Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West

It was a lazt mi ute trip so we booked this hotel. The rooms were clean and we will consider for our next trip. This hotel offers EV charging as well.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The only small downside was that the pool was a little overcrowded at the time, but overall it was a great experience and I’d happily stay here again.

Property has everything you need: great clean rooms, great food and bar, great gym and pool. Our air conditioner sounded like a loud sewing machine ( Only complaint! ) Would highly recommend this place!

Not having a restaurant in a Saturday is a bummer. And closing early at the bar is also a bummer (if they are not busy) but I understand

The Hotel was clean, room was good and clean. The only thing I did not like was they were sharing the swimming pool between two hotel and it was small and crowded, water was very cold in the pool. Otherwise our stay was good

Parking is not that great. Sometimes the parking lot is full and you have to park far. Then walk to the front of the building. Late night is the problem. They don’t even have free coffee at least for breakfast. But the property is safe and clean which is very important to me.

I thought the ‘Bar’, they had in the Lobby should’ve Been-Open! ( It has been Closed for along time!).

This hotel was one of the cleanest, most lovely up-to-date rooms I have stayed in a long time- in the same price point. Very clean hotel. Lobby is lovely. Great seating space and the room was amazing. Only thing I didn't like was the air heating/cooling- we could not get to turn lower. Other than that, all good!

Clean room and friendly staff

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was good although the pool was a murky gray colour, it had hair & debris floating in the water. I noticed the gym facilities had nothing to sanitize the equipment. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our stay was ok but in the future I’d probably book another location due to the condition of the pool.

Terrible. Room smelt like throw up and there was mold in the bathroom. Left immediately

Friendly staff and clean hotel

I think for the price I paid breakfast should be included. Also they didn’t come clean the room during the stay I had to call for clean towels. Garbage was over flowing on check out date.

This was a terrible experience, the best and restaurant close very early, the prices in the lobby for snacks is outrageous, I spent $40 on 2 bottles of water, a microwave soup and a chocolate bar. We were there for the rbc Canadian open and they did not have a bartender around to serve food and drinks while it was on TV, the pool was open later than the restaurant. Room service is only by request and they did not fully clean the rooms when it was requested. Photo attached of a full restaurant and bar but nobody there to provide food or drinks.

Immaculately clean and well maintained! No surprises.

It was a very clean property and friendly staff. I enjoyed my staf. It was an amazing experience.

(Like)I was able to rest well... (Dislike)Thermostat contol goes to extreme heat... difficult to balance hot/cool and burning smell comes from the heating unit.

Quiet and comfortable

The hotel is comfortable and clean, convenient location to the airport and the west side of Toronto suburbs so I would stay there again. My complaint is about basic maintenance, I had an issue with the smoke detector in my room chirping every 40 seconds starting at 1:20 am my second night there. Obviously it woke me up, and alarmed me, I had to get dressed and go down to the lobby only to find out that maintenance couldn't deal with it until the next morning. I was offered a room change but really didn't want to pack everything up at 1:30 am. The front desk staff eventually relented and gave me a key to another room so I could sleep there without moving all of my stuff and then go back to my room in the morning when I was checking out which I appreciated. My question is aren't the batteries in hotel smoke detectors required to be changed regularly long before they start to chirp?

Car alarm during the night that could have been removed. Running toilet, very noisy hvac, no fresh air inlet.

The room size was incredibly big

The rooms was very large and clean although the bathtub was rather small.

The ac/heat did not work. Had “cool” shower this am…. Water would not get hotter than warm.

Very nice staff, beds are comfortable, walls are paper thin.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The room was spacious and clean, and we had come to celebrate an important occasion and relax — but unfortunately, our stay did not go as planned. We checked in around 4 PM, and within an hour I noticed that the automatic blinds were not working. This left us stuck in a dark, uncomfortable room. I immediately informed the front desk, but it took a long time for someone to arrive. When the staff member finally came, he said nothing could be done since the technician was away. I asked him to have the front desk follow up with me, but nobody ever called or checked on us. After waiting, I had to call again myself, only to be told the same thing — that nothing could be done. I’ve worked in this sector, and I know alternatives could have been provided, such as offering another room. Instead, they sent the same staff member back, who managed to fold the blinds temporarily, but again, there was no follow-up. Calls to the front desk also took a long time to be answered. That night, lowering the blinds was a struggle, and no one picked up our calls for assistance. The next afternoon, when I called again, I was told the technician was still unavailable — yet again, no one had proactively contacted us. Eventually, after another hour, the technician came and fixed the blinds, but both nights we were disturbed by loud noises from the blinds’ mechanism. Very clean and up to date. Receptionist (Mandeet) was great. We had a problem with expedia and she helped us out then and still rememberd us on the day of arival 2 weeks later. Thanks for the great quiet little holiday. Would stay here again.

The hotel facilities were good but at the time of check in we were specifically told without us prompting that the breakfast would be included. When we went to get breakfast, it was denied. It was not a pleasant experience. Would probably make sure to not take the staff at their word. They just say no and move on. Terrible behavior on their part.

I waited 20 minutes for Mr. Melvin to finally decide to check me in. Actually, it was only when I got fed up with waiting so long because he was on the phone that he finally attended to me. It was the worst hotel check-in experience I've ever had. I hope he gets reprimanded so this doesn't happen again.

Very slow check in. Only one person working front desk. Otherwise fine.

Terrible service

Rude staff at breakfast. Should have option of free breakfast. We had to pay $11 for a small bowl of cereal for my 5 year old.

They took $300 as deposit and still not refunded me. I am back in uk but still not refunded my deposit. When at check out asked for receipt they said and proof of stay they said printer is not working at front desk. Then I told them to email me invoice and gave them my email twice but they didn’t email me invoice. I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit CAD $ 300 I will never stay at Hilton garden inn and put it all over social media my bad experience with them.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly an sufficent. Bruce an the team took great care of us at breakfast. An the bartender in the evenings were awesome

Great staff

It was adequate. We stayed one night. I still have 3x $300 deposits that are pending on my banking account- so we'll see if that gets sorted out. We checked in late, and there was one staff available, phones ringing and us trying to check in and the computer system not working properly. The staff was wonderful! Melvin did his best to help sort things out. Clean but a bit -unwelcoming, sterile, good for a one night stay.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is surrounded by warehouses but once you leave that street there are places for groceries, gas and dining close by.

Great hotel,. Fairly priced, clean, quiet, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The only downfall is that it's not within a walking distance of any stores or restaurants, but I would definitely stay again.

Easy access off 410 north coming from 401/407

The fire alarm began chirping in the middle of the night and I had to move rooms, and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial park so there are no food and drink options available without taking an Uber.

Proximity to airport

Very nice inside and our room was great. So much room. It’s a great location for business people. Being that the location is in an industrial area, there isn’t a garden or anything within walking distance.

The area its in is a little industrial so you need a car to go around but over all its a good place to stay

The hotel is quite nice. The lobby is well set up with a bar and restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are modern and new. The only thing I miss is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for us older folk that don’t see as well. I’m not sure why newer hotels have stopped doing that?! The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The power was out when we got there so it took some time to check in. They figured it out and all was good. It would’ve been nice to have been comped breakfast for the inconvenience but overall very good service.

Hotel is great - been there 3 times with family and will go back again . Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular however - dinner was way below average and was served cold. Overall I would give 7.5/10

hotel is nice, But the Breakfast was not good at all and during the week it's supposed to be ready at 6 and all 3 days it didn't open til 6:20-6:30

The only con for me was the very limited choice of meats and eggs for breakfast

Overall my stay was good. The facility is clean, a astetic is beautiful, hallway well lit. Rooms are nice and spacious however they charge $14.99 per persons, per night for breakfast which was terrible. The choices was limited, if you want breakfast meat that is an additional charge. food quality was poor and the food was cold.

Good property. Super convenient. Most of the staff was nice except the breakfast staff. The buffet was not good so save your money and go somewhere else. Very limited options and you had to pay extra por pancakes and bacon. We stayed a couple of nights and we're asked to verify my room and reservation number to be able to order breakfast. Will most likely not stay there again.

It was a great stay! However, we had to pay extra to have breakfast. It was very confusing because there was a buffet, but they also seemed to want us to sit down to have breakfast. Even though I was there an hour before it was closing, none of the food was fresh.
