Was a great stay other then Hot tub and sauna were out of order which was a reason we chose it. Breakfast options where not great. Staff was great through and place was nice.

Négatives : We reserved this particular hotel due to their pool and hot tub however when we arrived the hot tub was not functioning , the pool area was not clean( there were dirty bandaids on the tile and hair in the pool). Our room was ok however the fan in the bathroom sounded broken and was extremely loud. The mini fridge was so loud when the compressor kicked in that it woke us up a few times in the night. The staff member that greeted us was not inviting and seemed like she couldn’t care much about providing us a good first impression. Positives: The beds were comfortable and The check out and cleaning staff were very pleasant.

I had a pretty nice day there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was fairly good. My kids like the yogurts I like the cappuccino machines they have espresso too. The free breakfast helped. The large pool was good. The hot tub was great. I slept well. I liked the supermarket because I can walk to it right outside the side door of the hotel. You can drive to quite a few places to eat there for me. The location was good. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is apparently the sauna hasn’t worked for like a year supposedly I really do like a hot room so that was a bit of a disappointment. A little place pretty good I’m satisfied I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub facilities were clean. Our room was simple and clean. A little dated, and the curtains were ripped but in the grand scheme of things who cares. Bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was tasty. It was close to our destination and right off the highway. We would definitely come back!

Terrible and dirty and no pool working for kids

Great friendly staff, we woke up a few minutes before the continental breakfast due to jet lag but the staff were extra kind to keeping it open for us longer and even went through the effort to make us pancakes. Upon check in very polite and kind staff, friendly and great at giving local Advice for food and transportation. The only thing was super disappointing is we intentionally booked this location for the hot tub and pool and the hot tub was like warm, and the pool was very cold- and we swim in mountain lakes so it has to be quite cold for us to mention it.

The pool Was not open and we booked this hotel for that reason.the kids were very disappointed with that news :(

Hot tub was cold (hot tub was entire reason i went to this hotel) sauna was out of order. Elevator had trash on the floor very unclean. Definitely dont recommend this hotel.

Perfect for two night stay. My only issue is the pool is cold and the outside temperature of the room where the pool is not a warm as it should be.

Cleanliness was poor. Pool was not functional. Noisy. And after the stay they are trying to charge me extra saying the clock in the room was missing. I made many attempts to speak to the manager he was busy and did not call me back. I tried to tell him there was no clock nor we took such a thing. Was disappointing experience that reflect poorly to some people in Canada.

I would never stay here again. It was disgustingly dirty. I wouldn't even shower there.

Had a great stay. Clean hotel and friendly staff! The pool was a bit cold but everything was still clean. One of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in!

Found numerous cockroaches in the room!

The hotel was run down, with dirty floors, a dirty bathroom sink, and a musty smelling bathroom. The carpet in my initial room was soaking wet by the window. Thankfully I was able change rooms.

Room was old and it showed, peeling wallpaper, stains on the walls, rusty shower/bathtub. Significant/concerning amount of mold around the edge of the sink, not sure if it is ever cleaned. Comforter with multiple stains. Very simple breakfast which would be okay but I saw a bagel with mold on it so chose not to eat there. Overall would not come back.

This place was dirty, food still on the carpet , mirrors were dirty, fingers marks all over the head boards, hair on floor in bathroom, body wash or soap spots still in shower . This place was just gross. Don’t waste your $ Oh and the fire alarm that went off at 11:45 pm that woke my family up was the topper on the cake.

Absolutely dirty and filty room. Mold in bath sink, water issues, toilet barely flushed after multiple flushes. I wouldn't stay at this property against and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Again, dirty and moldy room, yuck!

All is good

The walls are paper thin, the breakfast, although free, was bare bones compared to other hotels. Hot tub was colder than the pool which its self was cold. The front lady at check in was nice but the guy at check out was rude to the guests checking out in front of me. Would not stay again.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. They did not change the towels in the bathroom or clean the room even though I asked them.Secondly, there was a loud noise from children playing in the corridor between the rooms, and also from some rooms opening doors, along with the loud sounds of the television, which made it difficult to sleep. I also asked the receptionist, but nothing was done until one o’clock at night.

When showering it is very dark inside the shower. Makes it hard to shave your legs and clean your body

Bed really comfortable

Was slightly dated, our heater didn’t work- said it needed servicing. The pull out didn’t have bedding in the room, and the mattress was a bit gross. It was obvious it hadn’t been used in a bit bc upon removing the cushions all sorts of crumbs came out. Just needed a bit more attention. The lamps didn’t all work either.

The air conditioner was so noisy that made it hard to to have restful night

Room exceptionally cold, air conditioning unit very loud, and could not be controlled. Had to have it disconnected. Room was next to the elevator and several guests arrived around midnight and were very loud.

Outdated , shower barley worked

We came to stay for our lacrosse tournament. The tournament was relocated so we booked a week in advance so the high price was somewhat expected. However, when we arrived after our game at about 9 PM Friday we waited by the front desk for at least 20 minutes before someone came to help us get checked in, when we got into our room the carpet and flooring was stained with multiple different colours, on top of this the AC unit in the room did not work at all and many other things were in rough condition, for the price would not stay here again

I hate the fact that my deposit ( credit card guarantee) has not yet return to my account after 5 business days!!!!

This unfortunately was not a good experience. I reserved 3 rooms, and wanted to pay at the property. We waited probably 10-15 minutes before someone was at the front desk to be able to check in. We wanted to pay separately for each room and I was charged for 2/3 rooms, even though when we were checked in, the third person handed the manager her ID and CC. Luckily I know the person who wasn’t charged on their card or I would be out that money and unable to recover it. It’s concerning that my card used to reserve the rooms, was able to be accessed to be charged when ‘pay at property’ was selected when reserving the room. My room wasn’t great. The carpets had stains everywhere, the first bed I went to sleep in had a bunch of long hair in it when I pulled the sheets back, and the bathroom was covered in mould. Lastly, the conjoining door was broken and a effortless push would have allowed someone else to enter my room. I had to move a table in front of it for my own comfort. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience unfortunately and there are areas for improvement.

No flexibility for payment method.. can’t allow entry without seeing physical credit card .. even though payment has been received and no refund on that payment . Need to do better ! Can’t recommend someone with this bad experience

Easy check-in.

The host at the desk was so friendly and personable.

i was allowed to book the room with my visa debit card. but when i got there they would not accept it. and would not allow me to pay the deposit any other way. i was told i needed a credit card, So my friend who was working tried to put it on his card over the phone and they would not allow it. they made me contact Expedia, chance my reservation name to my friends name. then i had to wait till 9 pm for my friend to drive there after work and put the room in his name in person. and i was stuck wandering around town with my suitcase and bags for 6 hours because of this. the clerk told me it says i need a credit card on their site but it did not. i travelled from Niagara falls. and almost had to go right back home. it was extremely frustrating.

I found the cleanliness to be acceptable, however the room amenities and house keeping was far below average. In 4 nights we didn't have a single turn-down service (even when we specifically asked at the desk) and we also had to ask for fresh towels. We asked for garbage to be removed from our room and that never happened. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Also the elevator is in need of some TLC! It makes a horrendous loud squealing sound and our room was RIGHT next to it. You could hear it every time someone used it. I think the staff and management could do more to accommodate their guests.

booked on September 2, Upon arrival charged us 100$ safety deposit. Today, September 9 2023 Still waiting to get Safety Deposit back.

Front desk staff is amazing gave us recommendations for restaurant (which was delicious) allowed us to store our bags until check in time. Very friendly and professional

Bathrooms sink was very loose and i temporarily repaired it. Grouting in bathtub needs work. Great location, friendly receptionist and great ice machine. Close to nearby shopping.

Convenient location to stay in Brampton. Close to highways, shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet facility and staff. Free breakfast and parking. The kids enjoyed the pool. I would definitely consider staying here again

We checked into our room and the staff was pleasant and nice. When we got to our room, we noticed a brown unknown stain on our bedding. We then observed stains on the floor and a dead roach in the bathroom on the vanity. The room was very outdated and what I disliked about the pool was that it was clear windows, so anybody can park outside and observe children swimming which as a Mom, made me feel uncomfortable. There were no restaurants nearby except a No Frills across the road. Location was inconvenient.

Close to airportand shopping

It was just a one stay over, and my wife, and we were please with our stay. The check in was quick, and friendly as was the check out too. The complimentary breakfast was excellent all in all very satisfied with service, and stay.

This was one of the better Quality Inns we’ve stayed at. Total of 3 nights…the staff were amazing, very respectful and helpful. Rooms were clean, no dust in hidden areas, no hairs or lints in the bed. Only thing I would complain about is the breakfast options, there needs to me more variety, especially in the fruit area, the had only apples all 3 mornings, the pancake machine wasn’t working and the only other option was toast. Jackie did an excellent job with serving the guests. They have a nice size pool and a jacuzzi, helps to relax after touring all day….If you plan to stay in the area, it’s definitely a good spot to rest.

The breakfast is bad, sausges are cheap and gross, the eggs are like rubber.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a very attractive property. Breakfast was very good and the room was also very good. Lots of transportation in the area and plenty of available shopping.

Breakfast menu could use variety. The staff was very professional and helpful. AC and heating were good. Very comfortable place. Jackie was a sweetheart the whole time. I would recommend.

Everything was great! I wouldn’t call it a morning buffet tho, it was eggs, sausage and bread. Still a great stay
