The chlorine from the indoor swimming pool was too much. I can smell it from my room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was decent, eggs were the premade ones. Overall, an OK hotel.

Upon having a shower we were standing in 4 inches of water, water was not draining. Upon our return to our room , the towels were still sitting in the bathtub, the room had not been cleaned and the bed was unmade. Never will we return here.

Chambre propre, mais une mauvaise odeur (d'humidité) se degageait du rideau de douche. L'eau prenait du temps à s'écouler du bain. Personnel courtois et serviable. Déjeuner correct. Dommage que la salle à manger ne soit pas assez grande. Il y a eu un peu d'attente le matin pour y accéder et le personnel de la salle à manger semblait débordé. Grand stationnement accessible et emplacement intéressant pour ceux qui vont au Costco ou au Ikea.

The staff are excellent, friendly, caring and really focused on our comfort. The property itself is in dire need of renovation and care. The decor is old. The main areas nice enough but the rooms feel straight out of 90s. The pool is really great compared to other hotels in the same price range. We had an incident in the room upon arrival and the concierge immediately moved us to a clean room despite being quite booked. This a great choice for short stay. Easy access to the highway and 30 min drive to old Montreal or Plateau. Check out the festivals in nearby Longueuil during summer. Breakfast was average. Again, staff are constantly cleaning and keeping things organized. The food is standard continental.

The room is very small and so is the number of drawers and the closet space (on top of it, only three hangers provided). The beds are not queen, they're full size. The doors hardware seemed from last century and the bathroom lock was not functioning. They are doing renovations and you could smell the dust on the hallway. The breakfast was OK. The staff is nice and courteous.

The beds were smaller than expected. We were in a room with 2 queen beds and they were closer to double beds. Aside from that, we were happy with the hotel. The included breakfast was simple but complete. The pool was nice, clean and in good repair.

Malgré d'avoir une chambre non fumeur, senteur de cigarettes. Nous avons droit a un stationnement privé, notre place était prise. Il faisais chaud la chambre, demander à la réception d'y remédier. Le bain, des poils visibles des personnes qui occupaient la chambre avant nous. Nous avons avisé la personne à la réception, elle nous dit qu'elle s'occupe de remédier aux problèmes soulevés. À notre retours à la chambre absolument riens n'a été fait. Nous regrettons avoir choisit cette hôtel, nous ne recommandons pas suite à cela.

Everything in this hotel is always nice and relaxing. I love coming to this hotel. Its a nice hotel in a nice area. It has what you need in it and around it. The pool and hot tub are always fun to go to. The rooms are always clean and comfy and has what what you need in them. The service and staff are always excellent.

This is our second stay this week. At our earlier visit, the mini fridge in our room wasn't working. We mentioned it to the front desk,who promises sed it fixed or replaced. However, it hadn't happened by later that night, and when asked about it, the front desk said there was no note about it. Fortunately, we didn't have actual perishables, only beverages. My husband filled up the ice bucket, and put it in the fridge overnight. Everything was cold the next morning! Otherwise, the service was great. Breakfast was meh, though.
