It wasn't a comfortable stay. First, the staff at night wasn't willing to help. Everything I asked, the answer was a No. There was no one at the drop-off, either. The room layout is weird and not user-friendly. Overall experience was a disappointment.

A++ experience at this hotel. 5-star service from a staff that were absolutely professional. Perfect location for doing your business and sightseeing. Super comfortable and clean. Pro tip: Breakfast buffet was easily the best I've ever seen. 100% would stay again.
