Daily room service, bottled water, towels, everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff, parking lot in the basement, good located. My first choice when I'm in Tainan.

hotel looks very traditional and staff is courteous. room cleaniness is average. bed frame is a bit dusty. overall location is average as needs a bit of walking to bus stops.

Air con not working very well. Ceiling height in bathroom was too short for someone over 5 foot 7. Staff very grumpy and not helpful when the laundry facilities were not working. I’m the room, we found a pair of old underwear and hair in the bathroom.
