paid a lot for a hotel whose amenities weren’t available. It would have been nice to know when we booked the hotel, instead of the day of check in.

There was nothing within the listing that advised that property was under construction and pool was not accessible. I try and stay at holiday inn and pay the higher price for quality and know it’s worth it. This room was higher priced and clearly under construction. There was boxes through property just laying on the floor and around the doors to the rooms and construction/drilling was being done outside our room while we were trying to sleep and housekeeping was trying to come into room around 8am while we were still sleeping. It seems when you book 3rd party they don’t care about complaints because nothing can be done to reimburse or reduce rate when you pay 3rd party but they really should make people aware of the construction and no pool when you have a family because we didn’t have any other option but to stay since we already paid in full

I did not know the hot4el was still under renovation, as my cousin made the reservation. So no pool or hot tub. I had trouble with my door locking, which required 2 service calls and then a room change. The night of Tuesday June 10th, the costs was $303. Not worth the price given the issues and current conditions.

It is an old building that is being remodeled. Room was remodeled so that was a plus considering they are charging over $200 night at this property.

Nancy, our housekeeper left us a thoughtful note and our room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were kind, helpful and professional, making sure we had our extra roll Aaway bed before we checked in.

This is an average hotel. The good: Close to shopping and restaurants, and not too pricey. The check in process was easy and the employees were friendly. The bad: In need of some updates, paint peeling throughout the hotel. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The bed wasn’t horrible but not great, pool was down for maintenance and breakfast was over by the time we got downstairs. All in all it was okay

The gal who checked me in was very friendly, but it took her a bit to get to the desk to help me. The hotel was nice and quiet but it's starting to show it's age. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. All in all not a bad place to stay.

The hotel was fine but the service was disappointing. I used the public restroom 3 times during our stay and reported that the hand soap dispenser was empty each time but it was never fixed. I had to stop by the front desk twice in an hour during breakfast hour and attendant was outside smoking with a man, who appeared to be visiting her while she was working, instead of at the desk. The breakfast attendant was sitting having coffee with this same man when we reported that all of the “hot” food was cold. She checked on it and the chafing dishes on the hot buffet were all OFF and the food was cold. We had to take our plates of food to either our room or to the front desk to have it warmed up in the microwave. The coffee in the dispenser was lukewarm so back to the front desk to use the microwave. This was very disappointing and not a great way to start the day.

We were told the breakfast was at 11:00. We went down at 10:00 and the breakfast was actually closed at 10:00. We were there on a Saturday and the hot tub was closed for cleaning. Those were two big factors in our stay
